cute clothes that’s why it has one star. but the girls that were helping me exchange things were so rude. they literally laughed in my face at me. all the workers look so miserable and it makes me feel miserable too! anyway i will not be shopping at quiet storm again. also i never give reviews because i am only 15 but i needed to share my experience with everyone.

I frequented and recommended this place often until today. Ran into grab some overpriced jogging shorts and was denied a locals discount because I didn't have an id on me. I guess they really do need it that bad. I really like the younger dude I think he's the son of the owners. And the older lady is always helpful. But today that wasn't so.

A word of WARNING! The worst customer service ever! I have been dealing with these folks since 4-14-19. I bought a shirt for my husband on 4-13-19, last day of vacation. Call the next day because I purchased the Wrong size - when I called I was instructed by Nick to mail it back with original receipt and instructions of what occurred and what I wanted.. After emails and 4-5 calls to Nick again then Andrew and Kim) Still No replacement shirt. They are always apologizing.....but that is as far as it goes. I would not even give them a 1/2 star! Worse experience in Key West by a Long shot! Stear Clear!

Visited a few days ago. The lady at the front desk showed so much resistance in opening the fitting room, it was downright annoying. They lost 200$ of business. Avoid this store.

I got a bikini top here on clearance for $16 which is a fantastic deal compared to everywhere else on Duval street. They had a wide variety of clothes which I would have perused more if I had time. Staff was very friendly.

I don't know what is it about this place, but almost every time I walk by I must walk in. It smell super good and the store is super clean, the staff are super friendly and by the way BUY the Bananas hand sanitizer :) love this store

Friendliest staff around. Staff here has a great attitude, and will go out of their way to assist customers. Huge selection of clothing and tourist items. Store has great unique products and items are fairly priced.
