The service was diabolical. My food came ice cold. I ordered a bacon benedict , what is supposed to be a signature dish. We got served a sauce that was in no way ,shape or form a Hollandaise. I then sent it back and they reheated if and it was hot but the toast soggy. No presence of staff. We had to get up and get our own sugar water. Never again.!!!! You need to learn from Serona market branch or close your doors. Completely unacceptable 😤

Most of the times we come here can be rated 9. The last visit was disappointing - the coffee was awful as well as the other dishes. Very disappointing! I hope next week will be better.

Food is fine, way too much expensive for some eggs. $$$$$ They started good, in the past they were our first pick, today? Not even top 10. Prices are up, food quality is down, tables are small for 2-3 people, most of the branches are loud and noisy. There are a lot better place in that value!

Great branch! Had a pleasant service, and the food and drinks were great, except for the spinach dip. It lacked flavor in my opinion. But everything was fresh, and prepared like it should. Had a great experience and I definitely recommend this place.

The usual Benedicts experience: yummy breakfast options with lots of bread basket debauchery (love the Benedicts Bacon and the Philly Steak) but... Understaffed. Sad salads. Bad coffee. Slow service.

Portions are not just small, they're tiny and overpriced. The taste of things really wasn't worth it. Sorry, but it was a complete waste of time and money

Nice place, a bit of a noise and bustle all around, the dish we wanted (Paris, breakfast) was missing. That was quite disappointing, the dishes we ordered were delicious, the fries came cold, they exchanged it for us, we got a drink at a fast way, and ice as much as we wanted, and as much bread as we wanted, the service is excellent.

Fairly good service and good food. We've had the Paris Croissant which is essentially a croissant with cooked duck and a poached egg. It felt a little bit dry to me just because there was plenty of duck and not much of anything that would moisten the dish - the poached egg was not enough. That said, it was still really good! We've also had the green shakshuka which personally is not for me but was still good. I wish the eggs would be runny instead of done. The French toast was a bit underwhelming in its simplicity, but is still a fairly good desert if you don't want anything too sweet. Thee cocktails with Aperol are quite good! I would order again and you barely feel the alcohol. The squeezed fruits feel fresh as well. Overall, a good experience and I would come back.

Having few waitresses trainees on the day of my breakfast there, the manager herself was coming to check if everything was okay, so it’s definitely a huge plus👍🏻 Breakfast options are so various and delicious, you’ll definitely want to come back there again

Food was ok minus- had shakshuka, bacon and ginger lemon honey tea. Shakshuka was with dehydrated tomato sauce and without much flavour. salad on the side was fresh which was nice. The ginger lemon tea was a tiny slice of lemon no honey, no ginger but had a cinnamon piece. It wasnt great. Basically warm water with cinnamon. Asked for honey.. they said its inside the drink- wasnt. Took extra 5 more minutes just for that. Staff were very kind whenever they gave service but things were messy. everything was served at different times and not how i ordered.. I didnt say anything to be honest because it took so long to get their attention each time to come for service. Will i go again? Not sure.

Benedicts breakfast choices are SO VARIED, that each of us really enjoyed the ones we chose. In fact their English breakfast was so large (& delicious) that I couldn't finish it all. I had to request them to pack the remainder for taking home. The prices we paid were very reasonable. too.

One of the worst Benedict places I have been. Very slow service and unprofessional waiters. We had one that does not know the menu and forgets orders one after another. Also their internal communication is lacking as one does not know what the other wants or needs. Every request we had was either forgotten or super late to arrive. They are super unprofessional. Adding to that, the bathrooms are filthy and floors are swamped with urine. We will never come back here again. One highlight at least that the food was tasty.

The experience in the Tel Aviv branches was WAY better in terms of the food itself. The staff was nice but the food was not so much, especially for the price you pay.

Nice place but pancake is not looks/taste like usual pancake in Benedict. Hopefully will be better next time. Rest was fine, good service and clean place.
