My
family
and
I
have
stayed
at
Pelican
Landing
Condo
for
1.5-2
weeks
almost
every
summer
for
the
last
7-8
years
with
no
issues.
Maintenance
&
upgrades
are
not
happening,
walk-through
prior
to
arrivals
are
not
being
done
(or
they
wouldnāt
miss
lights
not
working,
refrigerator
water
filters
not
being
changed,
water
faucet
leaks,
and
vanityās
in
both
bathrooms
being
damaged
by
water),
and
now
they
want
you
to
wash
your
own
towels
(with
a
washer/dryer
combo
that
will
not
dry
more
than
2
towels
and
2
wash
clothes
per
cycle
with
out
you
being
there
to
turn
the
dryer
back
on).
And
youāre
given
1
set
of
towels
&
washclothes
per
guest-
so
you
spend
your
time
washing
clothes
instead
of
vacationing!!!
When
management
was
asked
about
towel
issues,
Mrs.
Jamie
replied
āyou
signed
the
contract.ā
I
have
never
met
ruder
management
or
maintenance
in
our
years
of
travelingā¦
We
booked
in
Marathon
for
our
next
vacation
after
almost
a
decade
of
going
to
Pelican
Landing
Condosā¦
I
hope
the
condo
owners
see
this
message
and
get
involved
before
the
management
run
their
investments
into
the
ground,
literally!
Have

traveling!!!

change
a
microwave
light
within
30
minutes.
I
heard
you
speak
to
June
and
my
only
regret
(as
I
said-
weāve
stayed
there
almost
10
years
in
a
row),
is
the
way
you
spoke
to
a
paying
customerā¦
called
her
back
and
spoke
to
her
that
way
againā¦
then
sent
your
āmaintenance
manā
who
spoke
to
her
that
way
yet
againā¦.
Again,
you
got
a
1
star
and
lost
a
customer
for
professionalism.
The
other
āstuffā
we
really
werenāt
worried
about.
