I don't like doing reviews like this. If you look over all my reviews I do my best to give positive reviews. But i can't let this one go. Back in 2018 I went in and received a shot in my shoulder. After the visit, I never heard another word from them. Now 2023, I needed to see them for a different issue. Called to make an appointment. Only appointment open was 2 1/2 months later. SO I wait. Last week was that time. I show up and then told that they needed to reschedule because doctor was not in, and that they "had called me the week before" but I never got a call. SO reschedule for this week. I show up 30 minutes before my time, and wait. After an hour of waiting the very rude girl at front desk calls me up and said I owed over $400 for the visit from 2018, and that the doctor would not see me unless I paid it. I asked if it had been sent to insurance at the time of visit? She said "All I know is this was the charge and what you owe, and he will not see you until you pay" One over $400 for a shot? and two why didn't I ever get a bill. I don't trust these people anymore.

I am writing a review to dispute claims that me and others have written reviews less than good. I was not bitter as a patient of the two doctors one a pain management doctor and one a ankle doctor. My experience was real and the only reason I gave 3 stars was because of the SOME of the staff and the Physical Therapist! No bitterness because of the pill idea! Thank you for allowing me a voice. BTW I have a friend that has been to this office 2x and has yet to see the doctor!

From the waiting room to the Doctor and all in between was an awesome experience! All were very knowledgeable and all did there job to the max. Doctor schnapps and the nurse answered all my questions before I could ask them. They ensured me that we will get the end result that I was looking for. I Personally am very pleased with the professionalism and patient contact that I received. Truly a class act at Neuro Spine and Pain Center. Look forward to visiting real soon!

Good afternoon. after having a persistent, chronic pain, itching, for over three years. Dr. Schnapp and Team took on my health condition. a pinched nerve in my neck was the cause. I had seen several doctors, with absolutely no success, or relief. since Dr. Schnapp and Team have been treating me, I've not only had relief from pain caused by my pinched nerve, we've found a solution to my problem. Dr. Schnapp and Team have not only proven to be absolutely competent as medical professionals. I have been received for my many needs and concerns with graciousness, generosity, and the Team's full attention. I trust Dr Schnapp and Team with my health concerns, we are fortunate in Key West to have such accomplished medical professionals. Sincerely, Mr. JAB

Doctors are good but the front desk staff is abysmal! I have been trying for a week now to get a simple referral emailed over to the appropriate medical office in Miami but no luck. Let’s not even talk about the phones, no one ever answers regardless of the time of day.

My mother is 92 years old. She has been suffering from a compression fracture. I called to make an appointment with Dr. Schnapp. The receptionist was very abrupt and rude. I unfortunately didn’t think much about it at the time - some people are just rude. We talked about sending my mothers scans and records by FAX. She gave me the fax number and set up an appointment. Day of appointment she calls me and says they didn’t get the fax and will have to cancel. Wait, what? I’ll call again and make sure my dr faxed the records. We show up for the appointment. The records were faxed. Then the very rude receptionist says - we need a disc or the Dr can’t see your mother ( remember this is a PAIN DR- my mother was in terrible pain) I explain that she told me the records could be FAXED and they were! Another very rude nurse comes out and says the Dr won’t see your mother without the disc. I say, please can he just see her she’s in a lot of pain . She says - well you were a walk-In and we don’t have room… wait, what? I had an appointment at noon! She says. “ the receptionist said YOU WERE A WALK IN” what? That’s not true!! Well, too bad, we can’t see you! They sent away a 92 year old woman in pain. They said the Dr said “go to the emergency room” They are terrible, terrible people. I have never been more upset and mad! While in the waiting room I asked the other patients waiting and they all agreed - not only is the receptionist a horrible rude b- - tch but the Dr. Is a terrible Dr. Do yourself a favor - GO SOMEWHERE ELSE This Dr. Does not care about people!
