This hotel was fantastic! It had a very homely feel to it, and everything was conveniently located close by to our room. It is a great place to stay in while visiting Key West, as Duval street is very close by. The staff were very friendly and one person helped us plan out all the attractions to visit. He was very kind in particular, and I thank him for making our stay much more enjoyable! My only complaints are that the bathroom door didn’t lock, the setup in the bathroom was a little cramped for a two bed room, and they charged $20 per night for parking in their parking lot. Other than that it was great! There was nice outdoor seating and a pool as well. The breakfast was good too. Would recommend to anyone planning a stay in Key West! *Just find better parking*

Stayed here for my birthday and was extremely pleased! Easy check in process and fantastic location. Room was super cute and cozy with a great view of the pool. Pool was clean and inviting, not overly crowded which was also nice. Will definitely be back!

A really beautiful hotel. The staff is nice and very helpful. The rooms are modern with AC, TV and free wifi. It has a nice small pool and everything is clean. The breakfast could be a bit bigger but you can eat next to the pool which is great. Overall I had a pleasant stay at this hotel and great two days in marvelous Key West

The rooms were clean and nicely furnished, not charming, as most of the other B&B's I have stayed at in Key West. There was much room for improvement on the breakfast as well. It was more in the style of standard breakfast at chain hotels, missing the hot foods. Hard boiled eggs were like rubber and bagels stale. We ate out after trying it once. Front desk could be more friendly and welcoming. Pool was great and good location.

The hotel is very quaint but in serious need of renovations. We had a nice queen room but looked out on a tin roof that was completely rusted through. The exterior staircase to our room had rotten balusters, at least two of which were totally rotted through at the bottom. The room had central a/c, which was great, but the gaps in the doors meant it was working overtime and coming on constantly throughout the night. The towels in the bathroom never smelled fresh, And we took a couple of pool towels to the beach and one of them was full of long black hairs. On top of that we had to pay $20 per night for parking! We stayed st Chelsea House several years ago and weren’t hat impressed then, so unfortunately it’s now off our list for future trips.

We loved every bit of the hotel: contemporary decor in the room, the pool, morning coffee and croissants... but most importantly gracious staff. Unbeatable location, a short walk from Duval st, but away enough to avoid the crowds. Peaceful place to relax.

This was a very good quality hotel! It was close to the main streets of Key West. The hotel rooms were very clean as well. We were greeted with excellent customer service, as well as advice on which attractions to go to for a day in Key West. There was also a nice pool, as well as outdoor seating. My only complaints: the bathroom was rather cramped and parking cost $20 a night. Otherwise, this was a really great hotel and I would DEFINITELY recommend it!

Great location for someone wanting to be near Duval St. Not close to Malory Square though. Continental breakfast was good, bagels, muffins, cereal but nothing hot u less it’s bread in toaster. Boiled eggs as well! Pool was nice, relaxing location nestled away. Expensive enough that parking should be free (not $20 a day) ESPECIALLY since they don’t tell you this up front or online. Very nice room, had some small bugs in bathroom but believe were related to the weather.

Clean and comfortable accomodations with a small pool. It was missing a desk which I guess is not expected in a vacation place like this but it was a partial working trip for me and I missed having a workspace. The grounds were well kept and the staff courteous. Located close to everything we wanted to do with a reasonably priced bike rental shop just a few blocks away. Good AC in the room, comfortable beds and a nice shower. I would stay here again.

My husband and I have stayed at this bed and breakfast many times. We have always had a great experience. The staff is always friendly and the rooms are always clean. They have made recent changes as far as charging for parking $10 (not bad) and they aren't going to allow pets anymore. But I have no complaints. It's a few blocks from Duval Street but an easy walk. If you rent bikes they have plenty of bike racks to lock it up. They also offer continental breakfast which is decent. There are plenty of things to do with in walking distance. I would recommend Chelsea House to couples and small families.

All of the staff was excellent, incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The House was a great place to stay as well. The location close to Duval, but quiet was very much appreciated. We had a room at pool level with out own patio area separated by a railing from the pool area. I will come back and ask for the same location. No noise could be heard inside the room, which made it feel very private. Breakfast was served only a few meters from our door step so getting coffee and coffee re-fills was like walking to the kitchen at home. The two cats wandering the grounds are adorable and well cared for by the staff. I will be coming back to this hotel and will be recommending it. It felt so nice and close to everything, comfortable and relaxing at the same time, with very friendly and accommodating staff.
