In
the
course
of
CrossFit,
training
machines
are
not
commonly
used
like
in
conventional
gyms.
As
part
of
the
CrossFit
training,
most
of
the
exercises
are
done
in
the
from
the
world
of
weightlifting
and
weight-based
exercises
therefor
there
is
a
use
in
Olympic
poles,
plate
weights,
kettlebell
weights,
voltages,
rings
and
power
balls.
Sometimes
sandbag,
ropes,
and
even
tractors
tires
are
used
as
well.
From
my
experience,
I
would
recommend
CrossFit
for
people
who
look
for
more
of
an
aggressive
and
intensive
sport.
CrossFit
suits
better
for
people
who
like
to
work
out
in
a
or
as
a
group
(some
"WODs"(workouts)
are
to
be
done
as
a
group
and
some
are
to
be
done
personally
in
a
group)
which
in
my
opinion
is
great
for
motivation.
In
my
opinion,
CrossFit
teaches
you
how
to
motivate
and
be
motivated.
It
forces
you
to
push
harder,
be
better,
and
become
stronger!
CrossFit
is
best
for
people
who
are
able
to
maintain
some
kind
of
weekly
routine
because
of
its
scheduled
workouts.
CrossFit
Herzylia
is
known
to
be
one
of
the
best
CrossFit
places
in
Israel
and
it
was
also
founded
by
one
of
the
people
who
bought
CrossFit
to
Israel
which
is
Omry
Peled
who
runs
the
place.
With
every
thing
said
and
done
this
place
is
more
than
just
a
place
you
workout
in.
You
learn
some
very
important
values
like
how
to
get
or
give
motivation,
how
to
not
give
up
even
if
you
feel
like
you
are
going
to
collapse
one
may
say
its
determination
and
one
may
say
it's
called
mental
strength
I
say
it's
both
and
this
is
just
a
bit
from
what
you
gain
from
this
place
I
won't
even
start
about
the
amazing
people
that
are
there.
If
after
