We took a trip down to key west from miami for the weekend. We were looking for a bracelet for valentine's day. I find all the reviews in 1 week saying it's a great store with great people odd and deceptive. The only thing we seen was cheap over priced gaudy jewelry. Snotty people working there. Maybe they paid for the reviews because of bad reputation and cheap product. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Cheap cheap jewelry. Nikki is rude. The store front is dirty. Reading the reviews, I agree, they were paid to write reviews. This store should not be on Duvall st. Cheap jewelry. Nothing subtle. QVC shopping network quality jewelry. I bought a very nice necklace next door. Not all jewelry stores on Duval st are horrible. Just this store.

Alex and Nikky have been at the store during all of my visits in the last ten years and it is always a treat when we get to come down to sunny Florida and shop around at our favorite jeweler.

My wife and I were in Key West celebrating our 25th anniversary and I was looking for the perfect piece of jewelry for her, we walked up and down Duval street and visited all the jewelry stores and then walked into Pacific Jewelry where we met Alex and Nikky. I found exactly what I was thinking about, a beautiful Coin from the Atocha wrapped in gold with an anchor with diamonds. Thank you Alex and Nikky for all your help, you guys are awesome.

I'm calling complete shenanigans on the 1 star reviews. Alex gave my family and I an amazing history lesson and I looked at pricing compared to other places and saw their pricing was in line. The history of the pieces may add value and I can see people misunderstanding some of that but, come on. He didn't try to force us into anything and clearly has a passion. It was absolutely pleasant and he was very reasonable.

I stopped at this store on the evening of August 22nd. My wife and I were interested in the beautiful coins and jewelry that has been recovered from ship wrecks that they had on display. We were greeted by Nikky, who happens to be the store manager. I can tell you that she was Absolutely wonderful! We could not afford to by any of the beautiful things that she showed us but that didn't stop her from not only telling us the history and background of some of those items that we liked. She even let us hold some of those things. It was a wonderful time we had with her there. Nikky is very friendly and informative. If I had the money I surely would have purchased one of those old coins. If you have the time or are looking for some nice jewelry stop in and talk with her. They have all kinds of nice things there. Nikky thank you for being so kind and nice to my wife and I that day. We will come see you again when we come down to Key West again!

I am posting this review in response to the bogus one star reviews. As a bench jeweler/cutter myself I can assure you Pacific Jewelry does not have “Gaudy” pieces of jewelry but in fact has an exceptional selection of high quality jewelry. The staff are not “snotty” but in fact exceptional at what they do whether you purchase something or not. My wife and I love Alex and the rest of the staff.

Came into the store on a whim late one night. We loved the unique upscale designs…super friendly staff especially liked not feeling pressured into buying. Ended up buying an anniversary ring and a watch I saw in the window.

I had a terrific buying experience from Alex at Pacific Jewelry. Working with Alex and the team at Pacific was fun and enjoyable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Beautiful displays and hearing the history of the treasures and ships from Nikki was better than a trip to the museum. Worth a visit while you are in Key.West.

Wow!! Popped in to this shop for a quick look at at shipwrecked Coins and instead stayed for a whole history lesson and learned so much. Nicki was a wealth of knowledge and so much fun. Our kids will never forgot this experience!

Recently proposed to my now fiancé while on a trip to key west. I nailed every aspect of the ring except the size. Went into Pacific Jewelry and spoke with Alex M. He was a FANTASTIC help when it came to sizing guides and general ring care. Despite us coming in without the intention of buying anything Alex was still happy to help. My future wife and I will be back in the future for some bling to match her new ring.

How do I describe one of the more pleasurable shopping experiences I can remember? Alex, and Brian, were a joy with whom to work. Alex provided thoughtful and detailed information that helped me to find the just the right item among the beautiful offerings. In addition, he went out of his way to show my wife and me around the area and treat us to a wonderful lunch at One Duval. I not only found the perfect pendant for my chain, my wife and I had a wonderful afternoon and found a new friend. Can’t wait to return!
