From start to finish, this was the most positive experience in a dental office I've had in Key West. Everyone was so upbeat and positive. Rachel greeted me with a smile even though she was busy on the phone. Nellie was an amazing and very knowledgeable hygienist. Dr. Guthrie spoke to me as if we were old friends. I felt so welcome. As a former dental assistant, I was also very comfortable knowing that these ladies are exceptional at their jobs. Not only do they have the knowledge, they also have the customer service skills that are very much lacking in some places. I'm so glad I found the perfect dental office. I can't say enough great things about this office and the staff!! Thank you ladies.

Great experience! Front office was accommodating and Dr. Guthrie was amazing! Best dentist I have ever seen. She took the time to listen to my concerns and really understood my needs. The assistant/hygienist was also amazing. Happy to say we found our new family dentist team!

Our visit was a fantastic experience all around! My son was a bit nervous going there but Brittni, at the front desk, is the sweetest and took both of my kids on tours of the office and eased their nerves. Nellie, the hygienist, was very friendly and gentle, and the dentist was extremely personable. It felt like we have known them all for years. Thanks for a couple awesome checkups, keys dental!

I can't say enough good things about this office. First and foremost, as soon as you walk into the office you are greeted by the most polite and friendly staff automatically making you comfortable and at home. Dr. Guthrie and her staff are phenomenal- they strive for quality care and that is exactly what I was given when seen. They were so accommodating and were able to fit me into their schedule ahead of my apt time. I will leave by saying it was a breath of fresh air having treatment done here and I will recommend them 10/10 times.

my experience at key west dental specialists was spectacular. it is a newer place being that it has new staff. same building but new specialists. the entire crew was great super welcoming joyful, and very helpful!. i just moved to key west a few weeks ago. I'm 25 and have been to many different dentists in 4 different states. I have 5 crowns.. many dentists,, now you see why! anyways, one of my crowns popped off and I called the next day after I got off work. they were able to get me in immediately. I could tell they just really wanted to help! luckily they were able to cement the crown and I was in and out within 15 minutes (not including new patient info). never thought a dental office like this existed. key west dental specialists was by far my best experience. staff was great, environment was on point.

I have been seeing Lourdes for 12 years; she is the most professional, knowledgeable and thorough hygienist. She knows my teeth better than I do! I met the new dentist today, Dr. Kelly Guthrie, and I am thrilled that she has joined the practice. She is kind, caring and attentive to patient history and needs. If you need an extraordinary dental team in Key West, this is the practice for you.

While traveling to the Keys I managed to immediately pop off my crown while flossing on our very first day. Keys Dental handled my situation from start to finish immediately. From the receptionist, Dental Assistant to Dr Guthrie, the service was excellent. Everyone was courteous and helpful. Each step was explained carefully along with options. I have absolutely no reservations recommending this practice to family, friends & colleagues. 5+ Stars!

Who gives the dentist 5 stars?! I do for Keys Dental Specialists. Very new to Key West and was looking for a dentist. When I tell you they are a caring staff, THEY ARE A CARING STAFF! I have had dental issues my whole life and it’s always embarrassing when I go to a new place and have to tell my story all over again. Every person at this practice was just the sweetest and made me feel comfortable. I don’t know what the future holds for my dental journey but I’m grateful to be on it with Dr Gunthrie and staff. HIGHLY recommend them. They also do little facial pick-me ups if you’re so inclined😉

Had a great experience with my 3 yr old today. Brittni at the front desk treated my kid like her own and was very accommodating with scheduling our appointments. Ms Lourdes and Dr Guthrie were very patient with my wiggling toddler and very thorough with explaining treatment plans. Everyone was so nice!

Great experience. A little worried since I wasn’t able to meet the surgeon before he would be removing my son’s wisdom teeth, but the support staff is amazing and made me feel comfortable in the whole procedure. They worked with our schedule and responded to all my concerns. Only suggestion….the chairs, although cute, are super uncomfortable. They recommended leaving to get then prescriptions whole my son was in the back, which would have prevented me from sitting there for an hour, but because he was a minor, didn’t feel I wanted to leave during his sedated procedure.

What an amazing visit I had at Keys Dental Specialists. My dentist & staff were very clear, precise, cordial, and knowledgeable about my treatment plan. I was truly impressed by the state of the art equipment that was used to ensure an accurate procedure. It was such a pleasure to be in the company of such friendly professionals. When I left, I had to look back at the business sign to make sure it was truly a dental office that I just witnessed. I am beyond pleased with the service. Give them a try!

So far, it was a very pleasant experience. My initial impression is that it is very clean and the waiting room is fun. The bathroom is really nice and has great touches with the octopus on wall and matching industrial light. I love that I could brush my teeth with specialty toothbrushes, floss and rinse. The 2 TVs in the exam/procedural room is a nice touch to keep you distracted. The staff and dentist were all very kind and pleasant. I haven’t had the actual work done yet, but I look forward to everything going smoothly.

From making my appointment to having my teeth done, every one was extremely helpful and very pleasant. I feel like I'm in good hands. 👍🏻♡

Great place! Staff is super friendly. My husband needed some work done while on our trip and they took him in with no issues. Their waiting room is just perfect. Tiki Hut! Chairs are comfortable, the windows are just amazing. And of course a tv and magazines for anyone wanting or needing them.

Great experience. Everyone that works there is friendly and takes the time to not only explain the process but they make sure you understand what they are explaining. I felt like they cared about me as a person. Very different from any other dental office visit I have.

Im a new patient to this office. I called with many questions especially with my insurances. The girls up front are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful! I have anxiety when it comes to a Dentist but Dr.Guthrie has such a kind and calming energy. Makes for a better experience!! Highly recommend this office!!

I have been scared to go to the dentist for the past 3 years! I walked in the office and was immediately at ease! The staff here is absolutely amazing and the sweetest ever! Went for a new patient check in and everyone in the office was amazing. They explained what they were doing and what is happening with my care. Very personable and kind. I felt they genuinely want to get to know their patients and aren’t just there to fix pain or clean teeth. They answered all of my questions and provided a summary of cost for future work needed before I even asked if they could. Ive been to other dentists that just do the bare minimum and in the short time I spent in the office I feel more confident in their care than any other dentist I’ve been too. Thank you.

She made sure I understood every part of my dental care and was very patient with me. The assistant took her time to make sure I was comfortable and explained every step of my dental plan which helped eased the anxiety. Coming from someone who feared dental visits they made the whole process very comfortable. I highly recommend them for any dental services you need.
