Military people steer clear of this place. I was buying my wife a purse and simply asked if they had a military discount. They began to tell me that in her store everyone is treated the same noone is special. A simple no would have sufficed. If you are a conservative you'll probably get the same rude treatment.

Amazing jewelry and clothing. I purchased a necklace years ago and have never seen anything like it since. Everyone asks me where I got it. I had a problem with the clasp, sent it back and Stephanie repaired it

I'm a local and have been shopping here for years. I am a devoted fan of linen and this shop carries some of the best brands. Plus I get great service - the sales ladies know my preferences and save me a lot of time by pointing out new items that I might like. The clothing that I purchase there always gets complimented. Commotion, and it's sister store, Local Color are the only two places I ever go for clothing.

Such a cute boutique! A must stop when I'm in KW. Nice selection of jewelry with semi precious stones and clothing. I always find something and staff are characters in the best sense of the word. Love it! Add it to your shopping list if you prefer something other than a KW t-shirt, or fishing/beach gear. For the stylish KW visitor. I picked up two super cute necklaces and the woman working was helpful and entertaining. A must go!

Extremely friendly sales person. Not pushy but very good at what she does. Went in to buy a beach cover up but bought a shirt and a dress.

Rude and not welcoming. Just an all around bad experience. Great merchandise but it’s available anywhere. I have never had a worse customer service experience.

I am not sure what these negative reviews are on about. Even me coming from a miltary family felt very welcomed here. The female shop owner was nothing but kinda and patient with my wife who was having trouble picking out a few outfits. If you come here with a chill vibe you will be fine. Come with an entitled attitude and well you will be upset

Oh I love Commotion. Every time I come to town I head straight here. They have my style of clothing and extremely helpful.

This is the best clothing and jewelry spot in Key West. Always a must when I am in town. Stephanie is really helpful and knows the items to help you put together the look you want. Had a little glitch this year with an exchange and she sorted it all out. I'll be sporting my new duds again until next year!
