This is the most pleasant mall I've been in Israel so far. It's clean, warm, well maintained, there is a vast diversity of shops, restaurants and services - there is even a dental clinic inside.

Fabulous shopping mall. Perhaps the best in Jerusalem. All the major outlets, and a large food court where you can sit and eat fast food. Or there are several premier restaurants where you obtain service. This is the most pleasant mall I've been in Israel so far. Great mall. A bit far out. Otherwise, clean and new , with a large array of eating choices and shops.

I enjoyed going to some stores but yesterday I had not pleasant experience. I went to Mashbir store to shop for sweater. I ended up arguing with a salesperson when I was trying to choose my size. He was mad that I’m making a mess by trying to find it on my own and not asking him when he didn’t offer me help. I had to switch to other workers who where much more helpful but overall impression was down. I’m done going to this store!

Overcrowded, toilets isnt clean, fast food can get you diarrhea.. the shops are ok though zara and stuff are a mess. If you get there do it quick and know what you need or youll just get upset.

I go there often every year when I come to Israel in the summer. Nice mall. A good place to go, but their restrooms are disgusting. Run down, always dirty and smell very very bad. All of them. Yesterday someone threw up in the washroom near H&M because of the smell. Its time for a reno guys..... Came again after not being there almost 4 months. The mall has now food being sold on Friday. Looks amazing and tempting. The restrooms are a bit cleaner, but still smell bad.

Came especially to buy some clothes for Pesach from relatively far away last Monday. Most of the shops and restaurants closed because of sudden strike. Was very disappointed and will not come back in the nearest future.

It is considered to be one of the most visited malls in Israel with highest rent. Still looking good, many stores and good location. There is a big pet shop with many interesting animals and good food court.

Malcha Mall, S.West Jerusalem has just about every shop you will need. Clothing, Shoes, Health store, Hardware (incl. Kitchen-ware, Fridges, Electronics, Computers, iPhones, Supermarket), restaurants, coffee, cakes and more... All on 3 levels, clean, covered and a/c throughout. It is my go-to place especially if it's hot, cold or unpleasant outside! Parking on 3 levels, and public transportation.

Fairly decent mall, nice variety of stores. Would be nice if they added maps around to navigate as it is sometimes annoying to find certain stores.

Very nice shopping center. It offer a wide range of options to cater to all your needs, including clothing, food, electronics, and so much more. It's always busy, which can make finding a parking spot a bit challenging at times. However, despite this minor inconvenience, the overall experience is great! I recommend visiting this shopping center for an enjoyable shopping spree.

An indoor shopping mall in the southwestern neighbourhood of Malha, one of the oldest in Jerusalem and if consider transportation/parking slots/variety of shops probably the best in the city. Has a few nice cafés (check "Roladin") and a food court with diary and meat restaurants and diners from cheaper to more expensive ones. Tends to be crowded in the evenings and Friday mornings. A bit difficult for the orientation if you're not well familiar with it, sometimes not easy to find the needed shop and don't forget the name of the gate you entered to be able to find where you parked afterwards. Good place to hang out in the hot summer days as it is fully air-conditioned. Check their site for various activites for children during the summer and holidays. Free parking for the first two hours. Tip: check their site for coupons.

The Azrieli Group's Jerusalem Mall (Malcha) is by far Jerusalem's largest and most popular shopping mall. The three-level facility is home to a staggeringly sizeable kosher food court, and popular stores in the mall include H&M, Zara, Mango, Office Depot, Home Center, SuperPharm, Toys R Us and the Mega supermarket. All in all, the complex includes a staggering 37,000 square meters of commercial floor space, plus 3000 more for offices. About 260 businesses operate out of the Jerusalem Mall (Malcha), an assortment which includes purveyors of fashion, footwear, cosmetics, electronics, eyewear, food, banks, a post office, money changers, ATMs, hairdressers and florists.

What you'd expect from a good mall. Loads of shops, brands and varieties split over three levels. Can get very crowded which is sometimes off-putting but on the whole it's a pretty good mall. A little disappointed in the food options and food court but you can't win them all

Typical mall in Israel with most of the shops you would need. The food hall is hidden away so make sure you find it.

Beautiful mall i grew up in Jerusalem and used to go now I went again after years of not being there and it was just as great

  • 4/5 Marina G. 1 year ago on Google
Good mall for weekly shopping. You can find their famous closing stores like H&M, Zara, & other story's etc. As well super pharm and home store.

  • 3/5 Mark H. 1 year ago on Google
Unfortunately the mall is starting to show it's age. Inspite of the lovely big bright signs which liven it up a little, the general areas in the mall are a bit grubby and so are the bathrooms. The foodcourt was ok, some really cool looking places but again the general areas were rather grubby. Would we go back again, most likely yes but not for a while.

Great mall with good selection of stores and food court. Parking is usually available and the mall is well maintained. Location is also good if you are coming from the west part of the county.

Fabulous shopping mall. Perhaps the best in Jerusalem. All the major outlets, and a large food court where you can sit and eat fast food. Or there are several premier restaurants where you obtain service. Additionally, there are numerous coffee and food places scattered around the mall. The mall features a large supermarket and two floors of Hamashbir where all their goods are represented. Overall, good shopping for children and families. The three levels can be accessed via elevators, stairs, and escalators. There are further floors comprising office and medical suites and a large car park for those who prefer to drive. But the mall is well-serviced by buses from everywhere in Jerusalem. They also have programs for young children during the school holidays.

Good range of shops Food - however is limited Food court has Asian cuisine but the taste has been localized- so please managed your expectations There’s a good size supermarket- lots of items- so do check it out Security check at the entrance

It's an older mall and I rarely go there these days but the stores seemed busy and buses are convenient.

  • 4/5 Atira G. 11 months ago on Google
Has nearly everything covered... they just need a map so you don't miss on the smaller unique boutique stores.

One of the best malls in Israel. Has a great gymboree for kids in the food court, and even a shul with an antique ark

A super duper expensive mall.... I only go there for the 3-story playroom, which is awesome for kids. They recently upped the price to 45 NIS/kid. Very expensive spot.

Great mall with loads of stores. But if you're looking for a specific store there are no maps for finding it. You basically have to walk through the entire mall until you find it.

it is very good, it has all the stores you want, but the only problem is the high prices whether the food court prices or the stores prices in general.

You have all you need here. Good food, pharmacy, clothes, things for home. And a parking lot with first 2 hours for free

  • 3/5 Karina A. 1 year ago on Google
I don't like it. Its too crowded, the air system is horrible when there are too much people it's difficult to breath. The bathrooms looks like from an horror movie. Sorry not sorry, I think the people who are in charge of the mall can do much more.

One of the best malls in the city. Often crowded, but doesn't feel cramped due to the excellent natural light and open wells between the floors. Relatively pleasant to spend time in, especially when compared to many other Jerusalem malls. As of Sept. 2021: Mask-wearing rules are generally followed. There are sanitizer dispensers around the mall, though not all of them (maybe 50%?) work. A green pass is not necessary to enter the mall. Has most major store chains typically found in Israeli malls. You can find a wide variety of stores here - home goods, clothing, accessories, gifts, jewelry, toys, bakeries, supermarket, pet store, book shops, sports stores, electronics, stationary & office supplies, etc. There is a food court. Most (maybe all?) dining options and food stores are Kosher. Prices are on the higher side, though there are a number of stores (for example: Miniso, Daiso, Top Ten, Cofizz) that specialize in low-priced products. For a mall filled with clearance outlets of many major brands, check out the אחים ישראל mall in Talpiot. In Malha, you typically pay the sticker price, unless there's a sale throughout the chain. The mall has its own parking, but don't count on finding a spot quickly during peak hours.

This is a decent but small mall. It has a useful food market on Friday. There is a small food court. An extra floor has recently opened with an Adidas outlet and a toy store.
