I have been with Vega since 2014 and never did I experience this bad service of not turning on the AC! They keep turning it off while we are boiling inside and trying to workout! I tried speaking about this with the manager but nothing has changed. I was planning on renewing my subscription and telling my colleagues and friends about it but never will I ever do that! How can we workout at a gym when the ac isn’t on?! That’s so unhealthy!!

Honestly this is one of the worst gyms to ever operate. Staff don’t care about your opinion and neglect your needs. One huge example is the AC. You usually need an AC in any gym facility, they sometimes turn it off and on. HOWEVER during the summer IT IS NEVER ON, yes I’m being 200% serious! So unless you wana experience shortness of breath and be admitted to the emergency room due to lack of proper air circulation and right temperature requirements…We are canceling our membership, just waiting for the contract to end.

They always lock the rooms and open them only on classes times which makes it hard to find a good spot to place your exercise mat. if you needed an equipment from there you have to ask some of the staff which requires a while and by that time your body needs to be warmed up again. you are also not allowed to use the trampoline except when class is on.
