I have only seen Dr Bonner a couple of times, due to my primary doctor retiring. You never know if you will feel comfortable with a new doctor or not. Dr Bonner absolutely makes you feel comfortable. She's very interested in her patients health and well being. Answers any questions you may have. She doesn't rush you in and out. She also looks over your chart while you're there. She also makes sure you're up to date on other exams, eye care, etc. I'm really happy with Dr Bonner..

Excellent and attentive care. Dr. Bonner fit me in because my primary care at a different office did not have availability, but the entire care team treated me as though I had been a patient with their office for years. I found Dr. Bonner to be extremely thorough, approachable, professional, and knowledgeable, and I was pleased with the plan of care she and her team provided. She was prompt in following up with me and with my primary care physician to ensure he was aware of my needs, and I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable I was with Dr. Bonner and her high-performing team. Highly recommend her to anyone seeking thorough primary care by a knowledgeable and effective physician.

Doctor Courtesy Booner she is amazing doctor she gets her patients, and acomódate everyone of us. I started to get sick over last weekend mind you Saturday and Sunday no one is at the office I made a call to operator she immediately send me to nurse available she asks questions of symptoms of how everything started and feeling. She recommended to send some antibiotics to my pharmacy and also scheduled a TeleMed with my doctor Booner on the following day the TeleMed doctor Courtney like always very attentive and very engaged with my description of symptoms she give me her diagnosis and make sure I have my medications send out to my pharmacy by the way I was away from home in a business trip. Amazing doctor always

It is very hard to find good care, especially These Days. Doctor Bonner and the entire office staff were amazing! I've never had a better experience with a Doctor's office. They are so patient and helpful. Dr. Bonner really took her time with me and made me feel like I was heard, not like I was " just another number." Everything I went to see her for was addressed that same day and she found more convenient locations for my referrals than I could (not the norm for me). They have VERY convenient hours/days for appointments and the staff is so helpful in scheduling follow ups/labs etc. That adhere to my schedule. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. HIGHLY recommended! P.S. There is practically no wait time but, the shows playing in the waiting room will make you want there to be! Super funny and entertaining 🤣

Dr. Bonner is awesome!. The virtual appointments are quick and easy to the point and you can do them from anywhere. I’m a flight attendant so you never know where in the country I’m going to be when my appointment is scheduled. This is the second virtual appointment I’ve had in a super convenient. Honestly one of the most pleasant medical experiences and staff I’ve experienced. I recently moved to Key West. I’ve been struggling with health issues the last few years and I was a little discouraged having to leave all my doctors from where I came from. However, everyone was so kind, listened, and made me feel so at ease and like I was in caring, helping hands. Dr. Bonner didn’t cause me to feel like my health case was a handful. Rather, that she wanted to thoroughly understand and get a good picture of what was going on with my health. Thankful for this first appointment experience.

Everyone was kind and helpful. Every surface clean and orderly. My appointment was quick and efficiently executed. Dr Bonner and her assistant allowed me to prattle on with vague descriptions of imaginary maladies, without a hint of contempt nor condescension. Next visit I will test their mettle with my worst Dad jokes. I look forward to needling them while they poke and prod my orifices.

I have several quite complicated diagnoses, multiple transplants and a prosthetic leg to start and have dealt with many, many Doctors in the past 20 years. I felt very comfortable talking with Dr Bonner and more importantly could tell that she was attentive, competent, most importantly She listened, asked questions and was honest. I need a Physician that knows how to read my blood work and willing to work with my transplant team in Miami and I feel that Dr Bonner is more than capable and she has a great personality which is just a bonus when it comes to a good, qualified Doctor, Key West is lucky to have her.

Dr. Bonner is the best primary doctor on the Island. She is very intelligent in her field. She listens to your problems and helps to resolve them. Highly recommend!

Been a patient of Keys Medical Group for about 3 years. Always very pleased My previous doctor left the practice and Dr Bonner was recommended by the person scheduling appointments. I needed a physical and was offered a couple of dates only a week or 2 away. I was expecting to wait months. Dr Bonner and staff were very friendly and helpful. I was asked a few questions about my health history but I could tell they had done their homework and knew my background. Everything about my history, including notes from other doctors was in my electronic files. This is the only way to go in my opinion. Holistic health care starts with documentation and communication. UPDATE: 11/2/22 Still give this practice 5 stars. Great service, especially coordination with my other doctors.

From Dito's kind personable and welcoming nature at the front desk, to the lovely little Nurse Cindy and her heartfelt empathetic sense of compassion and ability to relate, to Dr. Bonner's invaluable and overflowing wealth of knowledge.... this experience was SUPERLATIVE! I was seen quickly and there was no herd of other patients. The staff was friendly and doc saw me quickly. Doc had a nice demeanor and sense of humor. Made the office my primary care physician because I was very satisfied with my experience👍

Dr. Courtney Bonner is very nice and knowledgeable. She is a welcomed addition to the KeyWest family of doctors. We are happy she is here. Some of her staff members Cindy, Nancy and Ditto work hard and are always very helpful.

Dr. Bonner seems to be an adequate doctor but she is all business. She made no effort to establish a relationship between us. She didn't ask me anything about my life such as where I am from, where I work, etc. Equally, she made no effort to introduce herself to me.

I had my first visit with Dr. Bonner this week. We were able to get right in, no waiting. The staff and nurses are wonderful, helpful and friendly. Dr. Bonner came right in, was very friendly and professional. Makes you feel very comfortable and listens to what your needs are. We felt very fortunate to find Dr. Bonner as my Primary Care Physician. I highly recommend her and am very happy she is a part of the Keys Community.
