I would give 0 stars if I could! Echoing everyone else's reviews about the rude service here displayed by both older male and woman. They never greeted us or even looked our way. When we went to look by the back counter they received a phone call and passed the phone to each other in front of our faces. Then as we were looking at the jewelry, picking it up to try on as one does the man scolded "don't take off counter". And for a store where nothing looks necessarily unique, one of a kind or of utmost quality the prices are astronomical. Lastly, Key West is a very friendly spot so you needn't bother here!

They get a one star only because a zero is not available. Absolutely no customer service. Extremely cold and negative vibe in this store. No greeting and then they oddly stand and stare as one is shopping. For the high price point, the clothes and jewelry are not especially creative, unique or attractive. The shopkeepers are an older man and woman. They should sell their business and retire since they seemingly hate people and their jobs. Don't shop here! Not a happy place! Something is wrong with these folks! Their store is not Artisan! There are better stores in Keywest!

I would rate this store 0 stars if I could. I picked up a pair of jeans that I wanted to try and was told there was no fitting room. Was wearing leggings and decided to step to the side of the store to slip on over to see if they fit and was scolded by the male sales associate and told its “company policy” that you can’t try anything on. How can you sell clothes if you can’t try things on?! Much cuter boutiques in Key West. Save yourself time and shop elsewhere!

I have never been this disappointed by a boutique. Their clothes cost between $200-$300, but you can’t try them on and also can’t return them. I saw a pair of jeans for $208 and asked the man working in the boutique if I could try these on over my regular clothes to see the fit. He rudely said that trying on clothes was against their store policy… Don’t go, you’ll just be disappointed!

Awful! Went today to buy a turquoise necklace in the window, and no one acknowledged me - not guy, at counter or lady at desk/table in far back office with door open. Like what? I've bought there on other trips but this.... Won't buy from them again. So rude! Who do you peoe think you are?!?! Truly classless. Will spend my money back home in Palm Beach/Jupiter. Also, btw, their prices are high but I typically buy it if I like it and price is within reason. I can afford there items and appreciate a curated selection but my advice to skip this store unless you like being disregarded and treated poorly in general. Hard pass.

Would give no stars, if I could! So sad that Indigo find customer service overrated and replaced it with rudeness - and apparently doesn’t need money! Picked clothes for over 1000 US$ that I wanted to try on (and buy) but no changing room (and not allowed to try them on over my clean bikini) and - as the utterly unfriendly sales person pointed out- clothes on sale cannot be returned if they don’t fit. The other customers who left the store behind us were also quite cross about the service. Thank you, Indigo, for making this shop the worst Key West customer experience!

I adore this store and the owners. The clothing they sell are their own line. Lots of details and hand printed pieces. Prices are steep but you get what you pay for. I don’t wear jewelry but they do make their own pieces, and they are also lovely. Every item I’ve bought here has been met with rave reviews. Note to shoppers, this is not a “gift shop” with 5.00 t-shirts- do not bring any food or drink in and stay off your phone. I only shop here the day before I leave because I would shop here every day.

I went in this store a couple weeks ago and had to leave because I felt so uncomfortable. The owner/owners both stare at you like they think you are going to steal something any second. It was such an awkward situation and I was there to purchase a ring that my friend had seen the day before. Awful experience!

Went in twice and was treated horrible both times. The owner stares and tells you to put that down if you pick up anything. Beautiful store, but the owner was rude to others. It's to bad the owner doesn't make people feel welcome. I left due to feeling uncomfortable.

I was leery because of reading a bad review about the staff and a no try~on policy. Both were wrong! The owner makes hand-made stunning jewelry and I bought a linen wrap dress also. Classiest store on Duval street. ✝️

I had a wonderful experience buying a necklace for my sister today. The salesman was very warm and engaging. He was also very happy to take apart a necklace for me and use the stones to make two bracelets. Great experience!

Poor customer service! Went there prepared to purchase a piece of jewelry (money no object) for my wife but the service was so cold and lacking. I left and went elsewhere. Apparently they are not in business to sell anything. Just want to stand around acting superior....staring at people.

Beautiful pieces of jewelry and clothes. Nice area to try things on too. Not the friendliest but who cares with these beautiful pieces of “art”’

Worst customer service and treatment of people I've ever seen in a boutique anywhere I've ever been in my entire life. My family and I went in to check this Boutique out last week when we were there in key west. My husband saw a beautiful shirt that was on a hanger and had three necklaces on the hanger with it he picked it up and told me that it would look really pretty on me and then he asked I wonder how much these necklaces are the man who was working in the store overheard our conversation and butted it in with the snootiest, most condescending tone. He said the price is right there on the necklaces ! When we saw how much the necklace was w my husband and I said wow I wonder what these are made out of to be that much. The man working in the store came over to my husband and literally took the hanger with the shirt out of my husband's hand!!! took the necklaces out of my husband's hand and put them on the hanger and then proceeded to put the hanger back where my husband had picked it up from and wiped the front of the shirt down with his hand as if he was decontaminating it from us while we were standing right there!!!!!and he turned and walked away. The message was clear he did not want a shopping there so we turned and left. Unfortunately he has other reviews that say the exact same thing. apparently this is the owner of the store and he has no shame about how he treats his customers. most places understand that some people can't afford things and still treat you kindly and say thanks for coming but not this guy.

I love this store and the VERY NICE man that owns the store. He's a really guy if you actually try speaking to him. The owners handmake all of their jewelry and they can set whatever price they would like. He might even give you a deal? (If you speak to him) 🤷🏼‍♀️.

Wonderful experience. I bought some hand painted scarves and a skirt to dress up basic outfits and a beautiful turquoise ring. My shopping mate also made a few purchases. The female owner was very kind and the care put into the collection at this store is evident. I was never told to put anything down since she was helping me with styling ideas. Again, this is a place you go for well curated, handmade items and if you inquire about prices understand the work and artistry of what you are paying for. I would definitely shop here again. You have gained a fan.

This is THE BEST boutique to visit if you are a naked man wanting to take pictures. That's all I have to say. Shirtless? Check. Male? Check. Camera in hand ready to snap some great indoor boutique shots? Check. The owners also love it when customers try on the clothes in the store or pick up jewelry off of the counter. I suggest doing both at the same time. During our next visit, we'll get a feel for what the owners think about pant-less women taking Polaroid selfies. It could get interesting. I don't think they have policies about those types of customers yet.
