We sat at the bar for quick, friendly, and efficient service. Presentation was nice! But for the price of the food, the quality isn’t equivalent. Decent place to eat, but not the best steakhouse I’ve ever been to.

My husband had an amazing steak and truffle macaroni and cheese. The sides are a very generous portion that 2 could share. Mac and cheese was excellent. Obviously - if you go get the steak. It is a steak house. I had soup and a crab cake. The soup was a little on the cold side. The crab cake was not really "a cake". It was a pile of crab. The dessert was also a little disappointing - bread pudding. As said, the steak was amazing. We would go back for steak.

Service is exceptional. The food was okay. Bone in filet was tender. The macaroni and cheese was pretty good, I would order it again. Next time, I would go with a filet without the bone only because of price. To us, there was not much of a difference in taste and texture to compensate price. The bread pudding was good and is complimented with ice cream, caramelized bananas and a dab of whip cream. Whomever trains the staff here should open a side hustle and train other waiters around Key West. Scratch that…. Around the country. A rare gem to find a staff that has such superb skill. I give this five stars because of how attentive and exceptional the wait staff was.

EXCEPTIONAL.. Literally EVERYTHING was exceptional. The sourdough bread with sweet butter, the coconut mojito, the Jumbo Lump Crab Cake, the Surf & Turf, the Delmonico the sides... Truffled Macaroni & Smoked Gouda, Sautéed Broccoli with Garlic. The deserts... Key Lime Pie & Bread Pudding. Above all the SERVICE. Mike was the absolute best. Will definitely be coming back.

Went here to celebrate a birthday of one of my best friends. Food was good, but not as great as I'd hoped for the price, but still enjoyed the meal.

We celebrated our 13th anniversary here with our 4 kids 😆. The staff was accommodating and the food was really good. But, there is one stand out that we are still talking about...the Mac & Cheese with smoked gouda is SPECTACULAR! If you only order one thing, please, please, make this that thing! 🙏 Thank you Prime for our special evening.

Came here for my hubby's birthday and our waiter, the service, and the FOOD was amazing! They even placed us in a private section away from everyone just for my hubby's birthday. We were more than happy. Thank you Prime Steakhouse, we will be back!

Enjoyed dinner here for my big 30th birthday. Sucks how the steaks do not come with sides but was amazing! Spent about $200 on 2 steaks and 2 sides. Moses was our server and he was amazing!!!

Top notch. Wait staff friendly. Good amazing. Cooked to perfection. Easily shareable sides. Large portions. Beautiful presentation. Accomodating to dietary restrictions. Not so easy to find...must walk past pool up stairs

My server Pavel was very attentive and pleasant. Best crab cake I ever ate in my life and I done had had my share of crab cakes including chick & Ruth in MD. The steak was cooked and seasoned to perfection! The max and cheese was different due to a Smokey flavor. The conch chowder was alright. Wish there was larger pieces of conch and I was expecting New England style. The bread and whipped honey butter was awesome. The mashed potatoes was plain. The creamed spinach was perfect. Best key lime pie I ever ate. Best birthday dinner I ever had! Definitely will be back if I’m ever in Key West again!

I had a phenomenal experience. My server was Ales and I appreciate his excellent service. My husband felt sick in the middle of the meal and everyone was very friendly and helpful in everything. I would like to have more photos of what I ate but since my husband wasn't feeling well I didn't take them. 100% recommended, excellent food and excellent service🙏

I had dinner here with a large party of friends. I did not have steak because I'm not a meat eater. However, the salmon was fantastic. I also had the oysters Rockefeller appetizer which was delicious as well. The atmosphere is also very nice. Everybody at my table enjoyed their selection of variable steak dinners. Not one complaint in the group. Our waiter was excellent. He handled our party with the greatest of ease and with ultimate professionalism. He was very attentive and provided flawless service. A great experience overall.

My husband and I just had a delicious meal at Prime Steakhouse, Key West, Florida. We shared the Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail, The Wedge salad and Primes 24 ounce, bone in Ribeye with the cheesecake-of-the-day for dessert. We made reservations for a celebratory dinner and they seated us in a charming and private alcove, where we could look out into the main dining room. Our server, Tony, was outstanding, as were all the other staff we encountered.

I was so excited to eat here but I left quite disappointed. My Goose martinis were spot on, and the fries were very good. However, my $68 filet was simply not good. It had a strange Grey hue and absolutely no sear marks and It lacked flavor. My server was good but when I notified her of my feedback, there was little feedback or no offer to fix it. I won’t be in a hurry to come back.

Great experience! Go up and to the back and they have a huge burbon collection. Get a Reservation! We went without one and it was the only low point of the experience..... the hostess was less than impressed. The bar staff was amazing and it more than made up for it but...GET A RESERVATION!

It's mommy daughter vacation time. Today we decided to try the local steakhouse and let me tell you Prime Steakhouse ($$) did not disappoint 👏🏽 🙌 😋 My daughter tried the filet mignon (16 oz bone in) and I had the ribeye(16 oz) our sides were the mac & cheese with penne pasta and the broccoli with cheese sauce a bread crumbs. We also enjoyed the espresso and chocolate martinis. The steaks were cooked (medium) to perfection, well seasoned and melt in your mouth delicious. Dessert was a bowl of vanilla ice cream with whipped cream, carmel drizzle and cherries for my daughter, and the banana nut bread bread pudding with the same vanilla ice cream, whipped cream and carmel sauce drizzle. Let me just say that I was very happy that I left room for dessert😋😋😋😋 Our server Moses was absolutely AMAZING 👏🏽 😍 , with his big smile, welcoming demeanor and attention to detail. I would definitely return.

Prime 951 is one of Key West's best restaurants. My wife and I ate here right after we got engaged in 2021 and it was a very pleasant and romantic experience. I highly recommend you check it out for yourself because my pictures do not do it justice!

This gem popped up as the no.1 restaurant in Key West and they did not disappoint. We had great service from the moment we walked in. Our server, Alessio, was very alert to our needs and refilled our bread basket every time we finished it. We could not stop! It was so tasty with the honey butter. Each member of the group got either a rib eye, sirloin and filet mignon. All of the food was cooked to a perfect medium. Alessio recommended a wine that went exceptionally well with the food. We ended the night with a tasting of their key lime pie, which was also 😋. Enjoy the experience!

Wonderful service, our server Tony was hilarious and awesome! Food was seriously amazing! The tables were close to one another but there were no other guests around us. The location was in a weird shopping center that smelled but once you got the restaurant is was fine!

This place has some amazing steaks. We ordered the ribeye and it did not disappoint! The sides can use some of a magic touch - Mac and cheese was a bit on the oily side and potatoes were dry. The wedge salad was very good as was the clam chowder soup. Great steakhouse in the keys and reasonably priced. Wine selection was pretty good as well!

I hate to give only 3 stars for this place. But first, the waitress didn't put in the right order for me. Really wasn't that big of a deal to me. She was very emotional about it though. Kinda made me feel awkward and bad like she might be in big trouble over the whole thing. My husband was more upset that the manager didn't come over and say something. His food was not as good as he'd hoped for unfortunately. My food did come quickly after that and it was very good. They took it off our bill for the inconvenience. My husband stopped the manager and told her it wasn't necessary and that we would be more than happy to pay. She insisted on leaving things as they are. It was just uncomfortable and awkward over a simple mistake - I should of just ate what she brought me in the first place lol.

Had a great time at Prime. We were visiting for my friend's birthday and had attentive waitstaff. Food was excellent! Drinks were strong and we wound up not finishing them.

Food and service were hands-down one of the best in the key west. Atmosphere was relaxing outside and a little more upbeat inside. Highly recommend!
