The location is unpleasant at the edge of an abandoned parking lot and so is the feeling inside the restaurant. The burgers were really of a high standard, however the price is very high for a hamburger that at the same price and weight you buy a good stick at a good restaurant. The service was stressful and unpleasant. Overall a mediocre plus experience

Where do I even start? This is such a fun experience and great place to get delicious and unique hamburgers! You can build your own hamburger and decide which of the many toppings you would like. They've got it all! You can add peanut butter, maple syrup, or you can stick to traditional toppings like mushrooms and all the types of cheese can think of 😉 this time we got the hamburger with cheddar core! It was finger licking good!!!! The design of the place is really cool and the staff is super friendly!

One of the best burgers you can find in Israel, they have creative and interesting burger recipes. Feels like a diner, but taste like gourmet restaurant. Only issue there is usually poor service and bad music, maybe that will change in the future, but the food makes up for it for me so they still get 5 stars.

So this place is nice! All the meals and burgers are over the top, huge sizes big plates a lot of special burgers and the wings are amazing. With that said the burger is not the best burger I had ... I mean it's nice and special but it's not a great burger it's ok.. on a different note the waiter was nice but didn't really pay much attention to us and there were two milkshakes we wanted to get ( they were recommended by a friend ) and they didn't have them in the kitchen.. so in conclusion this place is good not great, nice but not amazing, special and over the top yes!

I was very curious about this place. The hamburgers are good, not the best one that I ever ate. The quality and the quantity are okay. I like the big sausage with gowda cheese.

Great food, big meals, great service and atmosphere

The location and atmosphere of the restaurant sets a negative tone for the dining experience. mainly due to it being in front of the parking lot which at time can be quite busy, making the experience of sitting any where near the outside less appealing. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is more appealing towards a younger audience and feels a bit outdated in my humble opinion. The staff at Humongous provided poor service throughout the meal, I can hardly understand why 2+ waiter couldn't provide adequate service to about 9 tables that were there at the time. The burger itself was disappointing in my opinion. The presentation was simply put unappealing, personality some of the extra toppings I ordered were burned. The prices at Humongous Humongous are a bit expensive if you ask me, expensive with respect to the quality of what you get of course, the upside is that there are happy hours like at the time of my visit which make the bill a bit more reasonable.

Service was good. Main dishes were large enough and tasty. Too bad there is a small selection of sauces, only ketchup and mayo, which reduces over all enjoyment from the fries and meal. Prices are on the high side. The design is nice but nothing special and makes the place feel cheap.

An amzing place burgers tastes amazing prices are okay(average), service was amazing i loved how they treated us even gave some tips about the best burgers to order... ,the atmosphere tho couldve been better especially if the outside hallway was a bit alive..

Bad service with bad attitude, money more important than customer comfort here. Food very expensive and doesnt worth price they require. Even when customer service contacted me they wasted my time with bad attitude, just counted the call length (lol they called me!) and didnt try to fix my bad experience but saying "they are not sure what happend". I ATE OUTSIDE AT COLD DUE TO RESTURANT REFUSAL LET ME IN. I am not recommending eat here. Better option nearby - BBB, Black, Mcdonalds, Moses and more burger bars around much better with fair price.

The food is amazing. The vibe is kinda basic and the decor is a bit too much for the small space IMO. The service was a bit slow but very polite and good.

A decent variety of burger styles. I personally don't like it when they put all kinds of nuts in the patty, it ruins the texture for me, but other than that, the flavors are great and the food is enjoyable (please get rid of the nuts, its horrible, why would you do that to a meat patty?). The fries are good, large quantity and they are included in every meal...
