Came in to what we thought was a friendly atmosphere, Turned into a very aggressive employee (TERESA) demanding that we cover our noses with our face masks, which would have done. Had she not yelled at us from across the store instead of politely approaching us. Her manner and attitude cost her customers and my Husband didn’t appreciate her approach, towards his pregnant wife who can’t breath under the face mask. But GREAT PRICES AND FINDS !

The bargains were good but the cashier today at 10 to 11 am was a very disagreeable woman. There is a sign on the front door that says that you cannot be unpleasant to the cashier. I bit my tongue and was pleasant to her. The main reason that they need that sign on the door is because that cashier is bossy and rude. Very unlike your other cashiers who have always been most pleasant.

I used to enjoy The Salvation Army , made many good deals, unfortunately this particular one leaves a lot to be desired. The customer service is the worst, they treat customers disrespectful and also their own employees worse. They put out equipment without checking if it works, you buy on faith and can forget about any refund. They basically steal your money.. This location is an embarrassment to the good works of the Salvation Army known to the rest of the world.. The lady at the desk today was a horror story!!

This place can have terrible customer service at times, and hours vary based on who knows what, it was 447 today and ourselves and a couple others walking up were shooed away at the door by some old man Worth checking out but the one in Big Pine is bigger and a bit better

NEW MANAGEMENT!!! 🤩 After many awful experiences with the old owners and employees I had avoided this particular Salvation Army for awhile. I was pleasantly surprised to hear they are under new management! Tasha and her new staff are SO kind. They welcome everyone that walks through the door, offer baskets and are you just truly NICE people. The racks are stocked and organized. I can’t say enough good things! Thank you thank you thank you for making Salvation Army Key West great again!

Good selection, fairly large especially for being on the island! I went in for a pair of crutches after a Key West night of mishaps and I found some for $2! They have a lot of stuff, definitely check this place out!!

Always great deals and wonderful treasures to find. From different style clothing, board games & puzzles, books, Nick nacks and furniture. And lots of dishes & glasses. Electronics, Christmas decorations. $1 movies. Great place to explore for key west pictures and paintings. Everyday specials & every Wednesday is 50%off clothing.

Small store with A small selection, friendly staff that helps the less get fortunate or if you just need a shirt for a good price.

I was reading the comments & all the bad reviews were about bad customer service. You got that right! Yvonne the cashier shows that she is not happy with what she’s doing. Rude. Go to their Big Pine location & you will get a really good service there. An employee can make or break a store’s reputation.

Really don't have much charge too much for them getting the stuff for free then threatening someone if the use the power outlet outside they would put them in jail for truspassing saying it's stealing power
