Don't touch this place with a ten foot pole. Weights are never in their place and you will spend most of your time looking for the weights. Broken mirrors. Very outright rude staff. Everything costs money even measuring your weight. People are vulgur. Worst gym experience ever. Only redeeming quality would be the pool. Also if you own a car forget about finding a free parking space within 100meters

very very bad gym .. not recommended at all specially at summer time .. no music no coach's no services no air condition.. lot of under age kid's... loud voices all over .. hard to find a parking spot.. there is no selection of cold or hot water at showers .. locker room full of water from the pool .. the management not helping ..

Broken/missing equipment. cleanliness standards aren't what I'd prefer i.e. Everyone (anyone) doesn't wipe down the machine after each use. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. This is all for the women's side only.

Changed it from 5stars to 2stars because it doesn't make any sense not to find a coach in women section to ask for advice or to help you... There is only a girl hired only to open and close the gym doors.. She doesn't have any experience or anything to do with coaching

Total fitness is the best gym ever .. great atmosphere for increasing your fitness meeting new friends and getting in shape .. thank you total fitness for making our lives better .. amazing staff and very clean pool area .. the variety of activities is just great .. I advise everyone to go there 😊

One of the best in Amman. Rehabilitation, physiotherapy, exercise area, swimming pools and many many more, is what makes Total not only a gym, but a complete health center.

Good crowd, great coaches and a very nice vibe.

Basically the gym is clean but some machines are broken, the bicycles don't work as they should. The swimming pool is a bit small but ok and the steaming room is good. The water in the showers are too cold and we can't change the temperature. Also the men section has a sauna and the women don't have one. All people pay the same price but don't have the same service and facilities. If there would be more caring it would be a very nice gym.

It’s ok,I’ve been going for two months everyday it’s good for getting started on working out but if you’re serious about fitness and bodybuilding would not recommend. Some cardio machines don’t work. Some old and some new muscle machines All dumbbells are old. Swimming pools always has at least 10 kids and 10 grandparents in it not interested.

The gym is very nice and comfortable, and its price is reasonable, in addition to all the services But the problem with the classes is that the number of steps in the pictures is not enough and we are going to race, who will book first and the rest will manage their own affairs. I hope you provide an additional number that is sufficient for us and pay some attention to the customer’s requests. Don’t tell me to “manage yourself” for me and others!

The place is good and the coaches are respectable, although most of them are private, as is the case with all sports clubs, but the problem is that there are many children. There is a person of Arab nationality who is tactless and has a provocative attitude, 45 minutes before the gym closes. He starts counting down in a loud voice to all those present in a bad manner, even though he was there with older people and he is supposed to respect them.

Good gym with good tools. The pool is full of people mainly kids that doesn't let u swim comfortably.

the machines are old and outdated the mirrors are broken half the cardio machines don’t work the janitors there are coaches the swimming pool is full with kids and grandparents i don’t recommend this gym it dosent have a a/c system too and you can’t change the temperature of the shower overall very bad and the floors are always slippery the free weights section the dumbbells are broken and the weight that’s written on it is worn off you can find weights on the ground no one there returns anything they’re all either 9 year olds or 16 year olds the whole gym needs a maintenance

The gym is clean, but I wish the smell of the shawls was sweeter and had half of the hangers broken and the door closed from the bottom.

It's nice gym, but the people in Jordan not return the weight to the place, there is something funny in this gym all players they are personal trainer even if they just start lift today, over all was good but the management need to work on something's to make it better, 1 return weights-2- hire real personnel trainer-3- not allowed people work out with open toes shoes
