I would give a higher rating but the gentleman behind the counter refused to speak. My hubby & myself spoke as we entered and again at the cash register but he refused to speak back. We purchased 2 items and wanted to purchase a few other items but i couldn't see myself buying anything else from this establishment. We have to be better humans then this.. its free to be nice & respectful.

Wow if I could give it negative stars I would.... it was a nice store but the Staff was something left to be desired. Was on a staycation from north FL with the family and wanted to buy some Souvenirs and some sun shirts. we rolled in 20min till close and some used the rest room while others gathered their items. But I guess the employee had a different plan and I quote "you guys need to get the he'll outta here I'm closing" MY RESPONSE "I'm sorry we just needed to use the rest room and get some sun shirts." Her response... "I don't care.... I wasn't supposed to work today, and if you don't leave now security will be through her." My response... "sorry you're having a bad day." Then she said "just leave cause key west'ers just don't care." Well to me it is very clear that she should not be in the service industry cause she doesn't care.... and she had the audacity to harp on my wife by saying "did ya have a good s*$t in there.... next time I'll make ya clean it...." she said to my wife upon almost throwing here out. And my wife had no clue any of this was happening cause she was in the rest room. I'm not sure who the the employee was... I just know she was filling in for someone who was out... But if this is the kinda peeps the store owner hire then take you money somewhere else so you may have a pleasant shopping experience... I'll try to update with name of employee

Extremely disrespectful and horrible staff worker, had tried to find a bathroom for blocks and couldn’t until reached this shop, the worker said they were about to close but didn’t stop me from using the restroom. Upon me entering, she disrespected my wife and kept muttering racial slurs under her voice! If it wasn’t a public bathroom all she had to do was say so and I would’ve walked away! Once I finished she disrespected me and kept muttering more racial slurs under her breath, I would not waste your time going here, the worker is some elderly lady who clearly shouldn’t be in the retail business

I've frequently shopped here on my regular visits to KW. But last weekend, specifically Saturday, July 30th, I left empty handed. The employee behind the counter was loudly spewing verbal political diarrhea to anyone and everyone who came in the store. She was unhinged and a little frightening. Hire better people. And if she's the owner, just go ahead and close now.

Don’t go the owner is anti Semitic She said “everything Kanye says is true” If you want to go to a mile marker store I would go to the one across the street on the side of the signs.

The Cashier and a patron were engaging in anti-semitic rhetoric. I had already bought a bunch of merch but would've gone elsewhere.

Staff was disrespectful. I wear a mask because I am fighting cancer and am on chemo. As soon as we walked in the staff made a comment about the mask and continued to make rude comments.

Read the reviews about staff behaviour but on my visit on early PM on 30th July 23 there was a lovely lady behind the counter. Nice selection of souvenirs.

Decent prices compared to some of the other shops I was at. Shirts were $10.. bracelets were $3

I found the staff helpful and friendly. She is personable and helped my friend when she had questions about some prices. The Christmas ornament selection was very good and had the lowest prices compared to all the other places I went in to.

This is a cute little shop across the street from the Mile Marker 0 signs that offers everything from buoy decor to t-shirts to Christmas ornaments to beverages. While I was hoping to find more locally hand-crafted items, I did find fun Mile Marker 0 items that were well-received when I got home. The shop keeper was also really nice, which was a plus.

Wasnt expecting much but was surprised. Good prices, good selection. We bought 4 shirts, picture frame, key chain and a hat. Again, good selection and good prices.
