The gym equipment and decor are 3 stars, staff 1 star, they are never available and when you need them you have to interrupt their chats in the small room or at the bar, I can bare all that but can't bare that the gym controls when to use steam and sauna as they are subject to tow operational hours, (3 hours in the morning and 5 hours afternoon), and you can use them in real for 1 hour only in the morning as the first 2 hours is for heating the facility, now it's winter and the gym is very cold and when you complain the staff tell us that they can't put on heating early morning, management don't believe in customer experience nor VOC nor in service excellence and this reflects on the staff. The gym is understaffed. To be honest it's clean and the quality of members is good, this gym is an easy candidate to become a 4 star gym, but with current management and policies it's 1 Star for me. You have to bring your own padlock to close your locker and if you forgot your padlock the gym is not responsible for your belongings. After they read my review they cancelled my subscription claiming I was rude to the receptionist because I told her they have long way to learn about customer care and customer service. The subscription fees are the same as other 5 star gyms who really invest in their facility, staff and customers, who also have Jacuzzi and swimming pools and up to date equipment. When putting this gym in comparison with other 5 star gyms which charge you the same, my opinion think twice

Very bad and bullying management. They dont care and have no customer service skills. When we faced a membership issue, there was no consideration to the magnitude of the loss we encountered. I dont recommend anyone to join this gym. Even the owners are hidden behind the management even with bad decisions. Very much bullying behaviour.

This gym has me on edge. It has some positives and some negatives. I am not sure which one outweighs the other: Positives: 1. Clean. 2. Friendly Staff. 3. Spacious and comfortable. 4. Good diversity of equipment. 5. Large locker room. 6. Never very crowded, even at its peak which is 5-6pm. 7. Good opening times. Negatives: 1. Very bad customer service and administration. They relieved my personal trainer from his duties while I and other clients were halfway through our classes! Not only that, they didn't even contact me until a month later when they told me 'my' number was incorrect and refused to tell me the other number they 'had'. They didn't offer me compensation of a couple free session and refused my appeal. They also have an 'expiry date' on PT sessions? Never go with a personal trainer here. It's also seemingly impossible to get ahold of any managerial employee. 2. Sometimes the gym is slightly too cold but they could act on it if you tell someone. 3. Some facilities like the Sauna room still doesn't work. It's been four months since I registered and they still say they will get it working soon. 4. The lockers don't have a PIN code system. You have to get your own lock and key. Slightly inconvenient. 5. The cafeteria bar is overpriced and I haven't seen it ever get traction. It's not a bad gym but it's also not the best. There are so many small things that, if taken care of by the owner or the administration, would make this gym one of the top ones in Amman. But they have chosen to neglect them, making it slightly above average.

Went to visit the gym for the first time coming from the states and we had to pay 24 jods to get in, after we asked them several times to just let us pay for one person and we can come back and pay the rest the next time because we only had dollars and if we used an american credit card they would charge an extra 7 dollars for it. We ended up paying 7 dollars extra each per person because they told us the owner “was in a meeting” and the HR “wasnt there” although the staff member mentioned talking to the owner 5 minutes before.

My entire wallet was stolen while in the locker with 70 Jd, all my credit cards and debit cards, leaving me with no way to access my money. My friends have had cash stolen from their lockers and other women I’ve spoken to in the locker room have had the same issue. The representatives have been very unhelpful and kind of just shrug their shoulders and haven’t done much to look into it. I still have 2 months on my very expensive membership and I don’t trust leaving my things in the lockers and they have done nothing to address this problem. They have stickers on the lockers that say they’re not responsible for your valuables, but what are we supposed to do when we come from after work like most people? This has been a beyond frustrating experience and I’ve had to pay a lot of extra money to western union myself cash until I can get new cards to Jordan. Like a lot of other people have mentioned in reviews, the staff are not helpful or friendly, which is especially upsetting when you have an issue like this. I won’t be renewing my membership, I wouldn’t recommend the gym to new people coming in, and I hope the fix the problem for future members.

5 star gym just pay for a membership and you can go do weights and run on the track or on the treadmills if you prefer them and there is huge swimming pool which is heated 24/7 and squash court you can pay for private lessons for a particular sport and children can pay for private lessons swimming squash and boxing and lots of other exercises and sports the place is always clean there are showers and everything you can expect from a 5 star gym

I am extremely disappointed, the gym is extremely cold, I couldn’t even warm up and whenever it’s mentioned to the front desk they reassure me that the AC is off! It’s unacceptable for a gym to be this freezing in the middle of winter!! The heaters must be on to regulate the temperatures and especially in winter season. It pays to insist on certain services as the staff is not always up to date on what they are actually offering. I bought 3 day pass on the basis that I can enter 3 times but it turns that I have to use it within 3 days which was not clearly highlighted when they sold me the contract. I love Amayl its a great gym but only bad thing that needs to be resolved is loud songs. When i try to workout and i have my headphones in i can still hear the gym’s music very distracting and annoying. My husband and i are members but the songs just are too loud. When we tell the front desk staff they lower it for a bit then it goes right back to loud. It would be greatly appreciated if you guys lower the volume.
