Experience is like always… whatever but I went to here 3 days ago and bought a bunch of stuff. I love Rao’s for a quick meal. They were on sale but all of the containers were a little messed up so I just chose one. Just put one in the microwave and took out to stir and this….. mold. Gross

736 AM early but no cashier lanes open, one cashier light off trying to get off shift. Line in her closed light off lane backed up over 10 people. Self service closed. Several employees including a supervisor unwilling g to open a new lane or even 1 self service station. Big waste of my time

This store is flat out scary, it’s so dirty and gross. Staff barely even have uniforms on anymore. Do not get meat or produce from here, it’s always terrible. Publix is 100 times better. Even Fausto’s is 50 times better compared to this store

I really like that it’s gotten cleaner and nicer in the past year. But also, maybe I’m just “unlucky” because every time I try to go before 7am for work, it’s not open. So don’t list it as 24 hours when most days it’s open at “7am or 9am” mentioned by someone walking around outside.

If I could give zero stars I would. I left without buying anything. I walked in and noticed the floor was VERY dirty. I went to the produce section and it was disgusting. It appears this store hasn't been cleaned in a LONG time. I can't believe they are even allowed to be open. Health department needs to shut this store down based on what I saw.

Not the prettiest store but well stocked under the circumstances . Good pricing on most items.

Do not shop here trust me go to Publix I October 14th at 9:50 p.m. I was shopping went to the check stand and the checker was talking to her friends even though she customer who she was working with totally ignoring the customer cuz she continued to talk to her friends it was amazing slowest employee I've ever seen in my life she continued to talk to her friends talk to her friends talk to her friends I finally decided to leave my groceries at the check stand and walk away and she didn't care shame on Winn-Dixie take a peek at the cameras and get rid of this employee as a matter of fact 90% of your employees are on the phone they don't care about the customers you could ask him a question they sit there and stare at you they can't even acknowledge you. Do yourself a favor go to Publix much more professional the employees try their hardest to help you out they check you out so much faster excellent customer service much cleaner organized why did I even waste my time to come to this little ghetto of Winn-Dixie. We'll see if the managers decide to email me saying they've reprimanded the lazy Checker who ignored all their customers. I did try to call the store and speak to the manager but nobody answered the phone I let it ring forever but obviously they don't care about their customers they have the worst employees I've ever come across go to Publix Publix Publix public publics Publix that's all I got to say

Most people complain about customer service. It's a grocery store, not a massage parlor. Check your ego and take care of yourself, it's not the end of the world if the miserable underpaid employee doesn't bow down and wipe your nose for you. They have a good selection, it's well organized, decent prices for the area. If you come at the same time as everyone else, yes the lines are long. If you think for a second and come when it's slower, you're in and out. The company itself isn't great, and I'd hate to work here, but it's a perfectly fine place to shop.

Omg winn Dixiie is getting worst .some of the employees don't speak English, they rude , I was on Sunday at 10.43 pm and was a guy at the door closing say , we are close , and I ask what time did you close , and he say at 11 ! And I say is 10 43 and you don't let me in .so they close when they want , this is happend many times. The put ofert and when you go to pay the ofert is not on the computer and if you complain they answer is not our problem . Rude , bad service , horrible ! Nothing to compare with the amazing publix some body need to remove the people from HR they need to hired better employees, the rumor is coming another company to replace winn dixie, I wish that happend . And all this bad employees can go and drive for uber !

Winn Dixie should close this store so someone else can come in here that can manage to stay open the hours they say they’re open. This is false advertisement. They are not 24 hours because their manager is too lazy to keep the store open. If the staff doesn’t show up, FIRE them all and start again or get out of Key West. Siena’s should check herself considering she’s a mental crybaby in town.

Store is well stocked and clean. Had everything we needed. We shop here 1 to 2 times per week. The people are always willing to help. Great selection of everything Roberto the store manager is the best. I wanted something they did not carry at the time. I ask him if he could get it. He pulled out his phone and said "lets call my vendor and ask". The vendor said yes, 4 days later he calls me and said it was in. When I arrived he met me and had it ready. This is why I shop here and why you should. Still great service and selection. Great place for food shopping. Was packed on Easter. Place was clean and good prices.

Have been traveling. Stopped for some water and tea. Really needed to use the ladies room. Janitor was cleaning. I politely asked if I could come in....he straight up said no! Moved the cleaning cart into the doorway blocking my way.

Does this establishment have a warm bodied manager? No registers opened after 8 a.m. and the TWO floating employees seem to be bothered when I said I was paying cash and was forced to assist me two other shoppers at the self-checkout registers.

Nice and a clean place. I was missing some smaller bakery stuff and a bigger variety of cold drinks just the ones you take on the go. But I guess by my review everybody can guess what I'm always looking in those stores. Snacks to go and a cold drink.

When you want groceries on the island it is the only one we know to be 24 hrs. There is plenty of parking. The pitfall was we arrived at 10 pm. I can imagine the cashier had a long shift and was tired but tried to say hello, thank you, and have a great night, and received nearly nothing till the end where he said ok with a small smile. I also bagged my grocery to make it faster for him and had my card out ready to go while bagging to help speed the process and be prepared. Another small thing we noticed was the number of persons who were panhandling at the only door for entrance and exit. I was with another person female who didn't feel 100 percent comfortable and probably not safe by herself. This is something I would consider as far as safety for guests.

They let half the cashiers go on break at the same time leaving 2 cashiers to work a line all the way to the bakery. A customer and I were discussing how there should be more checkers in duty with this crowd, how there is never anyone ever available for bill paying or money orders and how this store was being completely mismanaged when the cashier on the next aisle decided to start in to argue with the gentleman I was talking to. The cashier was arguing so hard that the gentleman that she was supposed to be checking out asked her to shut up and just do her job please. This started another argument that got so heated I told my cashier to call for the manager now. By the time management showed up, he had been paged 3 times, the arguments ended, both gentlemen left the store and I had to wait an additional 10 minutes. To say the least, no one should be afraid of being caught between physical blows, no person allowed to assist the public should ever ask a customer "who do they think they are" when asked to do their job and no manager should ever take 15 to 20 minutes to appear on the floor when paged 3 times. It is for these reasons, I would never recommend anyone to step a foot into this store.

This is an absolutely disgraceful store. I can't beleieve this compant is allowed to rip people off in this area. Prices are out of this world and unacceptable. You need a card for most sale items, that is not going to happen. once we went through and had our cart near the front, 2 checkouts open and 10 people waiting in each line. We promptly left the cart at the front and went elsewhere. Advice, stop supporting this company and they will fix these maassive issues - the worst grocery chain in all 50 states and Publix is not much better.

Filthiest grocery store I've ever been to. Especially the floors. Makes you wonder if the food you purchase is sanitary. Extremely overpriced food. Slow understaffed checkout. Tons of Department employees around milking the clock. It doesn't take literally 5 employees to pick up tortillas knocked off a small display stand.

This store had more of a pizza selection then Publix. One has to travel up steps or a ramp to get into Publix. The Mangoes were amazing. The staff were kind. We love the Dijorno rising crust pepperoni pizza. I thought this store had more choices.

Not the best place to go but it's still the most affordable for being down in Key West. But if you want a little more fancy family-oriented grocery store fausto's is best. But you can't beat the price and the selections at Winn-Dixie

The Winn Dixie is dirty, hardly any employees for checking out. Last night I went in and they only had 2 self check outs open and 1 cashier. The lines was really long to check out. You NEVER seen any managers around and NO ONE EVER IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. They do have sum good deals most of the time, but I HIGHLY recommend just going a block or 2 down the road to Publix cause Publix is always clean, always have alot of registers open plus self check out and you always see 2-3 managers walking around stocking, bagging or runnng a register. So again I highly recommend Publix

Stinks!!! This shopping plaza is newly and beautifully landscaped BUT as is almost the norm for Winnn Dixie it Stinks inside. Get on the cleanliness and upkeep. Please, Try Harder!!!! Better off shopping at Publix until this location gets with the program!!

It's really improved a lot in the last few years but it could use a better-informed staff, although I'm normally there late at night when staffing is low. It's the only 24 hour supermarket in Key West and it's always well-stocked. Good fruits and veggies. My go-to supermarket!

Great store, great prices, very friendly and helpful staff, easy to find everything, the bakery products are the (BEST) of all the big box groceries, hands down!!!!

Key west again overcharged for an item. Roast beef is on sale of 8.99 per pound, I ordered 1/2 pound. At check out, I was charged 11.99, I asked for customer service but was told, customer service is closed. I asked for a manager, 10 minutes later I spoke to the manager. He refunded me 6.99 , I asked for a receipt to show I was refunded, he had no receipt to give me. I said I would check my bank account before I left the store. Suddenly he shows me a receipt for my refund. How can a large business not have customer service ? Totally disappointed, I will now shop at Publix when in key west.

Still the same Winn Dixie, but I bet for Latinos, that prefer to shop where there are other Spanish speakers, then this W/D is great because it seemed that most of the checkout and customer service staff where definitely Latina. I used to live in Puerto Rico, and love that in my neighborhood most of the shopkeepers could and did speak English. But at the large groceries stores farther out, this was not always the case. So I have had experience,if being that guy the stupid foreigner, holding up the line because I was panicking because I didn't understand the cashier several times.

This Winn-Dixie definitely has good sales if you use their app for digital coupons and know ahead of time what items are BOGO. I have found that when they have ice cream on BOGO it seems it has been thawed and refrozen as I have thrown several cartons away that seemed freezer burnt and crystallized instead of smooth and creamy. All in all I like the store and the sales they offer although they do not have enough cashiers so if you do not time your visit right you may be in line for 20-30 minutes.
