I think this is the only Starbucks along the busy Duval street. It's a haven of quiet and cool air conditioning when you want a break. Their WiFi is SUPER fast, btw! The seating area is in the back and it is long and has lots of seating.

This Starbucks location is on Queens Boulevard and 70th Road, near that subway station. It recently opened and has the full line of coffee, tea and sandwiches as all of the Starbucks locations have. Chairs and tables were recently put back in the store. As such it is a good location to wait if you are early for an appointment or are working from home but don't want to physically be home.

Interesting layout. AC isn't freezing in this location. My order was made correct. Plenty of seats in the 'back'. The Starbucks app works perfectly here unlike another review I just read. The bathrooms do need a code.

Not very pleasant staff. Attitudes were nasty. Not open to offer suggestions. Coffee was only 1/2-3/4 full...for the prices we paid, that cup should have been full. Went 3 times and the experience was the same. After that just got coffee at breakfast. Truly the biggest disappointment of the trip. 2stars is being nice

My drinks were made incorrectly. I felt the barista could have been more engaging/listen to my order more carefully.

I do enjoy this Starbucks when in Key West. If you are an early morning person like me, they are on Key West time. That means that the hours on the door are more of a suggestion on some days (like the weekend). I’m very picky about being able to get my coffee first thing in the morning so I have a cup at the resort before heading over. I like going for an afternoon treat and have a latte. The inside is spacious and clean. It’s a great place to sit and read or do some work.

Worst experience I have ever had in a Starbucks! The staff is incredibly unfriendly. If they don't like doing the job, they should do something else 🙁

I walked into this Starbucks to use the restroom and then buy a coffee and one of the male baristas chased me down and started screaming at me that I wasn’t allowed to use the restroom and even after explaining that I was going to buy a coffee after I used the restroom he proceeded to yell and belidle me. No wonder this location is going out of business. Literally the RUDEST people I have ever met in my life. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I came here to buy a mug. The shop was closing but they let us in. I had to pay $26,- and it was only possible to pay cash. Now I know I was ripped off. Anywhere else the mugs are about $13,- I never bought a mug before so I didn’t know the prices. It was in the shop Duvalstreet

It's literally the worst Starbucks in the world! 30 minutes to get a black coffee. The girl was on her phone the entire time she took our order. The kid making the coffee was watching tiktok video's instead of doing his job. Do NOT GO HERE. We found plenty of other places that actually wanted our money. Don't waste your time.

Staff are very friendly and courteous, stayed at the hotel for a week and Harry remembers every detail of our order and starts our day very special! Thank you!

A really good experience and the drinks were nice and refreshing. Thank you to the staff for making my visit a pleasure.

Drinks were made as ordered (custom), and delicious. Employees get your drinks out fast, especially considering all of Key West is at one Starbucks. The lines look scary, but move quick. The store had a nice selection of collectables.

I got a very uneasy feeling getting my coffee from this Starbucks. I paid with the card and left a cash tip. When the guy working the register handed me the slip he said,”just sign it ! Just sign it!” I found that very odd since there was a place for a tip and you were to then bring down the total. There was no way I was just going to sign it and leave it like that so since I had given him a cash tip I entered $0. And totaled it out and then signed it. I just really didn’t like the feeling I had. It didn’t feel right. Other than that my coffee was good.

Only can use giftcards to pay - had to buy giftcard and then pay. Employees must be running some sort of scam

If you'd like to sit with your expensive coffee for a minute or use wifi or use a bathroom, go somewhere else. Seating area is closed either for COVID or "construction" and so are the restrooms. Also no wifi.

Not sure why all the negative reviews but we went multiple times and the experience was similar or better than any other Starbucks. Had all of our drinks and great service.

The best customer service in all of La Concha, with the best guys: Angel, Harry, Gigi, Nelly, Geraldine, Krichell, they are the best !!!

Good location as most Starbucks. They have their indoor seating closed. No tables or seats are available, neither indoor nor outdoor. Frappes were well-made... lots of sugar! Lol
