Overall our stay was nice. The location in relation to Duval is unbeatable! The room itself was cute and a great size but the shower was very small with terrible water pressure. The first morning of our stay we got to breakfast towards it's end, and were met with a not so pleasant attitude when asking for a coffee cup and other basics. Assortment of choices for breakfast was good. Most disappointing part was that when making the reservation we weren't told there is no pool on property, rather it's located a block away. We ended up making our way to the pool, but it was overcrowded and not enjoyable.

Amazing spot and location. House is gorgeous and the room with the huge tree growing out the bathroom is very unique. Seriously, itā€™s a huge tree. Just steps away from duval and the breakfast was yum. Have drinks available all day. Iā€™d stay here again in a heartbeat.

As a professional travel guide, I can confidently say that the Old Towne Manor in Key West is an absolute gem. From the moment you step onto the charming grounds, you'll be transported to a bygone era of grace and elegance. The inn's location in the heart of Key West, just half a block from Duval Street, is unbeatable - you'll be within easy walking distance of all the best restaurants, bars, and attractions the town has to offer. But what truly sets Old Towne Manor apart is its attention to detail. From the beautifully landscaped gardens, complete with fountains and private sitting areas, to the cozy front porch with its rocking chairs and orchids, every inch of this property has been carefully designed to create an atmosphere of charm and comfort. One of the highlights of your stay at Old Towne Manor will undoubtedly be the breakfast - it's simply outstanding. Fresh, locally-sourced ingredients are combined to create delicious, satisfying meals that will set you up perfectly for a day of exploring Key West. It's worth noting that Old Towne Manor does not have central air conditioning - instead, each room has its own individual unit. Additionally, the building itself creaks a bit - but this only adds to the magical, old-world ambiance of the property. And with such a laid-back atmosphere, you'll feel right at home in no time. Overall, if you're looking for a charming, comfortable place to stay in Key West, I cannot recommend Old Towne Manor highly enough. Book your stay now and tell them JDC Photo sent you - you won't regret it! To fully appreciate the magic of the Old Towne Manor in Key West, I highly recommend checking out the videos and photos I just posted. Seeing the charming grounds, beautiful gardens, and cozy rooms will give you a better idea of what makes this historic inn such a special place. And if you like what you see, be sure to follow me on Google for more travel tips and recommendations.

I was at a family wedding there. I have heard they have awards for hosting small weddings and I can understand why. The service and host were very friendly and helpful. The site is absolutely beautiful. They have a great place for after parties out back and are ready to serve. This place is walking distance to everything you want to go to while in Key West

I had my most wonderful experience ever at this place. My niece got married and this was the place where everyone stayed in. As soon as you enter the house, you can feel the positive energy of the place, you feel at home. The privacy, the wonderful breakfast specially the Belgian Waffles, was an experience of its own. The surroundings, the garden and even the rooster that used to wake up us and had breakfast with us on our last day was a beautiful feeling of country. I have to stop because I could write a whole book of only this piece of heaven on earth.

We absolutely loved our stay here! We stayed in the Limetree room and it was lovely. When we arrived, Rachel checked us in and was so helpful and kind - she recommended restaurants and gave us a map + free drink coupons at nearby bars. The property is BEAUTIFUL - we spent a lot of time relaxing on the back patio. Complimentary breakfast was above and beyond what we expected! The location is very central and we were able to walk or bike everywhere. We definitely will stay here again the next time we visit Key West!

My friend and I absolutely loved our stay at Old Town Manor! The staff were all so nice and helpful and the atmosphere of the B&B is immaculate. You have to try their fruit infused waters! Every day, it's something different. It's a super old but charming mansion built in the late 1800s. If you stay here, you have to eat the breakfast in their courtyard. The hotel cat and dog were so cute and just added more charm to the place. The rooms are all super unique (we stayed in the King William Room). FYI before you stay, it's an old building so your electronics may blow a fuse so be aware that you're in an old building and treat it as such. The location is perfect... right next to Duval St. but also relatively quiet at night. Parking is hard to find in Key West if you aren't a resident and the hotel has the option for you to park in the Old Town Garage (which I highly recommend doing). Overall, it was an amazing time and a comfortable stay. We would stay here again! Thank you, Old Town Manor!

My wife and I stayed here in October 2023. The short of it is - we absolutely loved our stay. We were nervous going in because it feels like online reviews can be hit or miss. But everything at Old Town Manor was an incredible experience. First of all, the location cannot be beat. You're steps away from Duval, but not so close that there's constantly people coming by or constant noise. The staff was so kind and helpful (Doc the cat was also great). Breakfast was delicious and was so enjoyable to eat in the adorable courtyard. And the room was great - full of character and very comfortable. Old Town Manor didn't disappoint.

This was a true B&B experience! From the first call to inquire about the property, staff were polite, kind and professional. They were able to accommodate a multitude of requests and did so with a smile. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable - the breakfast was more than expected. The property is very well maintained and in the perfect part of Old Town Key West, a half a block from Duval Street and 2-3 blocks from the Waterfront District. It is obvious that they really care about the guest experience and it shows in the many ways they went above and beyond to make the experience a great one. I would highly recommend Old Town Manor, and will definitely be back for another relaxing stay.

Itā€™s about the atmosphere and we loved the ambience - it was quaint and had a south Florida feel. It was dog friendly and clean. Breakfast was like the Hampton Inn- adequate and food options. Perfect spot to visit Key West. Agree that it is a 3-star establishment.

Karen and John are not only amazing hosts but also great people! Weā€™ve stayed for 2 different visits in 2019 and 2022 and both were very memorable experiences. They go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. Couldnā€™t recommend more!

Just ok. So this is obviously just my opinion. The grounds were well kept and the house was adorable. The lady who greeted us the first day was very friendly and accommodating. The Lime Tree room was well appointed. The only con to this room was our room was next to the Wendyā€™s parking lot and without a doubt daily there was trash pick up, propane delivery and so on at the wee hours. Also I am not sure what is above the lime tree room but it sounded like there was nightly bowling. The breakfast was ok as well, self made waffles, hard boiled eggs, bacon, fruit, pastry and coffee. Overall great location. I have stayed at another BB in Key West and I felt like I was a friend in their home as for this place not so much.

We had a beautiful stay in this Bed and Breakfast. We were in the Lime Tree suite which was on the ground floor, off to itself. Decor was lovely, just as described. The staff on-site was accommodating and pleasant. The location was perfect for walking to anywhere we wanted to go.

We booked the Hotel because of the description of the Hotel. Eco friendly and quiteā€¦. The house is beautiful and the decor too. ā€¦but now come the downsides of this place. As we arrived we said hello, but the lady in the office behind the computer just ignored usā€¦ another over friendly lady came and checked us in. No space for luggageā€¦ unless you come with a night bag No safety box Very noisy from Duval Streetā€¦ but the AC was so loud, we didnā€™t know which was worse. Dirty Terraceā€¦ during our stay our room and terrace was partially cleanedā€¦ Breakfastā€¦ we just went down to grab some supposedly great pastriesā€¦ well they tasted as if they where from the day before! Other Hotels offer a welcome drink or some sign of appreciationā€¦ but this place is just expensive !!! Not well keptā€¦ Itā€™s just another cash cow Stay away!

We booked a last minute trip to this location having previously stayed at their villas. This stay was absolutely incredible! Rachel took care of us the whole weekend. We loved how helpful and sweet she was. She had a great sense of humor and was just so friendly. We canā€™t wait to stay here next time and pet Doc (their mascot cat) on the porch in the mornings again. 10/10 love this place. Never staying anywhere else in Key West!!!!

This place is great! We were here for a friend's wedding, and it could not have been a more perfect setting. The morning breakfast was also a delight. The staff is friendly, and they have fresh fruit-infused water available for guests daily. We loved everything about our stay here.

This place was exceptional. We had originally booked our honeymoon at a different resort and upon check in, it wasnā€™t what we booked so we scrambled to find acceptable accommodations in 20 min. We called up Old Town Manor and they had availability. The staff was so nice and accommodating. They made us instantly feel welcome and were excited about our honeymoon. Each morning for breakfast, the staff were so friendly, greeted us warmly, and always asked how we were doing or if we needed anything. Coffee was phenomenal! I canā€™t say enough good things about how this placed turned a potentially awful situation with the other resort to a wonderful one - Old Town Manor saved our honeymoon! (Also fantastic location and the rooms had everything you would need).

Great bed and breakfast. The food was good, the beds were comfy and the staff was nice. Itā€™s a great spot right near the action, very walkable. The courtyard is so cute, we sat there for breakfast and in the evenings.

We tried to stay here for fantasy fest . When we booked we wrote we were vegan . Upon check in we were told most of the breakfast was in face vegan . This is not true . We were stuck were put in the palm room. The room smelled like mold . Unfortunately being fantasy fest we thought we didnā€™t have much choice so we asked for a dehumidifier which did help a little but not enough . Iā€™m not sensitive to mold normally but my sinuses werenā€™t having it. I started hunting for the mold- I lifted the picture on the wall and the entire back of the photo was covered. The floor in the bathroom is nasty looking - you can tell they tried to fix something . My boyfriend who is maybe 140 lbs wet went to shower and he felt the shower floor move . He said if he was any heavier he would have fallen through. The mattresses are old and really uncomfortable . He went and spoke to the guy at the front and he told him all the issues with the room. He apologized and understood why we left. They charged us 455 for a one night stay . As we were leaving we talked to the guy next to us said he paid 215 for their room. My boyfriend called and said they needed to fix the charge for the night and it wasnā€™t cool . They refunded us halfā€¦ we went back online to find a place to stay and they had already relisted the room for 190ā€¦ super disturbing they didnā€™t see an issue with the condition of the room nor do they care enough to fix . I have pictures to prove the nastiness of this room. There is serious water damage to the room. Donā€™t waste your money . The only good part about this hotel was the cat and dog they had in the front when we checked in. Please beware . There are plenty of nicer places to stay!

We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed our time at this lovely B&B. Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable rooms and a breakfast that is over the top. Breakfast choices included smoked Salmon, bacon, eggs, waffles, bagels, cheeses and locally supplied pastries which you can enjoy outside in the charming courtyard. Great location, only steps away from Duval street.
