My
mother
is
92
years
old.
She
has
been
suffering
from
a
compression
fracture.
I
called
to
make
an
appointment
with
Dr.
Schnapp.
The
receptionist
was
very
abrupt
and
rude.
I
unfortunately
didn’t
think
much
about
it
at
the
time
-
some
people
are
just
rude.
We
talked
about
sending
my
mothers
scans
and
records
by
FAX.
She
gave
me
the
fax
number
and
set
up
an
appointment.
Day
of
appointment
she
calls
me
and
says
they
didn’t
get
the
fax
and
will
have
to
cancel.
Wait,
what?
I’ll
call
again
and
make
sure
my
dr
faxed
the
records.
We
show
up
for
the
appointment.
The
records
were
faxed.
Then
the
very
rude
receptionist
says
-
we
need
a
disc
or
the
Dr
can’t
see
your
mother
(
remember
this
is
a
PAIN
DR-
my
mother
was
in
terrible
pain)
I
explain
that
she
told
me
the
records
could
be
FAXED
and
they
were!
Another
very
rude
nurse
comes
out
and
says
the
Dr
won’t
see
your
mother
without
the
disc.
I
say,
please
can
he
just
see
her
she’s
in
a
lot
of
pain
.
She
says
-
well
you
were
a
walk-In
and
we
don’t
have
room…
wait,
what?
I
had
an
appointment
at
noon!
She
says.
“
the
receptionist
said
YOU
WERE
A
WALK
IN”
what?
That’s
not
true!!
Well,
too
bad,
we
can’t
see
you!
They
sent
away
a
92
year
old
woman
in
pain.
They
said
the
Dr
said
“go
to
the
emergency
room”
They
are
terrible,
terrible
people.
I
have
never
been
more
upset
and
mad!
While
in
the
waiting
room
I
asked
the
other
patients
waiting
and
they
all
agreed
-
not
only
is
the
receptionist
a
horrible
rude
b-
-
tch
but
the
Dr.
Is
a
terrible
Dr.
Do
yourself
a
favor
-
GO
SOMEWHERE
ELSE
This
Dr.
Does
not
care
about
people!
