Love this Publix and the Staff!!! ❤️ A huge thank you to Ana and the Great Deli Staff for all your help getting my service puppy Hachi 🐺 plenty of roasted chicken, 🐓 so he would eat when his veterinary prescription diet was out of stock. 💙 Here he is waiting for his favorite chicken dinner with sugar snap peas! Thanks again for making a very difficult situation during Covid less stressful for me, and a happy time for him! 😁🐺🥰

Have most of what you need if you don't feel like spending hundreds on resturants dinner. I am just a little disappointed with the bakery section some of the cooked stuff is cold and hard. They also got other prepared meal.

I like this Publix, it is smaller than the other facility but always well-stocked, and things are easy to find. I am somewhat short-sighted, and if as much as squint while searching for something, a store employee will always ask me if I need help. Small but well-stocked vegetable and bakery area...I love the Sushi counter. Fast check-out and bagging every time. Friendly and helpful staff. I seem to be able to find everything I need in a short amount of time.

Not sure what is going on in the deli right now, but subs that where ordered to be done at 130pm and my wife is standing there with groceries and was told to wait or get a refund. Pretty ridiculous that staff can be this rude and get away with it. You should be ashamed.

Good grocery store. No complaints other than pricing being a little more than the neighboring grocery. The staff was nice and were pretty fast at checking people out, even though it was busy. Everything was also clean and carts worked well - which is always a plus.

Full disclosure I haven’t purchased or ordered anything here (yet) but after a decent walkthrough I found the prices WAY better than WinnDixie and lots of really tempting prepared dishes that were slightly cheaper than any restaurant offerings. The deli counter prices were pretty fair too and I’ll be back for a sub soon. Also, clean bathrooms that were easily accessible right at the front of the store (to the right, near the deli). And lastly, I got myself a $6 cookie over at a shop on Duval last night only to find similar ones here for literally 1/3rd the price!

I wish they would stop hounding people at the self checkout for donations. The point of a self check out is to avoid slowdowns and random interactions like employees begging for money again and again. Then homless outside the front doors smoking and asking for money...

Gone down hill. Always used this Publix to order in my subs for fishing charters and boat days. Convenient so I can grab and go and have one less thing to do and now, every single time I order it takes 30 minutes to an hour past the pick up time to be ready. Usually I shrug it off and just come back but this last time I stayed for almost an hour watching the whole deli department. One girl that was making the subs constantly walked to the back for a long time and took forever to make one man's chicken tender sub. Another woman that was operating the slicer, I looked at her multiple times and smiled and all i received every time we made eye contact was a nasty, unhappy look in return. Next sub the girl made she rubbed her nose on the glove repeatedly, then rubbed her hands together and on her clothes and then went back to touching the food. Disgusting, at this point I walked out and never went back for those subs. Also advised friends and customers to never use that deli again. Giving 2 stars because the deli is the only down fall for this place and we'll this is Florida, Publix is well known for their awesome deli reputation! Just not this one...

This grocery store is awesome! The people are very kind, selfless, and committed. Their bakery makes great baked goods. And they have a huge variety of lots of other food. Without doubt Publix is awesome!

Believe it or not, but Publix bakes the BEST key lime pie on the island! Publix is similar to any large grocery store from where you live. They have a deli with Boarshead brand meats and cheeses. You do not need a store card to get their sales. I will always get groceries and a key lime pie every time I visit!

Edgar and Meribel made us the most amazing subs in the world tonight. This was hands down our best sub experience in all of Florida.

Clean, good supply of fresh foods. Just like all Publix stores. Prices like at home, another tourist town.

This place is crazy busy all the time. But despite the tourist madness, staff manages to be pleasant and helpful. It's surprising to find the shelves well stocked, even with sale items. You'd expect with the volume of people that visit this store that some things would be gone from the shelves. Good job, Publix crew. Keep up the good work!

Where else can you go to the market and get top quality frozen bait too. Not in Massachusetts anymore. Got to love the Florida Keys

I always come into Publix for a pub sub when I'm in Florida. James is a master sandwich engineer and very friendly individual. Publix is lucky to have him on staff. Thank you!!

Great Publix, great employees. But oh so busy. I don't know how the staff does it, so polite and friendly, but how do they find the time?

Fresh sushi. There's a fruit yogurt parfait that is one of my favorites to get. The bakery is a must stop. You won't be disappointed. They have several cuban and mexican favorites. The deli section will make you your own deli sammie it's delicious and, best of all, with a smile! Nice meals by the meat section already made that just need oven time.

Worst experience in grocery shopping in my life! If I could I would give -10 stars. Prices: ridiculous, quality: cut fruits with rotten strawberries inside. We arrived yesterday after almost 24 hours travelling from Canada and went New Year’s evening at 8 pm to get food for the week we stay. Not only, that the cut fruits were (strawberries) were brown, some even white (mold?). We bought tasteless avocado’s for the worst guacamole, the little cheese for 8$ is the most tasteless, I ever had. My little son, took a little single can of sunkist (221ml) out of the shelve which costs 3.60(???)$. At home, we figured out, it was supposed to be a six pack. Shouldn’t the cashier be aware of these things? I thought, it’s inflation. But today, we went to Winn-Dixie and EVERY single item we bought at Publix, was cheaper over there. Missing quality for expensive prices. Paying 244$ for some snacks and breakfast items and a few drinks is a joke. Sorry Publix, this is terrible! Inflation is everywhere, but these prices, i haven’t seen neither in Canada nor in Europe and the quality was terrible. If cut fruits are not fresh, don’t sell them or mark them down! Shoppers, compare prices!

Tried to order a falafel wrap after 5 minutes she couldn't find the falafel. 3 people left after standing there a while while I ordered my husband's sandwich. Will pay more and just go to local CVG

went in there just to get the bag of ice 16 pounds was a little bit over four dollars which is cheaper than in land Florida for basically the same amount. The store looked very nice. Had no issues shopping there.

Waited in deli for a sandwich over 20 minutes. No one in front of me, no one acknowledging me. Had two ladies behind counter that wouldn’t even look at me. Also, went to buy raw roaster chicken from meat department that was on sale that week, and they were out!

I found the stocker in the orange juice refrigerated section extremely helpful. I didn't have to ask him for help. He asked me if he could help. I was looking for pineapple, orange, and guava (POG) juice. He directed me to the unrefrigerated juice section and described exactly what to look for. His extra effort didn't go unnoticed.

I love Publix. Fresh prepared meals are so good. Especially the salmon. And the baked goods are prepared with real ingredients like butter, sugar and flour. Helpful, friendly staff.

Nice place just very expensive and very few people who speak English. I am not against people who speak Spanish or any other language I just have a hard time understanding sometimes. That is all I mean by that. We use Winn-Dixie because their products are good and most of the time way less expensive.

We stopped here the day before Hurricane Ian was to pass by. Store personnel were hustling and were very helpful in locating water, batteries, etc. Enjoyed the rooster activity in the parking lot.

Just moved to Key West. I have never seen 2 Publix with in a mile from each other. Both locations are very nice, clean and employees are super friendly.
