strange smell in the house, shower only has hot or cold water. in the morning rooster starts cockadoodling and waking people up. mosquitoes in the house. air conditioning is LOUD. we got charged additional 50$ last day. no dishwasher, no place to put washed plates. wifi was a disaster. tv has picture from 1990s. all that for 750$ 4 2 days. did i mention the worker with that blower outside? dust everywhere

I was excited to enjoy my night stay during the memorial weekend. It was in a great location, with access to many restaurants, museums and activities near by. But it started off with not having water on our first day, then I noticed one of the rooms was smelling funky, and then I discovered ants infestation which was very disgusting. They offered a discount on parking, which is nothing given that it was $500 a night.. and it wasn’t worth $500 a night at all! I didn’t say much because I want this sincerity to be coming from them. I was hoping that they could provide partial refund which was the least they can do. I don’t recommend at all. The minimum they can do is to treat their customers nicely even though they didn’t have a clean place for us to stay.

Celebrating a friend's birthday that was rescheduled from October 2020. There were 15 of us in 4 rented Villas. We stayed in Villa Aqua and it was perfect! We enjoyed the pool every day and loved the convenience of having a full kitchen to create our own "pool parties". The staff was extremely accommodating with fresh towels upon request, and pool maintenance. Rose Lane Villas are so conveniently located to Duval Street ... you can have a quiet pool day, or you can walk a half block to Fat Tuesdays for a frozen cocktail. We would definitely stay at Rose Villas again!

This place is AMAZING. 2 seconds from duval street but you cant hear it. Very peaceful. Great fellow rental tenants. Cold air. Hot water. Great pool. A very very nice time staying here! Thank you rose lane villas!!

We spent two nights here! Absolutely wonderful. Each room is air-conditioned! There is a large fridge and a wonderful coffee maker. It's just off Duval Street! Highly recommended

We rented the whole entire complex brought 25 friends with us, had poolside parties walked back and forth with Jell-O shots from the bull and whistle. The best location you can pick 4 Duval Street entertainment. It was amazing and will always return to Rose Lane villas

We had Villa Alta. The rooms were great, the patio was awesome. We liked the pool area. Also perfect spot so close to Duval Street. What we didn't really like was the guy with the leaf blower who showed up every morning exactly at (vacation) breakfast time to "clean up" our patio. One other disappointment was that unfortunately the WiFi didn't work (on three modern devices, so unlikely an error on our end). The reception claimed they tryed to fix it two times without finding a problem and then didn't get back to us anymore. We found that a rather strange behavior. Overall a bit on the pricey side given the experienced service so we go with 3-out-of-5.

this place was fantastic!!! beds were comfortable! pool area was beautiful!! perfect for my honeymoon and birthday weekend!! Definitely would come back!!

The 2 BR villa was awesome. 3 steps from the pool. Perfect location in old town. No driving needed....anywhere. was actually our 2nd time staying in this villa. Will stay again when another couple wants to go :)

Rose Lane Villa # 25 is where My Girlfriend & I Stayed . Really nice to have a front porch 2nd level and a 2nd level back deck . The deck and porch allowed me to smoke since there is no smoking in Villa .The front porch overlooked Rose Lane and the back deck overlooked the pool . Just steps away from Duvall street where the action is and shops .a few blocks north and East is Kermit's Key Lime Pie Shop where we purchased not only a Key Lime but also slices of Coconut Lime Pie . we enjoyed the Spacious Villa only wish we booked it for longer than we did . The parking is in the front of Rose Lane angle parking was sized for cars or small trucks , My Girlfriends truck is a crew cab 4x4 and when the other guests parked in the larger spots we were unable to park in front so we parked in front of old town manor blocks away . it would have been nice if the guests in smaller cars parked in the smaller spots leaving the larger areas for pick up trucks that need a larger parking space . The manor was understanding and was very courteous about this . Both Rose Lane and Old Town Manor are very nice places to stay We will stay there again .

Rose Lane Villa was Quiet Peaceful . Very Convenient Just East of Dual Street , yet noise could not disturb us . Just strps away ftom dining and shopping . Few blocks to Kermit Key Lime Pie and Coconut Key Lime Pie . The entrance to the Villa was easy to operate key pad on door . We stayed on Alt #25 it was an Excellent Experience for Us . Located on 2nd floor up 2 flights of stairs . Front porch that overlooks Rose Lane and vehicle parking for cars and small trucks . Living room with a Television chairs and sofa was nice when friends or family met up with us . We had a Roomy , Equipped kitchen with Dining table close to front door. Spacious Cozy Bedroom Comfortable Bed with a private door leading to the back deck that overlooks the pool with table , chairs and sofas . Easy access to the pool . Cute patio with chairs around the pool side . Clean Villa with Pool towels . The staff was just a call away and was very helpful and friendly . The Parking is convenient for Cars that could be parked in front of Rose Lane easliy , Smaller Trucks could park in spaces but tight if the cars were parked too close to the space lines or the smaller cars parked in the larger spaces which made it difficult for larger size trucks to park easily.as the spaces left were too tight to open a door and the rear hung out in the street . This was not good if you own a 4x4 truck or Crew Cab 4x4 the doors would be damaged when guests open their car doors . I have a Ford 250 Crew Cab Truck 4x4 and parking was not accessible as spaces were too tight , very narrow not angled or wide enough to park the Truck where it did not hang out on Rose Lane . To unload or load our luggage , 2 Dog Crates and two dogs we had to park on Rose Lane which blocked anyone from entering and leaving . I Easily parked my Truck across the street from Old Town Manor which was alot more spacious parallel parking and had no problem there with parking . The Villas are nice and kept up with clean area . Very secure place to stay . Highly recommend Rose Lane Villas and Old Town Manor as we have stayed at both when visiting Key West .

Great villa, convenient location off Duval Street, assigned parking, very friendly and welcoming staff/concierge. Pet-friendly was a bonus. Kitchenette was stocked with dishes, pans, silverware -- everything you need to cook basic meals if you want to save a little money -- with a full-size fridge, stove, and microwave. They also provide extra towels for the pool/beach. Would highly recommend Rose Lane Villas.

Very pleasantly surprised. A little hard to find. Office is located on 511 Eaton St., not Rose Ln. Nice pool. The rooms are nicely decorated and roomy. Parking is limited. $20 per day. No real grassy area for our dogs. In the center of Duval St.

A lovely location for a vacation. Staff was friendly and consistent. Breakfast was of the fresh fruit and toast variaty. The pool was small but pleasantly secluded. And the rooms were pleasant. No problems with outside noise from the various locations a block away on Duval. Neighbors above us were mostly unheard, except for once when what sounded like a big dog started hopping the furniture. Pet friendly, by the way, and our dogs loved the little porch to relax and sniff at. Only thing worth possible concern is that the property was down a side street, so the view outside the window is not thrilling, but to be honest, if you're sitting in your room looking out the window all day in Key West, your doing it wrong. Can't wait to go back again

Excellent location, so close to duval you can see and hear fat Tuesdays from the porch. Room was nice, spacious and comfortable. There is parking right next to the rooms, although we were not aware of the $20 per night parking fee when we booked our room. Check in is at the other building, which i wish they would have told is about ahead if time, but it was no problem to walk around the block. All in all, nice room, great location!

Fantastic vacation place! Our apartment was 1/2 blk from Duval Street and a couple of blks from the center of downtown. The location is an easy walk to tourist attractions and across the island. The property personnel were extremely accommodating, friendly and personable, yet very professional. I would definitely recommend Rose Lane and would stay again.

We rented 4 of the villas for a friend's 50th birthday and had an amazing time! The villas were all clean and had everything we needed. The concierge was extremely helpful and helped us get dry towels when we needed them. The private pool was a hit with everyone and we probably spent more time pool side than we did in the villas.
