Excellent jewelry store with amazing nautical designs! Did fantastic service on my watch too and a few other pieces of jewelry I brought in. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Jay is awesome. If you want an honest shop and beautiful jewelry go to Neptune's!

My fiancé and I were in Key West for a wedding engagement photo shoot. Prior to the shoot we wanted to have the ring cleaned, as it would of course be a focal point of a few photos. We decided to drop in to Neptune, and the hospitality was amazing. We had 2 rings cleaned. The jeweler came back and mentioned there would be no charge! We left a gratuity but were mind blown. We’d never made a purchase or been in the store before. This is the lost customer service that needs to be re-found! The jewelry selection is top notch. While waiting and overhearing other conversation, there seemed to also be a great knowledge of rare coins. THANKS GUYS!

Needed my grandmothers necklace and pendant fixed when in key west on a business trip with my daughter . My daughter and myself loved the inventory , amazing variety and my necklace was fixed on time and in perfect order , thanks Neptunes ! JC

Went searching all of keywest looking for a pendant. I was trying to find anchor. I couldn't find anything I liked and stumbled across this shop. Found out they make their own jewelry in house. I had them make me a custom anchor. Staff was super friendly and they did a excellent job couldn't be happier with my purchase.

Amazing store with unique pieces and fair prices. Spent some time speaking with Jay while at the store and as a self professed history geek his background and stories are interesting to say the least. My wife has been looking for a unique piece for me for some time and we found it while on vacation in Key Wet of all places, with a Roman Republic ~90BC Apollo Horse Racing Denarius that was turned into a bracelet. I requested a change in the band to something more "rustic" et voila a beautiful unique bracelet that gets constant compliments. A very fitting piece for a horse owner/lover and history dork all wrapped into one. Now, I am always leery to buy anything while on vacation and without a recommendation, but the numerous reviews and independent research put me at ease. Absolutely LOVE the piece. On a side note and without getting into details they did credit back a slight overage on the CC charge after the fact. Speaks volumes to me on their honesty that goes hand in hand with the craftsmanship.

I was browsing and found many artists displayed in a variety of venues. I will go back, spend more time and frankly, more money. In this store a little of each will definitely reap beauty and diversity to my home. Thank you.

went shopping there today and spent way too much time asking questions. Then I asked more questions. Big decision for me to spend the money on a silver coin. Jay was very patient and accommodating. Gotta say thanks to the staff. I did finally purchase what I wanted.

Walked on to look at rings/pendants for a birthday gift. These people are nothing short of amazing. Extremely friendly and incredibly knowledgeable! Will be back when I'm back down.

I can't say enough great things about Jeni and the rest of the staff. They were absolutely AMAZING, I had to replace my daughters' rings that I bought 3+ years ago and they knew what type of rings they had called the distributor(only 3 left) and was able to get me the rings shipped to PA in time for Christmas. Just truly genuine people. My daughters will be truly surprised on Christmas! Thank YOU!

My husband purchased my wedding ring here. We had wonderful service when we bought it a few years ago. I lost a very small diamond and called them because we will be in Key West soon. The lady who answered was more than helpful. I might need another piece of jewelry from this store.

Horrible non-responsive customer service. My earrings lost a stone shortly after purchase so I sent them in for repair. They sent them back repaired with a $20 bill to partially credit my shipping and insurance. A few months later, they lost more stones (emeralds and diamonds). I called and was told they would replace the earring so I mailed it in. They called several weeks later and said they were waiting on a stone and had decided to fix instead of replace. They sent the earring back supposedly repaired, but this time with no return shipping reimbursement. I only wear these earrings on special occasions and noticed that another emerald is now missing. So that makes 3 times the earring have defected which is ridiculous to me. I have emailed the email on their website 3 times over the last 3 days with a photo with no response. In fact it comes back saying "return from sender". I messaged them directly through Facebook and can see they have read the message, but have not responded.

This is where you go to get a custom piece done, 100%! My wife and I went all over town to get our wedding rings made and Jay helped bring our vision to life! Not to mention, everyone else in there helped facilitate the creation in one way or another. And all with a smile on their face. Such a wonderful team of people.

Lovely customer service but we went there just for resizing my wife ring and they completely erase the customized engraving, plus they change the shank of the ring, I was told they will call me back for do it again for free some day, no thanks.
