In a first place I don’t know how this place is actually working,stuff is so rude,they have new policies all the time,every time I come here they want to charge me for something , but if I stand for myself and ask for a bill they say never mind. I did a couple different tests with them,it took them 3 weeks for a results to come back,but they gonna charge you the top dollar for it. What matters the most is how they try to take money out of your pocket making things up,be aware and stay away from this ridiculous “medical place”!!!

Highly unprofessional. Called ahead and made sure I asked all the questions and concerns of my issue before making an appointment. Was told by a Dr with pink hair and lime green makeup that there was nothing they could do for me and that I had to go to an emergency room even though it was not an emergency. Why would I take the time and resources of our already overworked nurses in the ER when I was literally looking at the equipment needed for my issue. Instead I wasted an afternoon listening to some clown talk down to me about blood types.. I couldn’t tell if what she was saying was actually true or not, even after asking her that I didn’t understand what she was trying to explain to me. If you can’t help, you should at least explain to me in a way that I can understand.

I've been frequenting Womankind for years. Very unimpressed with Dr. Bacon's lack of answers or referrals. The PA (Savannah?) was more helpful and caring than the doctor herself. Dr. Bacon seemed very checked out and uninterested. Spoke very few words. I spent almost $200 to be told "I'm not sure what's going on" with no alternate solution or direction to go other than "I don't know, if you're having irregular bleeding you should go back on birth control..." After THREE years of no problems and a regular cycle? The answer is go back on birth control? No thanks. Not sure what happened to the previous doctor's that were there for so long but I will be going to Advanced Urgent Care from now on. Cheaper and more attentive. Side note: Judith at the front desk has always been a doll. Every time I've called in the past 7+ years to make an appointment or to simply ask a question she is SO caring and polite. She is an asset to the company. I've never had a problem with any of the front desk girls. This is my first complaint, but enough so that I don't plan on being back anytime soon. I felt like just another number.

The best experience with healthcare in the keys yet! Judy is a joy and made every attempt to get me an appointment. Even better experience than with my own OBGYN! I literally can not give them enough praise.

Every time I have an appointment they have the wrong one scheduled or not at all even though texts and email shows I do. Told labs come back off and need new ones then no one shows for my appt for results. It’s not much cheaper than the normal dr. Every time I get charged off amounts, not sure why. They had me pay for a visit including a pap, never got a pap, didn’t need one (I’ve had full hysterectomy) didn’t ask for one, I have no idea why they charge for things I don’t need. The worst I’ve ever had! They told me I needed blood work, I did them, no one told me how to do the televisit, I had never had one. Figured it all out from the email/app directions that I didn’t know I had to do. Then no one ever joined the call. I had called and left messages needing my results it took almost a month for a nurse to call me and tell me they were off and I need new labs. I’m upset because I don’t know what was off and she couldn’t tell me. Got new labs drawn, got on televisit at 11:25 as required and at 12:15 I called and office girl beyond rude that they are running behind they will call me later but I’m now on my way to work so for months I have “labs that are off” and spent a lot of money for notninh but to go to work worried and stressed about my labs. Place is a joke!!!!

Dr Kennedy is very sweet and really cares. The staff is very kind and makes sure all my needs are met and questions answered. I really appreciate the good care . Also Judith is So Sweet!! best receptionist I’ve ever spoken to. Very caring.

They can be a little disorganized sometimes.There was one nurse who was a bit rude a couple years ago. However aside from that, I’ve never had a bad experience here. I’ve gone here for birth control services, been seen pretty quickly upon arrival and had great care. I am so glad they are here in the keys

The nurse and the lady at the front desk were kind ,helpful and made me feel More comfortable but I didn’t feel like my doctor wanted to be there she barely was in the room with me for 10 minutes she seemed annoyed and short when I was asking her questions and just to talk to the front desk lady because she doesn’t know this was my first time going to the women doctor as an adult I don’t remember the doctors name she had grey eyeshadow (I think it was bacon) and her hands were freezing cold

The staff and doctors are top notch. I felt very safe and listened to. Very supportive of the patients needs. Very accommodating also... called me with a cancellation. Recommend to anyone. Jenny and Terry are the best!

Wonderful doctor, wonderful staff, not dreading my next gynecologist appointment for the first time!

I used women kind in Key West multiple times when living on the island. Dr. Forest was amazing, knowledgeable and patient. Judy at the front office is very helpful and overall wonderful. I am very happy with their services and would recommend it to anyone, especially that that the care is so much more affordable than anywhere else on the island .
