Our little pup wasn’t feeling well during our vacation. She was very sluggish, and lethargic. They took us right in as a walk-in with no appointment, even though they were busy. They provided great care. Very friendly, caring, and attentive. Great vet, hopefully the dog will not get sick next time we are in Key West, but if she does we definitely know where to go. Thank you.

They were able to quickly get my 13 year old dachshund in and immediately set up a needed surgery for her. Not only were they upfront and empathetic, but they were extremely reasonable, as well. The surgery went smoothly, the stitches were neat, and her recovery has been faster than I anticipated. I appreciate everything they've done for us and we'll definitely return.

I've had dogs my whole life, I grew up in the Midwest and THOUGHT I received good care for my dogs, that is until I went to Vets and Pets Key West. Brst vet visit I've ever had, Staff was absolutely wonderful, and my vet was JUST AWESOME,he was so thorough and took time to explain things clearly. Just a great experience for both my dog and myself.

The best! We've been looking for a vet like Dr. Kurt Marks for a long time. His experience made a difference when it came to quickly diagnosing and treating our little Boston Terrier. His staff welcomed us at our first visit as though we'd been with them for years. It's nice to know there is a small, personalized office nearby that offers excellent care for both our pups. Our Olde English Bulldogge, Angus, was in bad shape after eating and vomiting up one of our cat's toys. Dr Householder, LT and John were phenomenal with their care and dedication to helping our Angus with getting back on his paws. Doc and his staff were very pleasant and easy to talk with during our very stressful time. Very professional and caring staff. They even called the next day to see how we were all doing. Thank you very much Doc for your help and assistance with getting Angus well again. It is comforting to know that good people and services are available when you need them the most.

This office is great! They try the hardest to get the furbabies of key west seen. I would highly recommend this office. Everyone is so nice.

I took my two dogs for a nail trim and they did a fine job. Very nice and professional. My bill ended up being 100.00. One nail trim was 25.00 and the other was 35.00 because the dew claws were ingrown. Then I was charged a 40.00 technician fee. 100.00 for services I could have received at a groomer for 20.00 or 30.00 dollars. I will not return for any reason.

Love them! Every visit was educational. Exceptional knowledge and compassion. Great staff. And I don't mind waiting for such.

I didn't have to wait a week to get seen. Financial support was offered if a surgery was necessary. The medicine prescribed totally took away the abscess my cat got in a bite. I felt comfortable in the office and felt my cat received good care.

Our family would love to give our biggest appreciation to Key West Vets and pets!! we came in with our bearded dragon Teddy lethargic, sick, not eating and three very sad children thinking she wouldn’t make it… we were given an appointment immediately and treated so kindly and now our lizard girl is as happy as could be and playful again! You’ve made our kids over the moon happy and got mom and dad some major brownie points!! Thank you!! 😁

Would have been a 5 star visit had they not charged $500 for things they didn’t even do. Went back for a refund and was told “well if you had paid now you wouldn’t have to pay next time.” Hahaha. In what world? I’m not paying for services not rendered at the time of visit. They refunded me the $400.
