Stayed at their rental homes the past few summers and thoroughly enjoyed our summers thanks to their service! World class homes at reasonable prices. We found our host for life. Thanks Kevin!

Location for Orange Blossom is very good, several blocks from Mallory Square and about 500 feet from Duval Street. Check-in was easy, parking is a block away from residence, you can only load and unload in front of residence. Inside was clean. Pull out sofa was very uncomfortable (could feel the springs & bars). Had to leave hot tub covered and running during the day so it would get hot. Fridge gets cool after about 24 hours but not “cold”, freezer is cold enough to keep ice frozen. Blender, toaster, microwave, oven and grill with some pots/pants included. Outlets throughout house need to be changed as any kind of chargers fall out of the sockets. A/C in summertime struggles to stay cool during the day but does cool down fine in the evening. Pool is nice and shared with a couple other properties (never had any issues with it being over-crowded). ****Tall people beware***** upstairs is tiny, if your 6ft or taller you will whack your head unless you stand directly in the middle of the room. Bed was comfy, no complaints although the upstairs TV did not work.

We stayed at Mermaid Cove on Duval. Pictures are NOT representative of property's current condition. Run down, dirty and outdated. Gentleman's club next door, entry not secure, sewer/waste back up during our stay. Key West Hideaways would not respond to our emails or phone calls. Do not utilize Key West Hideaways for your rental needs. Very dishonest.

Stayed at Casa Margarita. Will never rent from them again. Reached out MULTIPLE times via phone and email and they have yet to even respond for months. Obviously have yet to remedy the situation (or even attempt to). We have rented from them at the same house multiple times. Price was twice as expensive. They’ve done some renovations since our last visit. Rooms were constantly hot, especially one room in particular. This time there was a constant jackhammer from 8-8 making it impossible to hear yourself think. Coupled with the unsanitary condition of the hot tub with dirty water and filter that gave multiple guests ear infections. When we looked at the filter, this is what we found. See photos. Take your money somewhere else.

Great friendly rental group, even offers concierge services. Easy check in and out. Very prompt in answering questions or concerns. Lots of rental types and locations to choose from. Highly recommend

Kevin and his team made sure everything was ready at our home. Any questions or issues we had along the way were quickly addressed and he even took the time to mail my computer charger to us when we left it behind. Thank you for making our stay a positive one-even after we left beautiful Key West!

Kevin and company gave us personal service when requested and had great suggestions and recommendations about what to do and eat on the island. This locale is centrally located and we were able to walk, take the conch train, or rent a golf cart and go everywhere. Venue was private, quiet and relaxing and other tenants friendly and respectful. This place will be my "go to" when visiting Key West.

The units are old and that's the charm of them, however they were very musky, and damp feeling (in Nov).

My wife and I booked an ARBNB that hired this management company. They completely ruined our vacation. We had written confirmation that there would be parking for our oversized vehicle before booking. When we arrived late at night, there was no parking for our van and we were forced to park off the property in random public parking lot and had to deal with a logistical nightmare for several hours of unloading our stuff. Kevin, the manger of this company stated that he was “unaware” of the HOA rules regarding vehicle length until a week before. This is unacceptable to not know HOA rules when managing people’s vacation logistics. When we asked him why he didn’t warn us about the vehicle size limitations once he learned about them, he replied “I manage over a 100 properties.” This answer sums up how they operate— Make excuses and blame the person who is most effected. When I called the next day to further discus the issue, Randy (another manger) was verbally abusive and hung up on me after I asked him to review the confirmation of parking in the message thread. (I have this thread Kevin when you reply to this.) Don’t be fooled by this company. They have nice properties, but apparently too many of them to keep track of the details that will end up ruining your guest’s vacation. I lost 3000 for my half of the vacation so Kevin gave me 100 for my inconvenience. Great job Key West Hideways.

We throughly enjoyed our 5 night stay at the Royal poinciana cottage. Our fight arrived 3 hours early the check in was smooth and they let us stash our bags until the room was ready - recommended several restaurants within walking distance. Allowed us to check in a little early! ☺️ We received a publix delivery so we appreciated that this cottage had cooking utensils . We enjoyed several meals cooked and enjoyed on patio. When you are tired of the food you brought El saboni (cuban) on the corner is part of the food tour, that should tell you how good it is! Very quiet and safe little place with a locking gate and a shared pool with the other two cottages. Perfect getaway! The property manger Kevin was extremely accommodating and responsive. Cuban queen coffee delivers! Its amazing cuban coffee you wont be disappointed . We rented bicycles online before our trip that were delivered to the cottage 100% recommend. We biked everywhere! If you are not biking use a taxi much cheaper than a ride share! Would definitely go back. Safe travels friends!

Casa Margrita....Fabulous house, plenty of room, comfortable beds, everything you need for a stay on Key West. We will be back!

We rented the condo at Salacia. The condo is nice and we were excited for a few days with friends. The second day of our stay we went to take showers and no water. I called and they said it was a water main break nothing they could do. But as went went down to talk with someone one of the construction workers was replacing a pole for fencing and broke the water main. As I called the property manager again she said there was nothing they could do as I asked for them to reach out to the owner about compensation. We had to heat water to pour over our heads to leave for the day. She said she would get back to me. By 4 pm I hadn’t heard back and emailed and her response was long and lengthy excuses but said that was just a little inconvenience when you stayed in an island. She said it was only a couple of hours with no water again not true. I asked her to reconsider as I would take it up with American Express and with reviews and she said just remember reviews work both ways. Staying in an expensive rental and be treated so poorly. We couldn’t even flush the toilets. I would appreciate an call back from Kevin the owner of key west hideaways addressing the customer service of his staff

Wasn’t gonna leave a review but seeing how nasty they respond to the lower ratings makes me curious for their response and I want a good laugh. Would be great Clean your places up more than just arm level.

Update- while I find your response odd, I’ll respond. The owner did in fact knock AFTER I asked him to do us a favor and knock the following time he had to return, in which he apologized for not doing so, and said he would upon returning. Also, I understand small bugs may occur, but a cockroach is next level and not considered normal by any stretch of the imagination. I’ve visited countless tropical areas both in and out of the country that also do monthly exterminating and have never encountered such. Regardless, a fair warning for others that a normal cockroach may join them for an evening. The check in policy doesn’t really make sense since at that point your guests have already arrived, not sure what a few minute meeting will do if guests were partiers but okay, it’s just a suggestion on keyless entry. My bikes comment was also a suggestion, to potentially enhance your guests experience, especially at the price they’re paying to stay at such properties. Also, I agree with your suggestion, a hotel may suite our needs better as they typically would not allow such conditions to be had by their guests. We stayed at the “Royal Escape” house. This could be such a nice house but would not recommend or stay again in the future. We had a few issues during our stay which were addressed by the owner in a timely manor. Even though coming into the property without knocking was unappreciated. He even made a nice gesture due to our troubles since he admitted our stay was “less than perfect”. The house definitely needs a thorough cleaning and needs to be refreshed, kitchen was the only updated part of house, which was nice. Cob webs all over the house, dirty doors/light switches etc. We seen small ants throughout our stay but the cherry on top was a cockroach IN the house on our last morning. Thankfully it was our last morning since we were out of there shortly after. We mentioned it to the office personnel, they just stated that bugs are “normal” and the house gets sprayed for bugs monthly. If cockroaches are “normal” I’m living in a different world. The house is about a mile to center Duval street, solid location. You need to pick up the keys at a separate location prior to arriving which is extremely annoying, especially when you don’t have a rental so you’ll either have to walk or pay for another Uber. Really should invest in keyless entry as it seems other properties have it. Pool is small but was clean and useful to cool down in. Would be a nice touch if bikes were included for guests. For the price of this property it wasn’t worth it for us and would have rather stayed elsewhere.

Tree top at eye brow house was clean but would not stay again. The air did not work good we had to buy an additional fan and the shower has barely any water pressure. 4 day stay we were gave 1 wash cloth a piece. Just expected a little more for what we paid. I did give 3 stars because it was clean and customer service was good.

Bobby and Randy were the best. We stayed in the The Colony -- Island Style unit. It was extremely clean, safe and the area around the pool was cleaned and swept daily. It was walking distance to all main attractions in Key West. Book early. WE are planning our return visit.

We had a wonderful experience with Key West Hideaways! When our plans got cancelled in 2020 they worked with us on the cancelation. They were very helpful in getting us rescheduled when the trip was back on in 2021. The property was great, so comfortable, and a great place to spend a week. Then when our trip was unexpectedly extended, they worked with to help is find another property we could stay at the last minute. The second property was also comfortable and a fun place to stay. Overall they helped turn what could have been a very stressful situation into a fun and easy vacation.

Loved staying right on Duval St. where we could see all the action lol. Clean and spacious! So helpful that they left laundry detergent and softener for us! Because other VRBO places have nothing but bare minimum supplies. Air conditioner was nice and cold and refreshing! This is so important to our family!
