I'm very disappointed and can not endorse the restaurant at LA TE DA. Our entree had died under the heat lamp in the kitchen and the floor manager made no effort to compensate. Do yourself a favor when dining out in Key West, choose someplace else. When I'm paying $54 for crab cakes, I expect something spectacular worthy of compliments. This dining experience fizzled before it ever fizzed.

My husband and I stayed here right after Hurricane Ian. There was no damage that I could see and they welcomed us in. I found this property very safe and quaint. The flower decor around the pool is really pretty and the rooms were decent sized and clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The down side is that the mattress seemed old and lumpy but the pillows were newer. The complimentary breakfast was pretty limited, we didn't look at the real menu. We planned to eat dinner there but the prices were too high for our liking, the drinks were also very expensive. The weekend live music was fantastic! The woman had a great voice! If you aren't keen on walking to the main drag, this isn't the place for you. To get to the main action is at least a half mile walk.

We stayed here for a week and loved it. Our room was pretty, comfortable, and quiet. The free breakfast starts at 830 and you have a few choices. The location is perfect. We walked everywhere, I mean everywhere. Lovely place, we'll stay here again if we ever get back to key west

Been here a few years ago because it was recommended. Returned today and once again a great experience. Met Samantha who was absolutely amazing. She handled difficult people with grace and style. Meatloaf was as outstanding. Moist and delicious with the mash potatoes. Wife ribeye and her style of potato are top notch. Look forward to seeing Samantha again.

Fantastic stay! My wife and I visited La Te Da for the first time this past weekend, and we absolutely loved our time there. There is nothing to be improved upon. From the ambience to the rooms, staff and cuisine, everything is top-notch. The pool was a great respite from the heat and hustle and bustle of Duval. We will definitely be back; most likely sooner than later.

One of Key West's treasures. Fantastic staff, two great bars, delicious food, wonderful entertainment, and great rooms! La Te Da has a storied past in this town, and its current owners have dedicated themselves to improving the property and to supporting the community.

While this is often listed as a hotel, the restaurant and bar are great. The staff is very friendly and the owner Christofer is seriously invested in making sure you go away happy. The food and mixed drinks were very good. I recommend the Christofer Martini and crab cakes.

Stopped by for lunch. Full service bar with a friendly bartender. Great menu to choose from. We had a chicken sandwich and French dip, and it was delicious. They do have rooms. However, I can not offer a review since we didn't stay there. They have nightly entertainment as well.

WOW the breakfast!! I donā€™t care for sausage but the sausage biscuits were amazing!! I would definitely go back in a heart beat for them and the country potatoes. Great Belliniā€™s & Mimosa. We didnā€™t stay at the hotel but the pool is near the restaurant so it def looks cool!

La Te Da Cabaret - Christopher Peterson's Eyecons Review. This is drag at its highest level. I didn't know what to expect but let me tell you that I will go back again and again and again. There are topical jokes that are peppered throughout the show and the costume changes (with an original Bob Mackie) are beautiful! What blew me away the most was the lighting queues and LIVE VOCALS! When Christopher sang Judy Garland's 'over the rainbow' with queued rainbow lighting, it was breathtaking. Do yourself a favor, get there early to get up close to the stage, and order some drinks, get comfortable and leave your worries at the door. For the next hour you will be entertained beyond belief. A seasoned professional, this is worth more than the ticket price. Being so kind and gracious, after performing for 1hr+ straight, Christopher then provides the opportunity to meet each and every person. Class act. I can't say enough kind and wonderful things about this show. Thank you for the opportunity to see something so special!

Okay so we wanted to make a point to support the La Ta Dah show because one weā€™ve been many times for brunch and we each believe itā€™s a basic human right to be WHO YOU ARE and WHO YOU WANT TO BE. This right is being threatened in our State and we still feel that if ā€œthis type of showā€ offends you simply donā€™t go. That said, this show absolutely sucked. We opted for the MM show as opposed to the Cher show, due to star preferences. It started out great then suddenly it went from great fun AND social commentary to just plain mean spirited. We left early which we are a little shocked that we both felt the need so to do. We go out to have fun not destroy others šŸ˜ We just believe that every single one of us on earth have had people attempt to shame us for who we are and what we stand forā€¦ and those of us who have should be more understanding of others. Not talking about crowd heckling by the star thatā€™s part of the show. Maybe we were there on an off evening- we hadnā€™t seen this particular performer before. We still love the restaurant and the vibe. The table service was impeccable and the staff was great. We loved ghat the star made her own costumes and were impressed by the stories of their personal struggles - made hunerous by talent - because we all have our own to handle. Drinks were outstanding.

We watched Christopher's Eyecons show and loved it! He's incredibly talented, beautiful voice, great showman, and funny! The jalapeƱo infused margarita was delicious. Our server, Andrew, was so attentive despite having many tables to serve.

You just canā€™t go wrong here. Greatā€¦everything. Have enjoyed this establishment over the years, and recently stopped by for lunch. Everything so delicious. So lovely to sit out by the pool and just relax with dear friends.

I've only eaten here. But after eating here once we had to come back the next day and have it again. Easily the best meal I've had visiting key west multiple times. Drinks are phenomenal. Order anything with Christopher's name on it and you will not be disappointed. Delicious, really delicious

Went for dinner with friends...wonderful drinks, amazing food dishes with large portions. Gotta try the Burrata and the Key Lime Pie! (Really everything on the menu was divine!) The outside patio had a view to all the action on the street. Inside bar entertainment was incredible! Plan on spending a long time over dinner because you will not want to leave!!

We absolutely love this place! At home we are always looking for a nice place to have a great meal on a patio! I guess we have to travel to key west to get this good of service and food! I ordered the filet twice this week. The onion soup was fabulous as well!

Several of us stopped for lunch at La Te Da. It was a very good choice for an afternoon meal. The inside dining area was comfortable, the air-conditioning worked great and left the oppressive heat outside. Our server was Tomas and he did a good job. He knew the menu and answered all of our questions. I ordered the french toast. It was among the best I have ever experienced. It had a vanilla flavor, cooked perfectly, and served hot. The bacon that accompanied the dish was also cooked perfectly. It was not greasy or salty. My two dining companions each had a crabcake salad. They were the same high quality as the French toast. The lettuce was fresh, the cheese was sliced very thin and the crab cake was very high quality with considerable crab in the dish. There is a good wine list and I enjoyed an Italian pinot grigio. For dessert, we split a piece of carrot cake. It was served with a birthday candle and delicious whipped cream. The cake was moist with exquisite flavor. The hostess was very friendly. We asked for a table inside and she was very accommodating. Overall, this was a very good experience.

We did not stay at the hotel, only ate lunch at the restaurant. We were late in the serving and were the only ones there. They were very welcoming and took great care of us. We did not have drinks but they had a well stocked bar. Must try the fish Rubin sandwich, it was excellent. As was the French dip.

Great food and service. Drag show separate and upstairs. Cost more at show than dining. 2 drink min at show. Charge per olive. We would definitely eat there again but skip show

A fun show. We were concerned about masks and distancing, but all the staff is masked, and we were able to sit in the bar area instead of up in the market n seating area, so we felt more comfortable (since even though they say audience area should be masked except while drinking, almost no one was. The show itself was great, and lasted about an hour. The wait staff was phenomenal. They never stopped moving the whole night to keep up with orders.

One of the better fine dining establishments along Duval street. The staff is always accommodating and the food is excellent. Great ambiance and very relaxing place to eat. My wife and I Love it, we are locals and try to eat there at least twice a month. I highly recommend you try it. Make a reservation for dinner, it will make your experience there much more satisfying.

Excellent bar svc. Dinner was great! I had prime rib. Done perfectly. Attentive wait staff outshines any restaurant we've eaten at in key west. Bartender James was excellent. Plan on returning

Went there for the show not knowing what to expect. Laughed constantly and was amazed at the many different personalities that were spot. Christopher Peterson was so entertaining during and between each person her portrayed. Setting stage side myself and my wife Denise were the "pick ons" with us laughing and enjoying as much as anyone in the audience. If your in Key West La Te Da is a must. Reba and Marilyn are my new friends.

My husband and I just got back a couple of weeks ago. Let me say, we had a blast! Daniel saw to it that we had everything we needed and the staff was so friendly and inviting. The hotel is a little boutique paradise oasis in the middle of Key West. The pool area is tropical and so refreshing in the middle of the day. The breakfast included is not your typical continental breakfast. You have a full-on breakfast prepared by a chef with specialty eggs, potatoes, bacon or sausage gravy biscuit, and more! My favorite dinner in Key West was their Crab Cakes. Oh! Don't forget the Key LIme Marini! The Cabaret show with Christopher was very entertaining and classy and I recommend you get there early to get closer to the stage. We can't wait to return!

Ok so for a major birthday ending in a zero, ate outside. For a few decades now LaTeDa has been one of my KW favorites, whether it's the restaurant, bar or live entertainment. Our waiter John was superb and spot on. The right balance of professional and personal. The manager stopped by and we shared some stories about experiences through the years. The food here is excellent, service and ambiance the same. I highly recommend coming here and relax and enjoy.

We came to see Randy Roberts live and it was amazing. What a beautiful voice! Literally blew my mind, and my eardrums a little, but it was super worth it. If you're ever in Key West and you have the chance, check out Randy's show at La Te Da. Know before you go: there is a two drink minimum.

Location, Location, Location - this place has it. The rooms are a little small but were clean and well maintained. The checkout and check-in process was smooth. The diamond here is their outdoor cafe. Which had a tremendously helpful and well trained staff. They were beyond friendly and the food was done to perfection.

I didn't know this was a hotel until I began this review so one never stops learning, it seems. Four of us went here for dinner and the show, and what a great night out! Food and service were both excellent in the restaurant, and the show was an absolute riot. You will need to bring a very open mind and no youngsters. This is not a show for the faint of heart so sit back and hold on to your ribs!

We dine there. The food was really good and the service too. After dinner they had a Woman impersonator his name was Christopher. The show was great. Definitely a must go back!

Great customer service and right on Duval street. Don't have to travel far for entertainment and also for dinner. Complimentary breakfast from 8:30 am tip 10:30 am. Need to get vouchers from the front desk and sit at the restaurant afterwards. Nice and beautiful here. They also have a sun deck on the roof and pool.

Outstanding, they have the most delicious fresh baked bread. I usually forego the bread, but I highly recommend you try it. The French onion soup is the best I have ever had. The maple walnut salad was perfect. My husband enjoyed the Mediterranean Spaghetti. The bartender was delightful and a master of martini mixing.

The restaurant experience was good food above average but the prices are very high. They don't show coffee prices on the menu but I think they should if they charge 4.95 a cup. I'm local and eat here monthly. There service is as always very rude and smug people. One setting I ended up having to call the manager due to out server was no nasty. Treated all in our party like we were doing something wrong asking for a refill of our 5 dollar coffee. In other words the service fares far below what one would expect for the price.

Went for the drag show and loved it! Super cute upstairs area, good (and cheap!) drinks. Loved that the show was actual performance (real singing, comedy, entertainment) and the Queen didnā€™t simply walk around the room asking for tips. Havenā€™t been to the restaurant or stayed at the hotel, but definitely would be back to check out the restaurant (we just couldnā€™t get reservations while we were there).

Elevated dining experience! Absolutely gorgeous place, great atmosphere & service. The food was phenomenal. I ordered the chef special of the day (sword fish w/ risotto) and it was beyond delicious. The French onion soup was so yummy too! Highly recommended place, I'll be back !
