The
gym
equipment
and
decor
are
3
stars,
staff
1
star,
they
are
never
available
and
when
you
need
them
you
have
to
interrupt
their
chats
in
the
small
room
or
at
the
bar,
I
can
bare
all
that
but
can't
bare
that
the
gym
controls
when
to
use
steam
and
sauna
as
they
are
subject
to
tow
operational
hours,
(3
hours
in
the
morning
and
5
hours
afternoon),
and
you
can
use
them
in
real
for
1
hour
only
in
the
morning
as
the
first
2
hours
is
for
heating
the
facility,
now
it's
winter
and
the
gym
is
very
cold
and
when
you
complain
the
staff
tell
us
that
they
can't
put
on
heating
early
morning,
management
don't
believe
in
customer
experience
nor
VOC
nor
in
service
excellence
and
this
reflects
on
the
staff.
The
gym
is
understaffed.
To
be
honest
it's
clean
and
the
quality
of
members
is
good,
this
gym
is
an
easy
candidate
to
become
a
4
star
gym,
but
with
current
management
and
policies
it's
1
Star
for
me.
You
have
to
bring
your
own
padlock
to
close
your
locker
and
if
you
forgot
your
padlock
the
gym
is
not
responsible
for
your
belongings.
After
they
read
my
review
they
cancelled
my
subscription
claiming
I
was
rude
to
the
receptionist
because
I
told
her
they
have
long
way
to
learn
about
customer
care
and
customer
service.
The
subscription
fees
are
the
same
as
other
5
star
gyms
who
really
invest
in
their
facility,
staff
and
customers,
who
also
have
Jacuzzi
and
swimming
pools
and
up
to
date
equipment.
When
putting
this
gym
in
comparison
with
other
5
star
gyms
which
charge
you
the
same,
my
opinion
think
twice
