House was in perfect location for walking . Beautiful house with clean rooms and friendly staff. Pool was nice , we even got to meet Iggy the Iguana !! Lol.

Great location and was perfect when it was raining and we had to eat in. The grocery store is 1/2 block away as well.

Unfortunately had a serious AC issue during a heat advisory weekend (June 21-23, 2019) when outside temps were in the mid 90s..AC temp either was locked by mgmt at 80° or broken-still not sure. .. It was 2nd floor grand bahama suite and unbearable to be inside the unit and sleeping was impossible. Owner was not very accomodating or sympathetic, did not offer a refund or partial, basically told us to go find another place (but did not offer to place us or assist with payment). Some did leave. It was a very unfortunate experience which could have ended differently if the owner had customer service skills and the abikity to properly handle the situation.

This is absolutely the best place to rent. Got to talk to the owner when we begged to stay an extra night. She was a Hoot. Have an awesome pool with a desk. My business partner & I spent many an hour working on the computer while sitting in the pool. Who would'a thought.

This was a fantastic property in the Key West area! My friends and I came for a Bachelor Party, and we all were impressed. We stayed on the ground floor facing the street. For a couple of guys, this was their 2nd time staying at the Bahama House. The owner is friendly & understanding! All rooms were clean & well-maintained. The pool area was fantastic. WiFi was decent, too. My only complaint was there was 1 bathroom, however it's understandable given the size of Key. Would recommend & would stay again!

I have to start with I did not end up staying here- because of my experience with the woman working the front desk. I was looking to book my best friends bachelorette party here for a weekend in october 2020 (1409.14 I was willing to spend) so I called to ask a few questions and was interrupted with "you and all of your party must be 21 or over and it cant be a student group" to which I replied I'm 27 so that's about the age of everyone and it's for a bachelorette trip. To which I was then told "well we have a zero tolerance policy for noise after 11 p.m. and general partying. Wed hate for something to happen and you have to leave with additional fees". Now while yes, a bachelorette party and yes there will be fun being had (god forbid) we are respectful adults and would be happy to adhere to a noise policy but the way the woman acted was as if she did not want my business. I contacted the condos thru email and was given a short sentence of an apology and an offer to book thru the website as if I would want to stay there now. So, if you are looking to have fun and experience friendly people dont stay here!

We had a girls weekend in the paradise suite. Upon arrival, the code we setup a couple of days before was not working. Called customer service and the lady was being extremely rude. After telling her which suite we were trying to get into, and the name on the reservation, she kept calling me Melissa when I told her my name was meredith. After a few continuous tries, she says...havent you been there before, you should know how to unlock it. No...it was my first time and I told her that along with my name again and that's when she apologized. I also had to ask her about parking as it wasn't very clear where we can park. Continuing her nasty attitude, she tells me to park on the side of the house, three cars can fit there and when I told her other guests parked but didnt back in all the way, she tells me...park it on the street and pay for it... keep the receipts and they'll reimburse me. We ended up finding parking where we didnt have to pay but they should let guests know about this beforehand. Emailing the manager through the site was also pointless. I only heard from them once before arrival when I asked about a late check out. There was supposed to be a second email with the wifi password and key code etc. That was never sent and still never replied to me on the day of checkout when I sent a message asking the day we arrived. So all in all...management is completely rude and inattentive to new guests. The paradise suite itself was nice. Worked for a girls weekend. Close to everything and the other guests were very nice. They stay here often. I had to ask them for the wifi password. The only issues were ha.f with the suite... water temp never got hot at all the entire stay even with it all the way on hot and there were a few roaches/ water bugs in the kitchen area. If your looking to be closer to everything, this place is great for you, just be prepared to deal with a bad management team, water bugs and lukewarm showers.

Great location! Super accommodations...very clean and comfortable! Backyard was perfect place for a poolside lunch. Hope to come again very soon!

Suits were very cleaned and looked adorable. Beautiful back yard to relax with the family filled with local art and a gorgeous pool.
