We are on vacation and my boyfriend got a bad toothache. The staff was extremely friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. The facility was brand new, exceptionally clean, and really nice. I highly recommend going here if you need an urgent care while in Key West!

This facility is brand new, beautiful and has State of the art equipment. The Staff and Doctors are exceptional! I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Eccher today, after hurting my back with Hurricane prep due to Ian. He was kind, patient and thorough. I’m now on the mend. Wow. Wow. Wow. I would give this office 1,000 stars if I could! Talk about Fast and Efficient and easy on the wallet! You could not go to a doctor on the island for a co-pay of $125 until now! I was literally in and out of the office in less than 30 min. More vitals were taken here than at my PCP. I absolutely LOVE this place and recommend it highly! Thank you for being just what this island needs!

I have gone to Fl Keys UC a few times in the last year, once for my girlfriend and now three times for myself. I have to say this place is one of the best medical facilities I have ever been to. I can’t remember the names of the nurses and doctors I saw before but today I saw nurse Jess and doctor Gannon Dudlar. They both were extremely professional and listened to what was going on with me. Doctor Gannon understand that I don’t like to take medication and gave me a regime to try and clear my issue before starting antibiotics. If you are looking to be treated and cared for with the best of your interests then this is the place to go. I would rather pay out of pocket to see the staff here and know that they care and are looking out for my best interest than go anywhere else.

SO grateful for the whole staff here. We got here right before they closed and they graciously allowed me to check in and were so quick. They took excellent care of me after a scratched eye, were helpful with following up the next day as well to make sure I was improving. Not only were they professional and friendly, but the facility was very clean and well maintained as well. Additionally, as a gay couple traveling, medical situations can be challenging and the staff here was very gay friendly. They allowed my husband to handle all of the paperwork with no questions asked, and even made some dinner recommendations when we were done. This aspect was much appreciated.

Excellent experience! I was greeted warmly by the woman at the desk and then did the usual presentation of my ID and insurance card. I was given several forms to fill out (not a lot), and took a seat in the comfortable clean waiting room. Water was available. I was then seen promptly by the nurse, and then by the doctor who examined my ear and and agreed with the nurse’s assessment. The nurse then promptly and gently administered the treatment and I was done! If you need care, I whole heartedly recommend this particular provider next to GFS. The other one a tiny bit closer to Old Town, not so much.

Unfortunately while on vacation I had to utilize and urgent care facility. Very caring and competent staff. They were effecient, minimum wait time. Received great care. They were the only Urgent Care that actually answered the phone vs using numerous prompts on the phone system. Highly recommend this Urgent Care facility.

After a negative experience at a different urgent care, we were so happy to walk through these doors. The cheerful front desk staff was very helpful. Great sense of humor and my husband was seen in less than ten minutes, Super nice doctor and we were quickly on our way. Highly recommend these people! Don’t go to “the other place!”

I ended up here on vacation due to severe throat pain. I was very impressed with this place (especially since I had just been to an urgent care in Miami literally the day before and did not have a good experience). All the staff here were super friendly and professional. From the front desk lady to the young girl who took my blood, everyone was great. I was seen by the PA, Dana and nurse Monika. Both were very thorough in explaining everything to me and again super nice and professional. I was seen very quickly and everything was smooth. I highly recommend this place, I wish they were in Miami!

Thank goodness I chose this urgent care to go to. It is impeccably clean and very well organized. The staff is very courteous and caring. My attending nurse Monika was amazing, she is a true asset. My injury was addressed, treated and I was on my way quickly.

Quick visit after puncturing my foot resulting in infection. Fantastic care! Everyone was kind and efficient. The attention to detail was refreshing. I left confident my issue will be resolved. Our community is lucky to have this resource.

WOW, this place is the nicest cleanest doctors office in Key West!! From the front desk to the nurse to the doctor, they were all AMAZING!! SUPER patient with my autistic son and very caring. The doctor answered any and all questions we had and never made us feel like he was in a rush. Great bedside manner by the doc and nurse! Great place, I highly recommend.

We visited Urgent Care this morning because my mother-in-law had a medical issue that required immediate attention. They were above and beyond fantastic in EVERY way. The admin staff was clear, welcoming, and very friendly. The place itself was immaculate. They took us within minutes, and provided us with clear, information and next steps. The practitioner was the best medical professional I have experienced in 23 years of living in Key West. Kathy O'Connell was attentive, caring, and extremely knowledgeable. We simply could not have asked for more. This is the place to go if and when you need medical care in Key West

I ended up here with my son while on vacation. The staff was very friendly, and we were in and out in a timely matter. The PA also recommended the best pharmacy. Unfortunately they didn’t take our insurance, but still an overall great experience.

On 5/10/23 my chronic lower back pain paid a visit to me while on a month long vacation in KW. I visited your clinic and cannot speak highly enough of nurse Monika , X-Ray tech Mary and Dr. Kimberly Jones They were amazing, the whole experience was very positive. The facility was spotless . I highly recommend this clinic to anyone needing treatment while in KW. Thank you so much. I wish I could provide a 10 star rating 👍👍👍

I wish there were more stars to give! I'd give 100! The premises is clean, looks modern and it was a very calming, short wait in the waiting area. Efficiency was fantastic, I was listened to and heard from the moment I interacted with the awesome lady on front desk. No one second guessed my visit reasons, there was no negative attitude and I'm very grateful for this facility, having had questionable experiences elsewhere in the past. I ended up meeting so many of the staff which felt nice, you can tell that everyone is there to do thorough, caring work. My nurse Monika was phenomenal and immediately understood my symptoms, she was very caring. The doctor was great and confirmed with me prior to running any tests, letting me know what and why. Once the diagnosis became clear, he was great at fielding any questions I had about the medication needed and addressed my concerns perfectly. He even asked my husband if he has any questions!! The price of the visit was very fair too. If in doubt, choose this facility.

Down here on vacation when my wife got very sick with nausea and vomiting. This place has a great staff. They ran a number of test, gave her an IV and got her feeling better very quickly. I highly recommend this place.

I showed up here at 5:30pm on a Friday (they close at 6) with a big barbed fishing hook in my finger. I was in and out within 30 minutes and felt like I had just visited a concierge doctor. Completely painless, they charged my nearly dead I-phone while I was there, and sent me home with the “souvenir” hook with the Barb cut off. This is an incredibly professional, courteous, and effective staff! Thank you for being awesome!!!

Super friendly receptionist. I explained I was in a rush, she got me right in. Saw both the nurse practitioner and the doctor very quickly. They helped me with my issue in a very professional manner, answered all my questions and got me out fast. I’m so glad I chose them during my time of need. Thanks y’all!!

Very clean and informative staff, the nurses and doctor were very sweet and treated us accordingly and better than our primary care providers. We went in within very little wait time. He took one look and saw that my kids ears were badly infected as per their symptoms on and off fever and ear pain. I recommend this urgent care to anyone in the key west area. They also sent the prescription by the time I was out it was ready! Very caring!

I flew in from Oklahoma with a stabbing pain in my inside shoulder blade and lower neck, brought on by a poor sleeping position. But no way could I handle this for 10 days of vacation. My problem was solved! So professional, so caring, so explanatory, from intake to the attending nurse to the wonderful Doc, they made me feel comfortable and absolutely saved my vacation and started me immediately on a healing path. I am self pay, and the cost was perfectly reasonable. Thank you all sooooo much. If I could give 20 stars I would!

The staff here was amazing! We are in the keys on vacation when our son got sick , and everyone was so nice I’ve never had such an easy positive experience at an urgent care! I wish we were lucky enough to have this as our urgent care back home !

I visited the facilities on Sunday 12th November for the first time. Very clean and new installations.Receptionist were to focus on making me wear a mask. They made me FLU and COVID test and was NEGATIVE, doctor thought that I just had a simple “virus” that will go away from 5-7 days. He gave me ibuprofen for the fever and Tylenol. Monday morning after shaking all night, reaching a 103 degrees and vomiting even water, my husband called them to asked if my symptoms could get that worst, and they said that “they apologized but that doctor wasn’t working that day”. Turns that I end in ER at the hospital, connected to IV with a hell of a kidney infection. I’m really sorry, I know you guys are new in the business, but you should take patients with more care, at least made me a urine test, not everyone goes for a simple FLU. I told the doctor about my lower back pain on the left size (assuming that could be from the shakings) but he let me leave saying that I would get better. You’ve in your hands the life of people make sure to make it right. I’m reconsidering my review, because Friday 17th doctor Gannon called me in name of the clinic to see how I was doing, and to apologize. He offered me to go again. I went on Monday 20th cause my kidney still bothering me, (besides it took to long from my insurance to approved all the studies) they really made sure to do all my studies. They were super patient with me. And doctor Steve recommended to me to go to an specialist. I really appreciate the facilities, and the people. I’ll be back if needed.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Judith, Madison, and Mary did an excellent job taking care of me. Went in on a Saturday had x-rays done and a radiologist read them and got results within the hour great experience. Thank you doctor Jones.

I hope no one else is in my situation and needs medical attention while on vacation… but if you do, you are in great hands here! Dr. Gannon and the staff here were all SO kind and helpful. They were out of network for my insurance but helped me with self pay and gave me codes to go home with to try to submit for some reimbursement with the insurance company. I was in and out within 30 minutes and had a prescription sent right over to the Walgreens down the street. Dr. Gannon also worked at my hometown hospital and with my primary care physician for many years back up in Chicagoland. Always comforting getting a piece of home when you’re in an unfortunate situation out of state! Thank you again to all the staff for your kindness and care.

The only urgent care (or doctors office) I could find in the entire Keys that does in-house labs with same day results. On a weekend no less! So grateful. The staff was so nice, Dr. Gannon is awesome. Thank you!
