This place is out of character for the neighborhood, doesn't attract locals and so the stores and restaurants there don't do so well. As opposed to the rest of the neighborhood's mom n pop shops, this place is filled with chain restaurants like Pizza hut and landwers. It would have been fine if they would have placed something like this in a different neighborhood.

Commercially, half populated. Good vibe. New atmosphere in the old South of Tel Aviv.

This place is worth visiting mainly because its where you can see very clearly the change that Florentin area is undergoing, from small early 1900's workshops to modern 'luxirious' housing complex.

Not bad, but, not my taste. It'll be perfect for those that like food and art, that's what the place has to offer.

A cool place to have something to eat under the buildings and the natural shadow of the trees.
