Very upset, doctors would not refill prescription until seen by new doctor. They didn't have anything until January 2023 which I scheduled. They offered me ealier date on December 27th today but still my daughter would be without medicine for over 1 month. Will be looking into the mainland dermatologist...this is ridiculous

The worst experience ever. Be prepared to pay more just because you have a visit with a doctor not P.A.-c. They charged us for a new patient because we haven’t been there in three years but nobody informed us about this ridiculously stupid rule. The doctor proceeded some quick treatment without letting us know that would be additional charge. And the skin cancer screening was a fastest one I have ever seen. We had to point her some spots on the skin which we’ve been worried about. She just quickly said the name of it and handed me a flyer to read about that. But most of all, the price at the check out almost killed us. Because they didn’t give us detailed bill we didn’t know what we’re paying for. I asked for one which showed only some codes. We had no choice but pay (no insurance). I’m still angry and disappointed. I was there before and every time I had very good treatment and pleasure experience. But then my appointments were with guy doctor and P.A.-C lady which I highly recommend if you don’t want to be ripped off. It’s not worth to see the lady with doctor diploma there. Well, maybe she had a bad day or maybe we weren’t good patients enough for her.

I was delighted that my full body scan was done by Dr. Pruitt. He has years of experience, and his assessment put my mind at ease. The staff was wonderful, and I did not have to wait long at all to be seen. Excellent service!

I am a new patient at Keys. My check-in and patient information process was painless and efficient. Dr. Altmann was very thorough and took her time in answering several questions I had. Overall - a very professional and modernized practice.

Visit was great, from the receptionist, assistant to the doctor! Professional, approachable and friendly. Highly recommended.

Really great place. Clean modern office. Nice easy check in. All done on an iPad The receptionist handled numerous things effectively. Very nice. The nurse(sorry I didn’t remember your name) and Dr Altman were fantastic. Great skills with injections, biopsies and the freeze spray. Dr Altman explained the steps needed in the future. I am so happy with Dr Altman! Best check up ever. The office is awesome. My appointment was right on time. No waiting! Even after I was taken to the exam room, Dr Altman was very prompt. So happy I don’t have to go to the mainland!!

I was asked to arrive 15 minutes early for no apparent reason. I had to wait the unnecessary 15 minutes plus at least another 15 minutes before I was taken back and then I sat in a freezing exam room for more time. The rest was fine. Professional behavior by staff and doctor, answered my questions, and sent me on my way.

I had an excellent visit. The staff was very accommodating. Dr Altmann was extremely thorough and answered all my all my questions in detail. Speaking in terms I could understand. This was the best dermatologist visit I have had in years, since Dr Pruitt & Dr Berman retired. We highly recommend her & her staff.

I tried once before to make the review, didn't seem to go so I will try again. Service was great, got in right on time. Met the new doctor and was impressed with her the process. Very happy with the office and the staff.

I appreciate that this office is very busy but I’m quite distressed about being prescribed the same medication that didn’t work the last time. I wish the PA had looked at my file and realized this before I spent even more money on meds I won’t be able to use. Still waiting to hear from someone regarding the next proposed treatment. When you have a disease that doesn’t respond to treatment it’s stressful enough. I wish she had taken a little more time.

Everyone in the office was pleasant and professional. I feel that exam was thorough and all of my concerns were addressed.

Well I am curious to see what they charge my insurance…my appointment was at 11….I was taken back about 30 minutes late and my medical history was completed by the assistant (plus one in training) whom were both amazing. The doctor came in, spent less than a minute in giving me a diagnosis (thankfully he is experienced)….but when I had questions I was informed that we would discuss that at the recommended follow up appointment…my skin issue is causing me a lot of pain and discomfort but he said it would take a minimum of 8 weeks to show improvement…despite me knowing that we could get a jump start taking the oral medication instead of a topical medication….update as of 9/7/2023….went to the pharmacy more than 24 hours later to pick up the prescription that I was told was being sent in at the time of my appointment and needless to say it wasn’t there…I will be canceling my follow up appointment and just go to my PCP for further treatment. I would give zero stars if it would let me…

Our first of many permanent visits. From the front desk staff to Dr. Stefanie everyone was very pleasant and informative. Super friendly folks. We have taken our twice anual visits to them from our Michigan Doctor. And their new offices look super. Can't wait to visit them. Marty and Mona Hornacek

Very professional. I have always been able to get an appointment quickly when I really needed one and the staff is very friendly.

Dr. Altmann and her team were great! It was my first time doing filler and Botox so I was a little nervous but they made me feel so comfortable. I love the results and I am very happy I put my trust in her! I can’t wait for my next appointment!

Multiple visits, good experiences, excellent staff, excellent doctors. Everyone works well together and are pleasant.

Great Staff. Unfortunately the wait time needs to be better. I had an 11:00 appointment and wasn't seen by the doctor until 11:45.

I have no complaints about the care I've received from this practice but I recommend that staff brush up on phone etiquette. Whoever places a call should identify themselves and their reason for calling rather than asking if the answering party is so and so. With all the scammy phone calls these days, I do not feel comfortable confirming my identity without knowing who the caller is.

This place is incredible. I haven’t ever been treated so kindly at a doctors office. The staff was amazing and the doctor I saw was an absolute angel.

This is Don Biga, I don't have a Google Account so I am using my wife's. My experience was very good. Everyone was very friendly and told me what was going to happen at every step. Devin got my head ready for stitches and did a great job of numbing my head and putting the bandage on after the surgery. She was very informative on what to do before I return to have the stitches removed. Thanks....Don Biga

Long wait in waiting room. Dr. Altman seemed hurried, although I know there were some issues with patients. Overall good experience. I would recommend her. She was great.

I have used Keys Dermatology for a few years now and feel very comfortable when I go in. From the front desk to the doctor they take their time with you and make sure you understand what they are doing. I have gone for skin checks, skin tags removed, and even had cancer removed from my hand. Give them a try, you will feel the same.

Keys Dermatology has the worst phone answering system and service in the keys. It is not uncommon to be on hold for 8 - 10 minutes and have the line go dead. No other doctor or professional I call in the Keys has such poor performance. No need to complain, your complaint is ignored.

WONDERFUL Keys Dermatology squeezed me in due to a mysterious rash that turned out to be poisonwood! Thank heaven for Dr Pruitt...It was his last day in the office before retiring and I am sure he will be missed. I am so grateful to the staff and the Dr . This is the place!

My 1st visit to this place in which I moved to Key West from Tennessee. All the staff was very friendly and the Doctor (which she is new to this office as well and just moved here herself) was very friendly and answer all my questions. She will do well there and I look forward into continuing using Key Dermatology. I highly recommend this place for you skin care needs.

I had an appointment today and Devin and Dr. Stefanie Altmann and the receptionist made me feel really comfortable and were very friendly. I was a little nervous at the beginning of my appointment because I wasn’t expecting to be numbed for what I needed done but Devin and Dr. Stefanie Altmann continued to talk me through everything and definitely made me feel that I was in good hands and didn’t need to worry about anything (I didn’t feel a thing!). They genuinely wanted to make sure that I was taken care of and I highly recommend this awesome team!

Wonderful! Staff and Dr. All man are so knowledgeable with their expertise and insight concerning skincare and so much more. I appreciated the time they gave me with additional questions and concerns! Highly recommend! ♥️
