This facility might look a little scary on the outside. The people are good though and generally they are nice and helpful. They pretty regularly deal with jerks and unreasonable people so as you can imagine that impacts the environment. I appreciate what they’ve done for me and my family over the last few years. If there were opportunities to go above and beyond they certainly did. Especially on Christmas.

My son had an injury at the playground that required medical attention today. We stopped into Advanced Urgent care and were shown so much love and care. Everyone was kind and down to earth. The facility was very clean as well. I highly suggest stopping in if you're ever in need of urgent care. Thank you so much!

While on vacation my wife had a reaction to something and developed hives. We ended up here twice. I can't begin to tell you how professional, caring and compassionate every single person was that we dealt with. The doctors, nurses and intake are all top notch! Thank you so much for your caring and concern in helping us get back in our vacation mode! Would recommend these people over an ER any day.

I fell while on vacation here and went to this clinic. They are the best. Everyone was so kind and helpful and very knowledgeable. The doctor and nurses are great. The doc has a wonderful bedside manner he was very sweet and explained everything to us while showing us the x-ray pics. I highly recommend this place if you need medical care. Great people.

the best medical care I have possibly ever received in my life. There’s a stigma around urgent cares, but this clinic is top tier. Dr. Boros and his staff took every measure to ensure I was comfortable, well taken care of, and I left with a treatment plan that worked for me. The staff truly cares for your well-being!

Everyone I interacted with from the moment I stepped into the urgent care was all so friendly and kind. I couldn’t have imagined a better experience. I had a deep cut near my eye and needed it cleaned and glued, and Dr.P took care of me immediately and did an exceptional job. I even received a follow-up call the next day to inquire about how I was doing. I highly recommend this Urgent Care.

The physicians and staff are always kind, friendly and professional. I am always greeted with a smile and they get me in quickly. The providers are great listeners. They are a one-stop-shop including labs, radiology, ultrasound, CT scan. Very convenient! Ryan (For transparency, my wife is an employee)

Marathon Urgent Care was a great experience for me. We were travelling home to Key West, and I had been feeling bad all day, finally we decided to stop along the way to get me checked out. I was skeptical at first because the waiting room was full, they even had people sitting outside! But thankfully I was seen very quickly and had my blood pressure and preliminaries attended to. Soon after I was seen by a very nice NP named Brandy. She was professional and attentive and was genuinely concerned about my complaint. She explained my condition in a way I could comprehend, then determined the best way ahead. I must admit she was one of the best providers I have ever been seen by. Even though we are down in Key West, it’s worth the drive to Marathon to get an appointment with Brandy.

Hands down one of the best urgent care experiences I have ever had. From the staff, to the PA and MD, they were all AMAZING! Unbelievable care from the front office, to the nurses, to the PA and MD. I know where I will always go when I need care in Key West. ❤️

Had a spill on my rollerblades (not wearing protective gear, so don’t be like me and learn the hard way!) punctured my chin on a rock, scraped my hands off. Since the moment I walked in they helped me with the bleeding, it was a lot since faces tend to be dramatic. They cleaned me up and got me ice packs while I waited to be treated. The doctor, both the nurse Kelly and the front of the house Kelly and Annaliese were kind, empathetic and the kind of people you want taking care of you or your loved ones in a moment when you need it the most. We have been to this urgent care before for my boyfriend’s mom, and the experience has been consistently good. Out of the 3 Urgent Cares on the Island, this is the one where you feel humanized and taken care of.

Thankful to have this great option on our small island! They are timely, compassionate and responsive! I used their services for my medical clearance requirements prior to an elective surgery. The entire staff made the process simple & streamlined. Even after a hiccup occurred while I was out of the country for a vacation prior to my procedure, they were dependable to find a way to get things done for me even though I was 1000's of miles away. They truly saved the day, my location, and made it possible for me to have my procedure. Beyond thankful to Dr. P and the rest of the Advanced Urgent Care team!!!

My daughter was in Key West visiting us over the Christmas holiday and developed what seemed to be a sinus infection. We took her to Advanced as we had had several successful dealings with them over the years. She’s not from Florida and was a bit apprehensive about what care might be like in this “tourist city”. We assured her they would be professional and courteous and we were not disappointed! We are so fortunate in Key West to have a facility like Advanced Urgent Care!

Have had to go several times during the last year and am always so impressed with how nice, helpful and professional the team is!!! Always willing to work with you on appts, getting records sent to Drs and making the process smooth. Ms Kelly is outstanding! The imaging crew (specifically Jeff) is so professional and willing to make sure you’re comfortable and understand the process. All of the nurses are pleasant and knowledgeable. Definitely prefer going here for any needed tests/procedures than anywhere else 👍

This place is 10 stars From Kelly the receptionist to Jesse the nurse to the amazing Dave!!! They were the most compassionate, kind and loving!! I was very sick they immediately put an IV in me did Labs to diagnose me I can’t say enough about Advanced!!! Not every urgent care is not like this one My first experience was with another clinic Florida Keys urgent care Don’t go there They took my $125 and a prescription that did not work and not the most friendly staff!! If you get sick in Key West please go to Advanced!! I can’t thank Dave ( PA) enough!! He even followed up with me several times to make sure I was ok!!! Dave thank you for all your wonderful help And you saved my vacation My family thanks you as well!!!

I am so grateful this place exists. This is a difficult area to find quality medical care, and I often wind up taking my daughter here as our pediatrician is frequently overbooked. Kelly, who runs the reception area (really the whole place it seems) always gets everyone checked in & out quickly and efficiently. Regardless of how busy it is, she ALWAYS has a smile and treats everyone with kindness and respect. Because of her, my toddler actually enjoys going to the doctor. All of the medical professionals we have seen have been wonderful as well.

While in Key West, I had someone fall on my foot. My brother-in-law who is local took me to AUC. He’s been taking his family here for awhile. I can see why. They got me in quickly and all the staff was extremely professional and compassionate. It’s not easy to find urgent care with x-ray and a radiologist. I was quickly diagnosed and outfitted with a boot and crutches. Should there be any mishaps on our next trip, this would be the place I go. Of course, I hope I never have to go back but your never know in KW! Thank you for everything, AUC!!

I am diagnosed with anxiety and have a phobia of doctors. I never go unless I have to. Today I went in nervous, shaking, and crying like a baby because of some chest pain, LOL! Dr. Dilan-Koetje who came to see me ensured me that I would be safe and she was so very kind and understanding of my anxiety and fears. I felt so comfortable there after she saw me. The woman who took my xrays was very caring and kind as well. She made me feel so relaxed. My anxiety lessened being around these kind ladies. The women at the front desk are amazing and the two women who saw me before the doctor were quick, efficient, and so nice to me too! I'm very glad I chose to come here today. I felt properly cared for and looked after despite my fears. 10/10 I hope if I have to come here again I get the same doctor, haha.

Advanced Urgent Care is by far, the best medical practice I have ever been to! Not only did they show me exceptional care when I needed treatment a few years back, but recently, when it came time for a close friend to need care, I took her right there to the Key West facility. Dr. Boros and his team are experts and true professionals! I cannot thank them enough for what they have done to assist my friend! She is getting the best care because of them, Dr. Boros has probably saved her life! She needed a CT scan and an MRI, which they were able to accommodate right at the Key West and Marathon facilities. She got her bloodwork, EKG, and when she needed a specialist out of Miami, Dr. Boros already had everything set up so she was ready to go! He knew in advance what would be needed, not just sending us someplace unprepared. The entire process has flowed so easy due to his knowledge and years of experience. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Boros and all the Advanced Urgent Care locations in the Florida Keys! Special thanks to Dr. Boros, Nurse Kelly, Kelly at the front desk, Jeff, Dave, Christina, Michael, and all the other team members who treated us with so much compassion!!

The most caring staff! My son got a nice gash on his head and he needed staples. I was so worried since he can be a tough patient because of high anxiety. Everyone was so wonderful. From check in to check out. I could not thank them enough! Truly an amazing experience and I felt so supported during a not so amazing situation- hey, things happen! Thank you nurse Jess for saving the day and so grateful to this facility!

AUC is my go-to whenever I’m not feeling well. They always take such good care of me and are kind and patient! So thankful our little island has a place you can feel safe going to when you’re not well.

Last weekend, while visiting on vacation, my wife developed an eye infection. After a tele-health appointment followed by a prescription for eye drops, her condition worsened. The great staff at Advanced Urgent Care, came to the rescue!! They were thorough, empathetic, and most importantly spot on in their diagnosis, advice, and care plan. Needless to say, they saved our vacation!! Thank you Advanced Urgent Care!!

Today I had to go to Advance Urgent Care in Key West and right of the bat Kelly (receptionist) greeted me so professionally and kindly, made me feel comfortable from the first step in the door. Moving forward I then had a terrific nurse and Nurse Practitioner who treated me like one of there own. They answered every question I had and explained things fully to me to where I understood. Billing has been a nightmare. My wife received service in July of 2021 while on vacation. They mistakenly claimed they were not in our insurance network and I had to pay full price for a visit. I had checked with the insurance company before going to make sure they were. They said they would contact the company after we paid. They never did. I had called them and the insurance company (who got them on the line) to verify I would get a refund a number of times (around 8) during the course of many months. I had to file a complaint with the insurance company and finally got reimbursed after 10 months. They also sent a lab test they did to Quest and gave them the wrong insurance info so I was billed the full test amount rather than just paying the copay. Fortunately my insurance corrected that after I notified them. The doctor was fine but the staff needs training and the billing staff are incompetent.

The staff at Advanced Urgent Care Key West was Phenomenal in every aspect. I was extremely apprehensive prior to my visit, but the Welcoming atmosphere & staff immediately changed my feelings to a very positive encounter. The Receptionist Kelly, and Medical Providers Jeanette Dilan-Koetje & Kelly Grzybowski are among the most Professional employees I have ever experienced. Each took the time to listen and made me feel comfortable, as I was on Vacation & far away from familiar Medical providers. Excellent Facility and Medical Care Team!

Very nice and helpful people. From the receptionist to the nurses (Courtney and Kelly to the Dr, Everyone was very welcoming and took the time to listen to me. X-rays we’re taken before I even went into examining room, making the process that much quicker. I left with a proper diagnosis and further instructions on what to do if I didn’t see improvement. Thank you all for a pleasant experience.

I am a 100% disabled combat veteran. I was experiencing a higher level of pain then normal.i came to key west on a cruise ship and needed an urgent care. I called the VA and they sent me here. After the better part of two hours. My wife and I left. I would not recommend this place for a veteran in need..
