Also known as Elram Center, this is a shopping center used by the locals with many restaurants and shops. There are a few coffee shops, clothing stores, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc. This place is mostly handicap friendly and family friendly. There is a synagogue as well located at the center.

Awful. Dirty, old, and in a need for an upgrade. The entire center in general, as well as the businesses that currently occupy it. So many better places in Tel Aviv.

If only the cleaning would not be forgotten.....if only in front grocery shops the pavement would be cleaner....the center is nice and covers many boutiques and shopping areas

Open Air High Quality Mall. Underground Parking. 2 Banks, Great Restaurants, Pharmacy, toy store, bookstore, you name it!

Lots of coffee shops which get a bit full on Fridays but you can get a seat any time, because they all offer the same stuff. Many fashion stores, which appear empty most of the time. Inside parking is not free and parking in the surrounding streets is over crowded. Maintenance is lacking and from the outside the building is an eyesore. Some improvement in the design of the ceilings and their lighting were accomplished lately

Conveniently located shopping center with lots of free parking around. Mainly catering to the locals with high end shops, home goods, and chain cafe shops. There is also a large Supermarket and pharmacy.

Boring a silent. Nothing is new. Not so clean, very expansive - only good thing is that you have most of the shops you need there , including banks and medical centres

I like idea of the open shopping center with restaurants. It's a good place to spend time shopping with friends then sit for a meal in the open air. The centre has no parking space at all though so you have to find parking space elsewhere.

Prices disorbitingly high, but that's north Tel Aviv life. Israel should adopt open comerce spaces like this one, instead of the usual building, smelling like mixed parfumes, crammed with Fox and Castro that they call shopping mall

Reasonable pricing in expensive neighborhood. Limited choice. Womens organization (WIZOT) second-hand shop downstairs. Recommended

It's old and unclean, but you'll find restaurants, bakeries and some benches.

All n all its not bad you have a lot there as far as shoping. But the parking cost way to much for a Strip mall

the structure and the ambience have not been changed, and barely ever renovated, since being built in the 70's. However, the many coffee shops, shaded passages, and lots of scurry room for the children, make this a nice place to pass an hour or two nonetheless.

Very good place, you can find many restaurants and shops. One of the best shops over there called Mina Style. You can find stuff for home and kitchen. Very high quality and good prices.

The discreet charm of the Tel Aviv bourgeoisie. Good food, nice people, clean streets. Expect some fancy cars here and there.

a quite big shopping center, with some coffee places, some quick food vendors, all the major Israeli branded clinics around it...but this complex is from the 80s, so...not an upscale place
