My husband and I stayed here about five years and had the best time. So this year we planned a Christmas Holiday with the family. We made the reservation and the owner said she would hold two bungalow for us for 24 hours. We emailed her to confirm, no response, called and left messages, no response. When we finally got a hold of her she claimed she doesn't make reservations on the internet? What??? We were communicating over email NOT trying to make a reservation using the Internet!!. Anyway a VERY exhausting and frustrating experience- long story short, she rented to someone else and our family plans were ruined. The owner offered us a free stay for our trouble! We were insulted. Won't stay here again or will ever recommend it again to other's. Would rate this a zero if I could.

We love Cayo Hueso Resorts we have been staying there for years. It’s our own home away from home when on vacation. Joyce is the best, she is extremely kind and accommodating. You can’t go wrong staying at this little paradise. Super private.

Good location far from crowded Duval. Could use some updating including new bed (very uncomfortable in yellow bungalow),New bedding and pillows which were quite old. Host charged us $100 Covid cleaning fee and remotes, door knobs, blinds and cabinet handles were not clean. Even the utensils needed a good wash. Felt like we were taken a bit by surprise with this fee. Also saw in their site a rate of $189 and when I asked if rate could be reduced from $249 a bit due to cleaning fee, the owner replied like this: "I ALREADY GAVE YOU A GREAT RATE!" We didn't cancel then because a friend had recommended it but I wouldn't return.

Stayed here three different times and have a trip in april as well. This is our favorite place to stay. it's quiet, clean and beautiful. Joyce always takes good care of us!

Very cute, all amenities, even soda, chips and a couple beers in the fridge, pots and utensils and complementary laundry facilities and more. Wow. Very quiet and laid back, but super close to everything. I really like the place. Recommend highly. Thank you

Wonderful place! The pink cottage was perfect for the 4 of us with 2 bedrooms and separate bathrooms. So close to everything and Olga took care of all of our housekeeping needs every day. She even brought waters and snacks.

We had the BEST vacation at Cayo Hueso Cottages!!! This is the most charming and comfortable home away from home. It's tropical landcaping and gorgeous setting made us never want to leave! But the absolute best part was the staff!!! Joyce was professional and accommodating,very responsive and easy to get in touch with. Olga was wayyyy more than a cleaning lady, she became part of the family and we wished she could have come home with us!!!

Adoreable bungalows and you would never know you're half a block away from Duval. The landscaping and shared courtyard really set this property apart from other rentals.

Amazing place!!! Wonderful facility, close to everthing and Duval Street! Owner Joyce and Head Housekeeper Olga are super! Strongly recommended!!!
