We're from Lubbock, Texas, and we love this place. We went to the Orlando locations, yes, locations with an S even Ocala, FL, and no one a vanilla cream coke. Thanks for making my day and birthday!

It's almost a social experiment now to see if we ever get our order taken let alone the food delivered to the drive in part. So I can't even rate the food cause it never came. It is honestly really hard to find good help here in Key West. Me and 2 other cars just left after 20 minutes of waiting. Wendy's has the hard working Haitians there and provide awesome food and service. This or you are better off hitting an awesome food truck in Key West. Taco Express is great.

Fast service, food was ok. 1 menu board messed up. Live 🐔 chickens walking around in Key West tradition.

They forgot to put a Coney Island dog in a bag. The manager gave me a large drink for the mistake when I returned .

We ordered two blasts and have been waiting over an hour. When our order arrived it was incorrect and needed to be remade.

In Key West on vacation. Decided to stop at Sonic's, a familiar restaurant. Food order was wrong. Food order was correct on the menu board. When we noticed order was wrong, employee came out with receipt, different items on receipt. When it was partially corrected. The Food was Cold. So we have up and left. Will not visit again during stay.

Awful food. Had to yell our order due to poor speaker system. Popcorn chicken was hard as a rock had to ask for forks and sauce and girl brought them dumped them and left with out a word I guess because credit card system wouldn't work or allow us to tip. empliyee who answered speaker ask us repeatedly to repeat our order. Food was awful a d not worth the 30$ we paid. I wouldn't walk away from this sonics I'd run!

Food wasn't that great. And the portion size was really small. It was my first time eating there and I wouldn't do it again.

The table needed cleaning and I asked the young male server to clean it. He never did. The food was tepid and unappetizing. I wished we had eaten somewhere else

The footling coney dog and cheese sticks were good! Also the shakes were on point! The only thing less desirable was the chicken club! A little pricey but it was Keywest lol!

Junia is usually my car hop when I come here. She is very kind and provides great customer service. She always asks me if I need ketchup or anything. I also forget the name of the man who took my order but he is also always very kind. A huge step up from how this sonic used to be.

Location is not bad the company on the other hand needs to revamp the menu. The tuna sub is the epitome of disgusting has absolutely no flavor and needs to be removed. The other items are very sub par other than expensive over priced food thats worth only a fraction of the cost the service is great.

I LOVE SONIC! Everything I have tried is delicious! I love their ice, in a foam cup and that you can add flavors to your drinks! My fave is a Diet Dr. Pepper with added Cherry flavor!

After a total mistake on my order, I didn't want to wait for them to redo it & decided just to go home and eat. While waiting for a break in traffic, the manager comes running across the parking lot, apologized profusely & practically begged us to return so he could fix the mistake & offered our order for free. Unbelievable, that level of service and customer appreciation, especially from fast food, right? Very impressed!

Service on first go around was a joke. Didn't listen to what we ordered. Overcharged us, then acted frustrated because what they tried to give us was incorrect. Bunch of kids with no supervision and we interrupted their slow time.

Go-To for fast food and the results look just like the menu pics. The Chicago Dog is banging. Corn Dogs are great for on the go with kiddos

This place is very easy to get to and leave from, also the food is delivered to you quickly. The staff is very friendly and professional. I've never had any bad encounters with them.

I have actually removed my good review. Past three visits the food has barely been edible. Burgers were ice cold...not cool...cold! The tater tots greasy and barely warm. Many of the order screens are broken and literally falling apart. The grounds need attention. A week ago there was someone high or drunk sitting passed out in his own urine on the end bench. Yesterday there was a couple having sex on the same bench! This fast-food chain started out so well and is going to ruin...please do something! The carhops are lovely kids and very sweet and diligent, but they can't find customers when everything is broken, and they should NOT be exposed to what I saw yesterday or last week. This is NOT the environment I would want my teen working in.

Best Sonic experience ever. We ordered 3 kids meals (all different entrees, sides, drinks, and condiments). They got our entire order correct and our order was ready in less than 5 minutes.

One of the sonic employees tried to steal money from me. I ordered and when the food was brought out to me I told the sonic worker that I have $7 in cash and I wanted to pay the rest on my card. She asked for the receipt and then started acting like she was typing stuff into the computer. She then asked for the card and then swiped the card. I saw the computer still said the same amount after she took the cash so after she went back inside the restaurant I checked my bank account and the cash was not taken off of the order total. I walked up to confront her and when I told her that I got charge the whole amount on my card she said “ok”. I then asked for my money back and instead of going to the register she reached in her pocket and handed me the money. She asked for no proof or anything that I got charged the full amount on my card. She obviously pocketed the money and hoped I wouldn’t notice. She was also very rude to me after she found out I told her manager.

Update a year later. My original review stands but they have added additional staff and they are open more but the service is still sub par. I know it's fast food but it's not rocket science to get a couple burgers correct..... Terrible. Grouchy waitstaff, the pull up is constantly closed. You have to go to the drive-thru after waiting 10 minutes for them to tell you that the pull up is closed. What's the sense of having these stalls when they're only drive through? They were out of three of the four things that I wanted to order the last two times we were here. Sonic makes a great milkshake but how about we have some of this stuff in stock? It's been such a disappointment!

Placed an order through Google for pick up, when I show up they tell me they can't help me or serve me cause Google orders aren't going through, yet I was still charged. Manager on duty simply said "I'm sorry, can't help ya."

The place is awesome. The shakes and slushies are great. I had a bad sore throat and the new Manager, Rob, hooked me up with “the best” ones. Thanks Rob and good luck!

The person working the drive thru was very mad we were there getting food. He seemed frustrated and angry. It kinda worried me to NOT eat my food. As he had a very crazy attitude for no reason. My lime aid tasted like there was some sort of sewage in it. I felt pretty sick after I drank it and had my food. I threw up twice that night and when I woke up I was very sick throwing up 3-4 times. I’m sure it’s not worth going after sonic and getting a subpoena as the footage will just be deleted if he did do anything malicious to the food. IM here is to warn other people and find out if ANYBODY ELSE HAS HAD A SIMILAR EXPERIENCE.

Great location to stop and get refreshed when first arriving in key west. Service was quick and the drinks hit the spot. Being from Oklahoma I'm very familiar with sonic! This one didn't dissappint. Plus it's one of the coolest sonics I have been to!
