I generally like their product however they need to get their acts together. Their online services have left something to be desired. Been waiting months for Mango shampoo (+conditioner)...product has been out of stock. Finally ordered the alternative... Coconut (I have no desire to smell like suntan lotion)! They sent 2 shampoos. When trying to retrieve a confirmation for my order, I received an email advising they couldn't provide it because it was the weekend. When I contacted customer service they sent a copy of the packing invoice showing two shampoos and basically said that's what I ordered. I know what I ordered! Coconut shampoo and mango conditioner. My tough luck. I now have $40 worth of shampoo that I really never wanted and no conditioner. That's what I got for product loyalty.

Sunsorb 50 spf is the BEST sunscreen I have ever used. Not greasy at all and kept me from getting burnt all day.

Love my key west aloe products, non greasy, non comedogenic, lovely light scent. Fair prices too. When I run out, I may just book another vacation to key west just to buy some, or buy online!

Their products are amazing! I recently ordered online and my order was delayed because of the shipping side of things. The order was going to get to WI after I was leaving for vacation. I called their office and they rerouted the package to my FL destination, so it will be there! They were super friendly about it and didn't recharge my card or anything. GREAT customer service.

The site is equally customer service friendly. I actually prefer online shopping so I'm so glad it's user friendly. I can't wait to receive my order for my mom. I definitely recommend.
