I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a retail store, period. The customer service was terrible, the saleswoman was extremely rude, and the sunglasses we purchased were marked up over 200%. I bought a pair of Prada sunglasses that were priced at $310. Turns out they were listed on Walmart.com for under $100 dollars. I also bought a pair of rayban wayfairs that I found out 5 minutes after leaving the store were significantly marked up as well. After the purchase, we noticed a purposefully obscured sign that said no returns. Neither of us were told about this return policy prior to my purchase, or during the process of my payment. This store is a complete and utter scam and I tried to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, but they were not accredited (and considering my experience I am not at all surprised). However, I now plan on filing complaints with the Federal Trade Commission and contacting the U.S. Federal Trade Commission Consumer Fraud department. I'd rather my eyes be burnt by the sun than shop at this fraudulent excuse of a store again.

My husband and I both bought a pair of sunglasses while vacationing in key west Florida. After our purchase we decided to return them for a refund. To our surprise this store would not allow us to do so. They claimed a no return policy which we felt was deceitful. The sign was was hidden behind the register and the sales clerk never mentioned this policy to us. I would advise not shopping at this store for anything , they sold clothing too , I would like to mention the sunglasses we purchased were marked up by $109 more them we would pay in any other part of the USA. I would recommend buying nothing from this retailer in the future they don’t care about the consumer just making a profit ! Have a great vacation and skip this retailer!

Stopped in here on 2/27 because I lost my sunglasses while on vacation, and Nancy was AMAZING! She was super attentive and gave excellent advice on which frames worked for the shape of my face. I ended up buying two pair! I haven't had such a pleasant customer service experience in a long time, and I'm so glad I stopped in. I had a large group with me, and they all raved about how great Nancy was. Sure, there's a slight markup on the sunglasses, but you're shopping on an island and at a local shop, and I'd much rather support local than head to Sunglass Hut. You won't find customer service like this at a chain!

Eyes On Duval has a huge a huge selection on quality glasses and the staff is very friendly and helpful. “Nance” help my find glasses and took her time making sure I got just the right pair.

This shop is wayyyy overpriced. Rayban glasses that normally sell for $160 on the rayban website, in the exact same style are priced $270 in this store! I buy a lot of rayban sunglasses, but this store is a complete rip off. Now the lady has commented that they are more expensive because they are polarised lenses, when in fact the ones on the rayban website are also polarised, just half the price. This is fraud. Do not shop here. A couple of blocks up the road there is a sunglasses hut where I purchased the style I wanted for the same price as the rayban website. Go here instead. Nice, friendly people and more importantly.. a legitimate shop that does not scam people!!

I walked in to buy Versace sunglasses & knew the exact pair I wanted. I was waiting at the Versace case while the employee (an older-aged woman) was helping a different customer. The employee then rudely asked me to move from the case so she could get behind "her counter." I then walked around the store, waiting to try on the glasses & check out. I had 3 friends with me at the time that were looking at the Ray Bans and waiting in the store for me to buy the glasses. The employee proceeds to snap at our group, yelling at us from the back of the store, for "not allowing the A/C to work the way it is designed" and said something under her breath to the other customer. Rude rude rude. We all left P/O'd and I ordered the $400 glasses directly from the VS website.

Amazing selection, Nancy was great to work with and very helpful. I’m very disappointed to see my pricing on the receipt. We got three pairs and she offered us a great deal, 25% off to get all three. One pair the tag showed $699 but on the receipt it was charged at $727.47 then 25% off, making them $545.60. They retail on Tom Fords site for $555. This was the case for all three of our sunglasses. It’s my fault for not better looking at the receipt and pricing charged before we got back to our house (1.5 hours away). Just be aware and check what’s being charged. I feel taken advantage of.

Way overpriced. Be careful before purchasing, as they do not do returns! Small sign hidden by register, no one tells you before you buy.
