This is actually as the name says. Beach front. It's a decent hostel with a beautiful view on the roof top. The staff is friendly. The best of the beach view, from the sun rise and especially to the sun set. They have few things organized for their hotel guests to see around and explore. The Yoga classes are a must try for those who love doing it, the teacher is an amazing one. One can have drinks from the roof top cafe and chill out too.

First time staying in a hostel and it was worth staying here. The views from my balcony and the roof of the beach are just amazing. The price are a deal for what you're getting. Can share a room with others or get a private room. It's a small hostel so I was staying at a home. Located directly next to the US embassy.

I’ve spent several nights hear and can say that it’s a great option to stay in Tel Aviv. My friends and I had private room and it was really comfortable. The great thing of this hostel is the terrace on a roof with an amazing view to Mediterranean Sea. Also you can have a breakfast each morning. Staff is very polite and attentive, helped me several times with printing my documents.

The beach was 50 m, the guy from the night shift was helpful and friendly. We booked a room with a sea view and we got a room with a wall view, but we got a private bathroom.. The breakfast was pancake and that's cool the first time but on the 3rd day is boring.

I’m finding it hard to review this place because there are positives and negatives, so hence it scores in the average range. Firstly it is a great Location on the beach, about 20 mins from the airport in a vehicle. 20 min walk to Jaffa, 10-15 min walk to Florentine, Carmel Market and right in the central area itself. The check in process was easy, for the counter is open 24 hours. Staff are very friendly and helpful. There are dorms and private rooms (with private or shared bathrooms). We had a private room with a shared bathroom. The room was great and had a comfortable bed, sink, television and air conditioner. The hotel was very clean, you always saw them cleaning and the smell of bleach was there which highlights very clean to me. The property provides breakfast with pancakes, cereal, fruit, Mediterranean dips and olives. They also have coffee and tea for access at all times on the ground floor. The rooftop would be great in summer. They arrange events like yoga, shabbat dinner, pub crawls so it has a good vibe. Whilst there, our first room air conditioner broke and the staff were good in moving us the second day. There was also a bad storm and our second room started leaking (as did a number of other rooms). Again the staff were good In moving us. I’m not sure what they would have done if it was full. The electricity then went out and it wasn’t back on that day. We moved hotels and they kindly refunded me. I think the staff did super well dealing with the issues. I think it is part of a bigger picture and the hostel should look at a long term investment to fix the windows re leaking and electricity overall. I think in Summer this would be the perfect place to stay.

The hostel was better than I expected! We booked a private room and it worked great for the 2 of us. It actually had 3 beds and a great view of the beach, which is literally across the street. Yes—the location is great! It’s about as close as you can get to the beach. You get breakfast with a view of the ocean. The rooftop lounge area is really awesome and we enjoyed having our pancakes breakfast up there. All the staff we had interactions with were very friendly and helpful. · The breakfast hours didn’t start until 8:30, and so the first day we didn’t get to have breakfast because we were picked up at 7 am for a tour. We realized, though, that nothing in the city seems to wake up before 8 so maybe that’s just typical of Tel Aviv. Also, the bathrooms were uncomfortably small but surprisingly I hardly ever saw anyone else in there.

We first booked 1 night at the hostel for our first night in Israel, and decided to book also the last night before leaving the country. The staff is extremely friendly, always willing to help and giving you a smile! The rooms have amazing FIRST LINE views to the beach and super cool vibes! We loved the place and we recomend it 100%

Great location and helpful staff; 24hrs reception was useful as we checked in at 1am. We stayed in a 5-person mixed dorm which was a bit tight on space. Also, the rooftop is great on sunny days. There's not much lounge space aside from roof. Good pancake brekkie from 8:30-10:30!

I love you Tel Aviv, I love you Israel. It was October 2016 when I stayed at Beachfront Hostel. I met some of the loveliest people there, who welcomed me with an open heart, and were very hospitable. “תודה”. I wasn’t the first Afghan that visited the State of Israel, and I wouldn’t be the last to have so much love for the Israeli people in his heart. After all, my tribe in Afghanistan is also referred to as the lost tribe of Israel or as it’s called locally “Bani Israel”. I have kept touch with my Israeli friends, and I very much hope to visit The State of Israel again soon.

Great location, amazing view from the rooftop. Clean and well kept. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a kitchen and washrooms available, after you check out you can keep your bag there and use the amenities which includes a free frozen drink machine. Laundry on site. Only downfall is the price.

It's an alright hostel - I just stayed for the nights and went on tours during the day, but it's pretty claustrophobic in the rooms with 5 beds. For mixed rooms, I'd recommend management gets curtains for the beds. Besides that, this is right across the street from the beach, has a relaxing rooftop area, and is next door to the American embassy.

Best place to stay if you don't want to spend a lot of money. You can meet a lot of nice people here and it literally next to the beach. I would love to come back here soon.

Melissa at the front desk was super nice and she helped me with all my questions. Also the rest of the staff is amazing and they make your stay super good.

Relatively clean spastically front desk his body sometimes nice and helpful all the time very rude as a staff it's mostly amateur and volunteer however proximity right across from the beach is impossible to beat. the roof is spacious and relatively nice. The furniture is a little old but it's clean. although the kitchen needs some upgrading the cooking and counter space is pretty bad but usable. Large fridge is usually full of uneaten and leftover food that should probably already be thrown out. They are 2 small burners and a microwave

The hostel has the best location. Just in front of the beach. The staff is very friendly and easy going. I strongly recommend the private double rooms with amazing view of the beach.
