We initially reserved a king deluxe room. When we checked in the lady advised she upgraded us which was a king bed with bathroom. That’s not an upgrade. The room was adequate although it was next to a liquor store/bar and was extremely loud. The only place to sit was on a small bench by the entry way. The coffee maker did not work. I advised them if this. Also they did not make the bed or change towels. I was advised to use pool towels for our showers. Unacceptable-I was asked if I requested room service, however they never asked us about room service upon check in. I would not recommend this bed and breakfast. There are other nicer and quieter places to stay.

This place is absolutely amazing. A little piece of paradise. Alexis and the chef were the best, so nice and welcoming and definitely went above and beyond. We had the cutest private porch off our room just steps from the pool! The breakfast was delicious every morning and the pool was nice to dip into after a day of walking in the hot humid sun. We were so thankful they offered sunscreen, bug spray, beach chairs, towels, floats, a water cooler all complementary. Some of the reviews mentioned the loud music at the bar next door, well from our room we heard absolutely nothing. It was so peaceful and relaxing and the perfect getaway for my husband and I. It also is so conveniently located near everything you’d want to see and everywhere you’d want to go. Definitely will be back to this lovely Bed and Breakfast for sure.

Overall the stay was great! We were in an upstairs room. I did not hear the neighbors making any noise, every now and again I would hear a door close but overall quiet. The owners were very communicative. Gave precise instructions on check-in! Good options for breakfast were good! Room was clean. It had a small dresser and night stands to use. They provided an iron. Mini fridge in the room. Towels and shamp/conditioner provided. Only thing missing was a microwave if you need one. There is a pool, the ice maker is at the pool, sunscreen was provided as well as towels by the pool. Very cute place! We will stay here again for the future visits :)

Coco Plum Inn was the perfect bed and breakfast!! Super cute and clean. And surprisingly affordable! We arrived after check in hours and due to my oversight, I wasn't certain of the after hours check in procedure. So we spotted the Green Parrot & decided to stop in, have a few drinks and figure out what to do. (They were awesome! I have left my review for them as well.) After getting our bearings & studying Google maps, we realized Coco Plum was just 2 doors down. (Made it super convenient to walk home after an evening of drinking) I walked down the sidewalk to a breathtaking property!! (the photos I saw prior to booking don't do it justice) Lo & behold I found a mailbox with our envelope and room key!! We stayed in room 14, which was right next to the swimming pool. Never had a noise issue or disturbance. Our small patio had comfy chairs to enjoy the morning rooster crows!! My only regret is we didn't stay longer!!! We will be back. . .

Perfect location. Close enough to walk almost anywhere and great for ending the night at the pool. Breakfasts are great, staff is very accommodating and the rooms are clean and beautiful. Would definitely stay here over and over.

Stay was overall nice, cook was awesome, amenities not so much. Pool was bleached. Once home My hair was so damaged I had to go to my hair dresser who confirmed the damage done to my hair was from bleach. Called and spoke with the owner who said that is not possible because their pool guy comes out every day and tested the levels, which the pool guy may have been there but he did not fix the pool, brought the broken pool pump up to the owner/manager while we were there which she stood her ground and said that the pool guy is here every day and will work on it. Not one day of the 5 we were there was the pump on. I thought that she was pretty cool, until she blew our concerns off. Very disappointed. My hair dresser had to cut 5 inches off my hair and the texture is still not right and my husband lost most of his beard from all the damage. all she could say was it couldn’t have been anything at the hotel and that I should have made sure to have rinsed off after being in the pool, which I did however she still did not listen to me. Also it says 21 and over, which was also not true. I personally do not recommend this hotel. When we checked in she asked us if we needed room service or just towels daily, we only needed towels didn’t get that either.

It’s a definite a hidden gem here in Key West. We have stayed in there different guest houses during our stay, I think Coco Plum is unassuming; cosy; calm, with the best location just right next to the Main Street. We weren’t particularly impressed on arrival, cause it seems low key and not very glamorous compared to other guests house, but very soon fall into it with the homey vibe it has. Big shout out to Victor the front-desk. He is extremely kind; helpful; welcoming.

All staff we encountered were great! Breakfast was delicious, coffee was hot and fresh and the pool was nice. Great location- right around the corner from Duval, but quiet enough to not disturb our sleep. Highly recommend this bed and breakfast!

Very nice stay in March 2023 for two mid week nights. Location is short walk to bars, Duval St, Hemingway House and dining. Room was small but we were only in it to sleep & bathe. TV had old shows on LG service and web options (log in to your NetFlix, etc). Front desk said they are upgrading to Comcast Cable in a couple months. Didn’t use the small pool but people sat around pool to read & talk. Property was quiet except for late night when you can hear music & crowd noises from Green Parrot next door. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was good and a nice feature with screened in porch. Would stay here again.

We had a great stay at the Coco Plum Inn! We were there in the beginning of September and enjoyed this beautiful gem. Alexis and the staff were welcoming and accommodating. The newly renovated rooms and common areas were inviting. The location is perfect, just a block off Duval St. We will absolutely return to Coco Plum Inn!

We stayed the weekend of 9-23-2023 and it was greater than we imagined. The room was very clean and updated with a large private balcony. The staff were very pleasant and welcoming. Breakfast each morning was very yummy and just what we needed after a night out. Its the cutest bed and breakfast , I highly recommend.

Small but nice rooms. Management is very friendly and helpful. Great location just off Duvall St. The free breakfast was every morning was very good! Price is very reasonable for Key West. I would recommend staying here!

Great location. Staff if very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast specials are better than your typical continental breakfast. If you don't want "noisy neighbors" book room 14. Definitely staying again.

Great location, great staff and very nice rooms. We had a small issue during our stay and it was repaired right away while we were out. The pool area is very nice, and has an ice dispenser, water dispenser and plastic cups for poolside refreshments.

Really nice older property that is very well maintained. The beds were somewhat firm, but not bad at all. Nice little pool. Breakfast is made fresh for you too. We’d absolutely stay here again

Conveniently located hotel in the heart of Key West, easy to walk or bike to any spot on Duval and to Fort Zachary Taylor. Excellent service and breakfast, room was very clean and nicely furnished. Relaxing pool area with ample shade, there are also beach chairs, etc that are available to grab and take with you to the beach.

Beautiful accommodation. Lovely modern rooms with air conditioning. Our room had a large comfy king sized bed. Small, quiet place. Central pool that is perfect with lounge chairs to get some sun or just hang out in the shade. Surrounded by lush tropical plants. Victor is very helpful with recommendations. Breakfast included. Can't recommend enough.

We have never stayed at a B&B before and now I don't think I'll ever go back to a chain hotel! This place was amazing! The guy who checked us in was extremely accommodating. He recommended we get bikes which we rode around the island everywhere. He helped us get a free parking spot and gave us a tour around the B&B. The pool is open 24/7 they have an ice machine and purified water by the pool and even beach necessities you can use if you are traveling light! Super win for us. The room was 100% clean, smelled nice, and our balcony was cute and private. My husband and I had such a good time here! Close to everything but was a quiet place to relax still. If you're considering this place just do it, it's well worth it!

Staff are so so helpful. Sam is an absolute delight. Room was clean and location was perfect, literally next door to The Green Parrot, one block off Duval. Pool is nice and is open 24/7. Beach chairs and towels available. Parking around the block for $20 per night (Pegasus hotel). Breakfast served every day 08:00-10:30

This was my first time staying at a B & B and it was great! Very clean, always plenty of fresh towels and very good breakfast every day. Victor was very responsive to all requests, got us reservations at great restaurants and helpful in planning things to do. Location is great as well. I’ll be returning as soon as I get the chance!

Our stay at the Coco Plum Inn was very good because of it's location (walked everywhere), it's accommodations (room was clean and inviting with antique furniture) and it's breakfast (amazing breakfast specials each morning).
