This place was perfect for a joint bachelor / bachelorette trip that involved 40+ people. The staff were super helpful and accommodating. They made it easy to coordinate booking of all the rooms and getting guests checked in. They even surprised us with some champagne! We were able to use the deck area to cook and host a welcome party. The pool was popular all week. It is a good central location where everything is walkable - close to bars, restaurants, attractions, yet far enough away to be quiet at night. May have to return here every year!

The staff was very friendly. All of the rooms are not quite on the same level. Number 5 was cozy, and 6 was spacious and nicer. The king room at the end of the lane was very nice with a huge walk-in shower and full kitchen, with its own parking space. (18, I think) The "pool" is tiny; kinda more of a hot tub than a pool, especially in August. But, free parking and breakfast are both a plus, and the location was great. Just a few minutes walk from any place in Old Town.

My partner and I drove down for the weekend from Ft Lauderdale FL and it was absolutely amazing the rooms are sooooooo clean, sooooooo nice, and the staff Darryl and Debbie are EXCEPTIONAL we can't say enough about this place everything is in a 2 to 3 minute walking distance, you can rent bikes on site, you can rent scooter or golf carts around the corner, their little shops are so cute, and the restraunts are amazing if you're thinking about vacationing to the Keys Courtney's Place is a MUST MUST MUST!!! Thank you so much again for everything!!!

Our stay was amazing, the rooms were clean and it’s a very quiet area. I enjoyed the pool and being able to have so much space.

We went down for a long weekend to celebrate my birthday. At first the experience was HORRIBLE! We couldn't check in because they ordered new beds and our place wasn't ready. After a couple hours of waiting we were finally able to check in. All the staff were kind and the location was perfect! We had a golf cart but you don't need one really. Easy walk to Duval! The space was clean and every day we came back to a fresh smelling place with freshly made beds. The continental breakfast is simple but fine. The coffee is really good. I'd stay here again!

Such a hidden gem for accommodation in Key West! The rooms were affordable and clean & the service at the front desk was great. Moreover, the location was amazing—we were able to walk to anywhere we really wanted within 10-20 minutes. They also have free breakfast in the mornings & a free ice machine available whenever (which was a lifesaver). My favourite part of the stay was the random assortment of animals & the pool at the front. There were roosters & cats everywhere along with a bird near the guest registration.

Super close to Duval and everything Key West has to offer. Rooms where clean and cool after a hot day out and about. Staff was very nice, pool is small but quaint and beautiful.

This is an amazing place to rest your head take a break and do your feet into the pool. The staff is very accommodating. They were helpful giving tips as to where to go and visit. Restaurants to eat at. Central located in Key West. We will be back for sure next time we are in the keys.

Awesome accomodations clean and the room had a full size coffee pot! (Which was a big plus for me) located a few blocks from Duvall Street. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance

Just had a 1 night stopover at this delightful b & b. Very clean, room a good size for 3 adults and a very good breakfast was included in the price. Close to where the fun happens, but in a quiet area.

Staff was excellent and helpful. Gave us a full tour of the location, was welcoming, and helped us book a sunset cruise during our stay. Room was quaint and comfortable. Very quiet and felt like a getaway. Within walking distance to multiple locations.

Superb location: main street of Key West is within easy walking distance (2-3 minutes), rooms are clean and well equipped, and the owner is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our stay there in early Jun a Thursday. The price was reasonable for the location, the cozy environment, and the free breakfast. The room is cozy, neat,and clean. It is steps away from the centra Duval Street. The street parking is included even for the check out day. The only complaint is the noisy air conditioner. AC is absolutely needed so there is no option to turn it off. We stayed on the second floor where one has to climb through staircases. It might be hard for some. It was fine with us. We would love to stay there again!

5/5 stars for Courtney's Place and their staff! My wife and I got married in Key West 10 days ago and stayed here. It was absolutely perfect. The location is fantastic. You're very close to Duval and all the action but it's so quiet. We stayed in C-10 and it was amazing. Spacious, huge king size bed, cute patio and all the amenities we needed: coffee maker, fridge and microwave. Complimentary breakfast is served each morning. We loved grabbing a bite and saying hello to "Tequila" the resident bird. :) There are a handful of "hotel cats" that came by to say hello to us, and the chickens and roosters run free. SUCH a cool vibe! The staff was so gracious and always willing to help with any requests we had. Special thanks to Daryl (spelling?), for hooking us up with bikes since it was too hot to walk in the heat! The pool is adorable and refreshing after a long day of sight seeing. The day we arrived there was champagne waiting for us in our room, as the staff knew we were getting married. :) We will never stay anywhere else in Key West and we are already looking forward to coming back! Thank you for making our stay so special and memorable!

Our family of 5 stayed & our dog and it was wonderful. Location was great, pool was amazing, rooms were clean and the staff was beyond wonderful!! We will be back :)

Came down for my bachelor party and the staff were friendly and super accommodating. The whole facility was clean and welcoming. I wouldn't hesitate to bring my s/o down for a long stay either. Again, I can say enough good things about this place.

Highly recommended! A perfect, magical and relaxing place, large rooms with a balcony and outside seating areas, excellent location, five minutes walk from Duval Street. There is a cute pool and a good breakfast. The receptionist is kind and willing to help with any request. If we had more time we would have stayed for a few more nights.

Clean room,quaint charming cluster of cottages. Loved the rooster, his hen and her checks. In the am while enjoying coffee outside of room was visited by cats—which I love

Stayed here for my daughter's Bachelorette party weekend, had an amazing time. This lovely place is tucked into the middle of all the Key West hotspots. Private little courtyard was an absolute delight 😊 Rooms were great and staff was friendly. Had a cool skylight in my room.

Great vacation spot. Cozy rooms, clean rooms and property. I cannot say enough about how great the staff is. My wife and I just stayed there and are already talking about our next trip to Key West and staying again at Courtney's Place.

Checkin was fast and friendly. We were shown around the property and then to our room. Rooms are very clean and nice to have full kitchen for a longer stay. Bedrooms were a decent size, the mattress still comfortable but will need to be replaced sooner than later. Outside the rooms have a nice seating area, a clean pool area and courtyard was relaxing. Continental breakfast was very good. We will be back
