Each of my appointments here go really well. Receptionists are very friendly and professional. Doctor Santiago is always very específico and patient when answering my questions, concerns, and needs.

The ER doctor said to be seen within 48 hours, Dr DeLong said it's important to have a follow up by the end of the week. Then it took the office over 2 weeks to see her. She recieved a blood transfusion and had a miscarriage, and this office couldn't even return a phone call to set up the follow up after the surgery. If your pregnant go to Miami, this office is heartless and very rude. Lack of bedside manner and overall lack of concern for patients is beyond disappointing. And disgusting. Update: Dr Santiago communicated with us and made the hard situation much better. His kindness and understanding of the heartbreaking situation has made the healing process better. Heart and medically. Thank you for caring and I'm glad the bad situation turned around and we're pleased with the follow up care recieved.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Santi. I can honestly say in my 49 yrs of life that I’ve never felt more comfortable and heard. Dr. Santiago was thorough, listened to my concerns and had the best bed side manner. I’m so thankful that I was referred to him.

I'm newly pregnant and have a literal phobia of needles. To the point I pass out and puke literally everywhere lol. I went in for blood work today expecting to pass out. I even told the nurses. The 2 girls who took my blood so were AMAZING. When I get their names I'll edit this review and put their names in here. I know it's silly but they kept me from passing out by talking about things I liked. 🥺 also, everyone working there is kind and helpful. I 100% recommend this office and im thankful to be in their care. Thank you again to the 2 ladies who took my blood- you don't know how grateful I am.

He performed 2 surgeries on me, was extremely knowledgeable, kind and patient and took all the time I needed to make sure that I understood my options and all the details of the procedures. Doc Santiago is pretty much awesome! He takes the time to explain things, goes out of his way to make sure you get the treatment you need, has a good sense of humor (when neeeded), and gives great advice for ways to ensure better health. I would recommend him to anyone in the Keys!

Whole team is great! Went through both pregnancies with his team. What I will remember the most about Dr Santiago was how excited HE was when he told me I was having a boy. It’s always good to see your doctor enjoy what they do!
