This place for me is beyond a restaurant. It is nostalgic from the times I was single and lived very close by. So they already have a heads start. Other to that it just has the right vibe, no matter if where, table or bar it's hot. The food is good and timing served is precise. I personally like the bar, since the team let's u taste the new dishes on the menu, mainly the desserts. What can I say... it's an establishment. As for recommend dishes, try the liver dish (on Tuesdays) otherwise, most are good plus

Meh. I really don't understand the hype around this place. Sure the venue is nice and the food is above average, but the pace is not adequate for lunch. Overall I think the rush of customers during lunch is not dealt with correctly, which diminishes the experience.

We try to make a reservation but it was fully booked so we come in front of reservation to wait for an empty seat. We were lucky that we managed to find a table for three. Shrimp bruchetta was a very nice choice for starter. I ordered salmon fillet and my friends ordered veal schnitzel. Finally we share creme brule as a desert. Main course takes time to be prepared. Total duration of stay is 1 and half hours. We enjoyed the food and ambiance of the restaurant. Employees were nice and friendly and recommendations were also nice.

Not my first time here, and definitely not my last. The restaurant is here a long time and if they stay like this, they will be here for longer. I ordered the tartar special which was very good. The horseradish cream next to it was great. Also had the shrimp bruschetta. Mediterranean flavors with perfectly cooked shrimp. I couldn't say no to the grilled artichoke that was on the specials, and it is a good thing that I didn't. The artichoke had a great grilled flavour and the cheese next to it was a perfect match. I had to try the beets with the ricotta cheese. The beets were sweet, naturally sweet, and had a beet puree on the bottom. It was a good dish even though beets are not my favorite, so if you love beets you'll probably enjoy it. Than I had the arancini. Good filling and great sauce. It felt like they waited a few minutes too much before arriving at my table, and got a little dry, but they were still very good. To finish the appetizers I had the meagre ceviche. Topped with pomegranate seeds it was perfect. For entrees I had the classic veal schnitzel with mashed potatoes. Classic dish made perfect every time. And I also had the meagre fillet with fennel confit. Made to perfection. Tender fish and tender fennel in a tangy sauce. The service was amazing and the cocktails were fresh and interesting. It's not a cheap restaurant, but you definitely get your money worth. Just don't forget to reserve a place because the place is always full.

We went there for a lunch at Friday. The food was ok but definitely not value for money. The star of the meal was definitely the dessert. The service was nice and friendly.

Great place for business lunch - amazing food, fast service, but could be a bit crowded. So it’s highly recommended to book in advance or be ready to stay in the line. Their salads are great, and the bistro is not kosher (which is definitely an advantage))

This is not the first time we visit Sebastian oh, for dinner, and as always, the food was exceptional. we especially enjoyed the bread pudding dessert and the tomato mozzarella capresa salad. I have to admit the ceviche with a little weird make with tahini that’s really over power of the fish flavor. Also, I have to admit that the service was very slow and we had to ask several times it more than three times not what you expect from this kind of place.

I have been dining in this place for years, usually everything is good, maybe a but overrated but consistent good service and food. Yesterday we were quite shocked and embraced by the shift manager demeaning behavior. One of the dishes didn't come in as ordered not to mention that it had a bad taste and look. Our waiter asked us to provide the feedback to the shift manager, she came looked at us arrogantly and bluntly explained we have no idea how this dish should be done and served and generally speaking we cannot read the menu properly. We dine out a lot , we know exactly how the dish should look and taste but even if we don't, this is absolutely not the way the service loyal customer but rather a good way to lose them and later the business.

Friday afternoon, after a phone call we were told that it was not possible to book an appointment. We had to arrive and wait an hour outside, despite the wait they seated us at the bar. Very bad location, lots of noise, not very comfortable when a customer comes for dinner. *Not a good experience. **Feeling of just eating and going. ***my recommendation not worth waiting, just go somewhere else more comfortable. The food is perfectly fine but very expensive, not worth the price.

TL;DR Good diverse food and good service Located in the Herzelia pituah area and has offered good food for many years now I used to eat lunch there when I worked in the area but haven't been there for many years now. I was happy to learn that unlike many restaurants it managed to keep its high quality. The place has a huge space inside and a smaller outdoor sitting area, it is always full so we only managed to get a table for 4 outside but the weather was nice and smoking is forbidden there so it was nice. It took some time to get our reserved table and had to wait for about 10 minutes, but that is more or less the regular delay time so prepare yourself. Once you get sited the service is really good we got the menus right away and we didn't have to wait for waitress at any time, they were always there. We ordered: - Chicken Liver Terrine that was good came with nice - Amberjack sashimi  small dish but excellent - Salmon fettuccine that was nice - Gnocchi in tomato butter that was really good - Beef fillet that was good - Meat tortellini that was nice We also got  a bread basket with dips and a plate of olives on the house. They were nice The food was good and so was the company. waitress came to check on us from time to time just at the right amount, not to nag and be available For dessert we took 2 chocolate mouess with toffee cream that were good. Drinks: - Beer and spicy caribbean that was good Overall we had a great time and good for ~200 nis a person, which is OK in today's prices. Parking: There is a parking lot in front of the restaurant but it's almost always full, there is some parking on the street but ~50 meters from there there is a large parking lot you can use.

One of the better restaurants in herzliya. Order the שניצל! It's light and super tasty. I've been here a few times and was never disappointed.

Expensive. Great service. Fish was super yummy. Only one glass of water, would be nice to have received a bottle of water. Clean bathrooms.

We dined at Sebastian on the first night of our visit to Herzliya. It absolutely set the tone for an outstanding dining experience. The cocktails are also perfectly made which is always a big thing for me personally. It's an absolutely solid vibe. The ambiance and service also combined to make it a great meal.

A great place, impeccable service. Very quick and efficient, even during rush hour. Food was amazing. Great Schnitzel, amazing mashed potatoes. Wine selection is great, so was the desert. Great for a nice dinner with friends or for a party celebration. Plenty of parking around, and during days off even easier.

A fine Bistro. They do everything well and they are very consistent. My favorite dish here is the pork chop, juicy and wonderful.

I'm hella obsessed with this place. Feels like you stepped into a casual restaurant in Austria. Love the food. Great drinks. Great service. Among my faves are the liver pate entre, the Hugo spritz, and the schnitzel.

The service was excellent. The food was great in general. One of the main course dishes was not very tasty, but that is a matter of personal taste. Parking in the area is a bit challenging. But the overall experience was a true joy.

While the food was good. It was One of the worst experiences i had in restaurants for years: while we waited 1 hour and 30m for a table - the reception told us to wait outside for a table ,we waited and she kept on welcoming people before us. After a while we asked them about our place in the line and she told us we are not in the line anymore. Everything was a total chaos outside. We will not go again in the near/long future.

Incredible restaurant! I have been to many restaurants but this one never stops surprising with new tastes and unique dishes. With no doubt this is one of the best restaurants you could find in Israel. Over the years I remember each time I ate in this restaurant as an amazing experience. The food is inexplicably amazing! The atmosphere is soothing and relaxing. The service is incredible, the waiters are extremely professional and all dressed in elegant uniforms. Last time, I ordered the carpaccio and eggplant with tahini for starters and then for the main dish I ordered their special which was white meat steak with cqrmalized pears and brandy sauce (highly recommended). This restaurant would be a favorite for any food lover. *chef kiss* 😗👌🏻

My wife and I went there in order to celebrate our anniversary. The food was OK, but the service was slow and arguing with the waitress, about how little sangria they put in my wife's glass, soured the experience. I'm not sure we'll be coming back.

First, the service is wonderful. Second, the beef fillet is great, perfectly made with garlic confit and bone marrow, And delicious purée. Great schnitzel too, 90% ordering it lol. Too bad the prices don’t fit the menu, even if the difference isn’t high, it’s not working that way.

The restaurant has got the French vibe and is quite huge. In a busy district, with all the huge buildings and crazy traffic... This is the place that will 100% make you feel great. Service is very fast, food impecable, restaurant is gorgeous, portions are quite decent and so tasty that you'll never forget this experience, attention to guests and details is just on point. Booking is highly suggested, or get there before opening, you'll find already a line of people. Just go there, you'll never regret!

We had a great lunch at Sebastian. There is no business menu.. I thought they have because of the area the palace is located. The food is classic and good. We enjoyed our meal and will be happy to come back.

Probably the best Shnitzel in Israel, coming from a person who never orders a shnitzel in a restaurant, but this one is worth it!
