We are from Texas ...on vacation my daughter drops her glasses middle of the ocean..sad moment but we were recommended by cab driver and they came together to get my daughter new pair of glasses so we could continue enjoying our trip... a big THANK YOU ALL just for caring . One star because I took a relative here because they were having eye issues. Dr. Daren Didn't actually look into the patient eye or actually give a thorough exam. We returned home to actually find out the individual had glaucoma. He took the insurance but no real exam. We feel scammed. Like so many other places in key west don't be black and need service here. Take caution

Having broken my glasses I was expecting to have vision issues for quite a while awaiting a replacement. To my great surprise, I was able to get an early morning appointment the second day after. Even better, I left the appointment with the perfect contact lenses as a better-than-replacement for my glasses. I am very pleased with all aspects of the service I received.

The doctors at this location are all amazing. They made me feel safe and like a priority for them. My kids were screaming during my appointment and Dr Joe made sure i knew it didn’t bother him a bit and would let me take care them as much as I needed too. Even the front desk women are nice and so helpful. I always look forward to our appointments.

Wonderful eye care! I am very difficult to fit for contacts and Sole and Dr. Daren fit me perfectly. They are kind and caring and really take their time to ensure everything is perfect! THANK YOU SO MUCH SOLE AND Dr. Daren!!!

Thought I had an issue with my eye after cataract surgery. I called at closing time as a new patient and they adjusted their schedule to look at my eye first thing in the morning. They had all the equipment to make a thorough investigation of my eye. Dr Oppenheimer was very knowledgeable and his staff were excellent. Would highly recommend them.

Very friendly eye clinic! My experience with Dr. D. Oppenheimer was excellent. Him and his staff made sure I felt comfortable during the appointment and took the time to show me details and pictures of my eyes while recommending best treatment for my visiion. State of the art equipment! I will go back annually for checkups.

Office is always clean and organized and the staff is always professional and friendly. Dr D is fantastic, he gets right to the point and solves your issue. I came into the office with a very painful eye and no appointment. I was examined by the doctor 10 minutes later and he solved my issue within 20 minutes. I left the office pain free and happy. No runaround and no nonsense, I like that. Thanks doc !!

The staff is always very knowledgeable and friendly. The new doctor Dr. Joe is amazing with kids. My eight year could not stop laughing and joking with him. We have been patients here for over 5 years and we still love it.

Dr. Oppenheimer was great but I saw him for a visit nearly 2 months ago and haven't received contacts. Ally she said they'd be delivered in 5-7 business days and it's now almost 2 months without any contacts (the trial pair tore easily). Please notify people when contacts are backordered so patients can make decisions based on factual information.

Oppenheimer Eye Clinic is an excellent caring individualized service. They were so helpful to me in some many ways due to my eye and health condition. It makes us feel like when we go to them, it's like going into see family, who you know will help you no matter what! Thank you so much!

Staff and providers are very professional, efficient, and competent. Additionally, they leverage technology to minimize dilating your eyes, diagnosing issues (such as retinal issues) sooner than later, and minimizing the need to travel to the mainland for a higher level of expertise/professional consultation. Strongly recommend.

Sol was very polite friendly and very knowledgeable. Made the whole transition from booking the appointment to doing my eye exam quickly professionally and fun. First off let me say that any type of doctor visit is never fun, especially when it’s for you & your 5 year old! But Gabrielle made this experience so wonderful & smooth. She’s amazing in every aspect. My daughter didn’t freak out, was so calm and naturally clinched to Gabrielle’s soft aura. I will be sure to ALWAYS request her when visiting in the future!!! Take good care of her, good employees like that are hard to come by!!

I needed some contact lenses very urgently and walked here to ask if they could sell me a pair even though I’m not a customer. I got served by a very sweet woman at the cashier and the doctor was able to give them immediately. It was a super nice experience and definitely saved my day! Thank you - I can very much recommend this eye clinic :)

Everyone is so kind there. I like that I got to try different kinds of contacts before I settled on what kind I ended up ordering. They tweaked my vision to above expectation! There was never any rush or pressure to decide. They wanted my sight to be the best it can be! I am a very satisfied customer!

New patient here! My first experience was great!! Very clean, organized clinic. Opticians are well trained and great at communicating throughout the pretesting. Dr. Oppenheimer was very efficient and I felt well taken care of! Love my new contacts and am very grateful I went here!

Friendly and professional staff, very nice and patient. Both Dr. Oppenheimer's are very nice, caring and sincere. I'm attempting to try contacts for 1st time ever, they're working with me to get my prescription right as I have several factors that don't allow me to be that patient who 1 size fits all. They've not given up on me when I wanted to give up on myself in trying the contacts because I'm not the 1 size fits all patient. Definitely would recommend!!

This was my first appointment here and very satisfied! Everyone was friendly and helpful. My glasses were done sooner than expected. Much better experience here than other places I've been in the lower Keys. Highly recommend to anyone needing an eye exam or glasses.
