We
spent
the
week
here
in
a
cabana
site.
.
We
have
45ft
class
A
plus
our
toad.
The
park
is
still
under
construction/development
but
it
is
simply
gorgeous-
fabulous
landscaping,
great
pool/social
area,
great
cabanas
on
the
water.
It’s
beautiful,
BUT…..
there
are
several
issues.
The
spaces
are
very
close-
we
could
not
back
fully
into
the
site
because
our
slides
could
not
open
without
bumping
into
trees.
Our
nose
of
the
RV
is
actually
in
the
road
and
not
our
site.
If
park
was
crowded,
there’s
good
chance
someone
might
hit
it
trying
to
maneuver
around.
Luckily,
the
park
was
90%
empty-
there
was
no
room
in
our
spot
for
our
car.
The
manager
was
very
polite
and
friendly-
he
has
ideas
to
correct
several
of
the
problems.
We
parked
in
the
site
next
to
us.
The
landscaping
is
gorgeous
but
poorly
planned.
To
get
to
our
cabana/grill,
we
had
to
walk
through
adjacent
site
to
get
to
it.
I
weigh
104
and
it
was
a
tight
squeeze
for
me
to
get
to
our
cabana
from
our
lot.
My
hubby
could
not
squeeze
through
there-
it’s
just
too
tight.
The
trees
were
too
close
to
paved
parking
spot-
we
could
not
open
our
main
awning.
Sites
are
at
odd
angle
(actually
they
are
minus
any
angle)
hard
to
back
our
big
rig
into
site.
The
issues
are
almost
all
space
related.
Everything
is
just
too
tight
and
close
together.
It’s
almost
like
whoever
designed
the
park
had
no
knowledge
of
actually
camping
in
a
RV.
It’s
weird
common
sense
things
that
were
poorly
planned.
This
is
by
far
the
most
expensive
campground
we’ve
stayed
in
2.5
years
of
full
timing.
We’ve
had
water
front
sites
many
times
that
were
significantly
less
expensive.
The
park
is
on
a
narrow
strip
of
land
surrounded
on
2
sides
by
water.
When
it’s
high
tide,
the
water
crosses
the
road
and
stays
there
for
hours.
I’m
concerned
about
flooding
during
the
hurricane
season.
Just
normal
high
tide
had
the
water
less
than
10ft
from
our
site.
The
manager
says
each
site
has
a
French
drain
in
case
of
flooding.
The
office
is
still
under
construction
and
not
yet
open.
There
are
very
few
businesses
less
than
15
min
from
here.
The
mangroves
line
the
coastal
waters-
most
impede
you
from
actually
being
able
to
get
waterfront.
We
haven’t
found
a
beach
where
we
could
walk
more
than
a
few
feet
on
the
sand
for
over
20
min
away.
The
nearest
Walmart
is
67
miles
away.
Limited
access
to
groceries
and
very
inflated
prices
limit
me
trying
to
do
my
regular
weekly
shopping.
Luckily,
I
stay
very
well
stocked
and
didn’t
need
much
from
the
store.
The
campground
is
very
quiet
with
very
minimal
road
traffic.
Bikes,
kayaks
and
paddle
boards
are
available
for
guest
use.
The
area
to
get
in
the
water
with
a
kayak
was
pretty
gross.
We
were
going
to
kayak
until
we
saw
the
water/entrance.
We
have
spent
a
lot
of
time
outside
while
here.
The
bugs
have
been
minimal.
We
just
left
Naples
and
I
look
like
I’ve
got
the
measles
from
all
the
bug
bites
in
Naples.
We’ve
not
had
any
bug
issues
here.
If
we
had
paid
peak
season
rates
to
winter
here-
I’d
not
be
happy.
The
rates
were
super
high
($179/night)
in
their
off
season.
If
the
park
had
been
full,
I’m
not
sure
I’d
stay
a
full
week.
Correcting
some
of
these
issues
are
going
to
be
very
expensive
and
not
easy.
We’ve
stayed
at
several
Sun
resorts.
I’m
shocked
they
made
some
of
these
bad
decisions-
the
other
parks
are
no
where
near
this
tight
and
constrictive
due
to
space.
This
is
not
Sun’s
first
rodeo-
they
should
know
what
works
and
doesn’t
work
for
big
rigs.
The
issues
are
the
result
of
poor
planning
and
trying
to
cram
too
many
rv’s
into
this
small
of
a
space.
They
have
super
cute
cabins
you
can
rent.
If
they
had
just
decreased
number
of
sites
by
even
a
few-
it
would
have
been
very
different.
We
have
a
paved
level
site
to
park
the
RV.
The
dog
park
is
very
tiny.
We
prefer
all
adult
type
places,
so
this
was
good
for
us.
it’s
not
a
very
kid
friendly
park.
There
are
bath
houses
and
laundry
available-
but
we
didn’t
need
them
or
view
them.
There
is
a
fabulous
social
area
for
people
to
visit
and
hang
out.
Small
stage
there
for
live
music.
