If I could leave 0 stars and still leave a review for folks to see, I would. #1 The place has bed bugs. #2 Their lack of medical knowledge has baffled me. #3 The rudeness of the nurses and other staff was appalling. #4 Their refusal to transfer a patient to a more prepared facility was absolutely ridiculous. #5 The lack of hygiene was terrifying. Please for the love of God and all that is holy, don't take your loved ones there. Warn everyone you can!

Most horrible hospital I've ever been to. I had 2 badly broken ribs and my right hand was broken in 5 places, I was in real bad shape after a big semi truck accident and these guys wouldn't even allow me to sit in the waiting area until morning keep in mind it was already like 4a.m and they made me leave and go outside in the cold rain to wait for a taxi where I couldn't even barely move due to the broken ribs. They didn't care about me at all, absolutely disgusting. 😒

I came all the way from Charleston cause I was told they were the best hospital but yet I sat in the waiting room for 2 hrs. When I finally went to the back the doctor kept asking me is that all after I would explain something to him. I went in there for upper right stomach pains, vomiting, n diarrhea n this doc is asking me about when I had sex, if it hurt, does it hurt when I peed, am I burning or itching down there. Then he said that he's not giving me anything for pain until my results come back cause I looked like a drug abuser. I've never ever in my life been treated like this. I haven't been on drugs in over 10yrs n it sure the hell wasn't any hard drugs! I will never ever go there again

They answer their phone maybe roughly 45 to 50 percent of the time you call their physicians clinic, you get transferred and then disconnected to call back and get hung up on again while your in need of medical attention. Everytime you need a test such as an MRI they schedule you when it is available.... On The Truck! They cannot keep doctors on staff for example Felipe Jugo or Charles Burdette. The only redeeming quality is when you actually get seen they do provide adequate care. This is a review for the hospital, not for the doctors or staff that have been captured as their debt slaves.

It was alright, we took our baby to his 2nd docters appointment. It seem to be a smooth visit with little to no wait time, friendly docters an staff an easy directions to get where we was going. I'm not going to refer this docter as one of the best but he was decent when he checked out our baby an give us a few tips on things to do such as feeding an ways to know if our baby is having any kinds of pains an stuff like that.

When I called to question the outrageous charges on my bill, no one knew what I was being charged for, no one could do an itemized bill, and when you call they get defensive and make you feel like you are the biggest pain in the world. Also had me wait hours in the ER, didn't see anyone else besides me.....so I would just go to MedExpress, rates are better.

Came in at 842 pm, my littl3 guy is throwing up every 10 min, no one is up front, I wait 10min ring the bell no one comes, finally some one comes up she was very rude, didn't answer the phone when it rang, my little guy was vomiting in a bag we had brought he missed, and a little got on the floor, no one was up front to notify, I don't know if it's policy to clean up vomit in a special way cause it's a hospital it's "suppose" to be sanitary, we ending up cleaning it with some purell and a paper towel from the bathroom. I understand it is a small ER but living an hour away from any other hospitals and this is the best they can do, like really, no care at all, hour upon hours of waiting in the lobby. This place is beyond a joke. This place needs some help!!! Where is the administration at running this joint?

My 6 yr old son had a terrible bicycle accident. The ER staff was wonderful especially the guy who did the cat scan. My son was so comfortable with him he wasn't even scared. Even let him see the images of his brain. Very cool

The Er is wonderful my husband and me go there I was there 4 days and I was taking care of very good I rate the Er a number 10
