Supposed to be a nice, quite place, and has a potential to be as such. BUT, the aggressive birds which fly into your dish and still, or even "just" touch your food, is very annoying! Moreover, the birds also fly around and above you, with no limitation, So, having coffee in sort of natural atmosphere is cool, but under such birds' attack it's bothersome.

A strip mall with a variety of stores on three sides of a large parking area (more parking above the stores). At least seven eateries, mostly kosher a large super, variety stores, etc. A popular place.
