The elevator to the top floor costs 4 euros, which is not much, but the windows are terribly dirty and the bar was closed. Not worth going.

Not worth the trouble. Closed. We arrived at 10am and was told by the receptionist it was closed, will open at 12noon until 12midnight. We came back at 2pm, she said it was closed and will open at 5pm. Urgh...

To go to observatory you have to pay 25nis before 1700 and 15nis after 1700. There is a trick which you can use. Tell the lady near the elevators that you are going to cafe on 49th floor and you will save some money.

I’ve been here with friends who were visiting the city, and they wanted to see the view from above. First of all i could not find a website with updated opening hours and price. So when we got there around 19:30, they told us it is 15 shekel (and there will be no deck), so okay, we paid for the experience. On the top floor, clearly the view to the sea is occupied by the restaurant 👍 And on the otherside you can see the inland through the very dirty windows. This other side is also a bar, or an event place and it reeked of cigarettes and alcohol, clearly nobody turned on the AC there for a while. On top the toilet there was also dirty. It’s okay that you ask money for going up, but maybe you can also give back something? Like clean windows and oxigen at least? It was very dissapointing.

Unfriendly atmosphere, so called "observatory" was a closed bar without light which smelled of cold smoke. Incredibly overpriced and underwhelming.

I've tried to come here twice. The first time I came they turned me away because I didn't have a reservation. Fine. The second time I come I call ahead that day multiple times and they assure me it's open and I'm good. I come that night and they turn me away because it's closed. Horrible service stay away

Not a friendly place, you pay a lot of money to get to an empty place and not very clean windows. The view only to the west side of Israel and not to the sea. On the opposite they have a very expressive restaurant with the sea view. Didn't understand the high tickets price.

It's a bay window space. Windows are utterly dirty from inside and from outside... No explanations... The view could be very interesting but only if the windows were clean...

I couldn't get on top floor of the observatory tower, though, because when we arrived to the entrance, it took us a while because no one knew where it was, the staff told us that the tower was closed that week. If I would have known that, I wouldn't have gone there. I wasn't able to get the information I was looking for since the observatory website is in Hebrew. Therefore, I give only one star.

We tried to go twice when it was supposed to be open. The woman working the entry gave a time range when it was supposed to be open, but it was closed when we returned in that range. Impossible to visit on this trip to Israel. 1 star for false information delivered with an uncaring attitude.

The view is nice from the 49 th floor, and also the restaurant/bar, but the entrance is not very obvious, is in the mall at the 3 rd floor and after that you take another elevator in the round tower up to 49th floor. Also there are a lot of restrictions(opening hours, minimum order, mandatory eating and some of the personal has an opinion on the mandatory serving, others have other. The central bar is not the best because you don’t see out.

No one of all the staff working in the building knew about the observatory and if anyone did, did not give exact directions. Could only see a restaurant with part view of the whole city

We went up very quickly. Could see an incredible view. There are negative comments but I didn’t find anything negative. Windows were clean enough.

Awesome view over Tel Aviv and the county. The 120° view over the beaches is only throw a restaurant/bar accessible. But there are lots of chairs and tables I'm the remaining area, so you can bring your own food and enjoy the view while eating.

Hard to find and it was closed. The miserable security on the ground floor have no idea where it is, we found it by going to the third floor of the round tower and taking the elevator. On arriving, the door were shut..

It’s. It an observatory: it’s just a restaurant. And your supposed to view the city from one of its windows, which is not ideal

My friend had a thrilling time jumping out of an airplane with parachute at 12, 000 feet. We had a fun birthday party in the guest room afterwards.

Impossible to find, just that it’s somewhere in the mall, no signs anywhere pointing to it and on top of all that rude staff who hang up on you when you call for info. Avoid this place !

Beautiful and quiet place in the middle of the crowded and noisy shopping mall.

15 shekel to have a view out of the back - no view out to front unless you buy a drink / food. Do not go.

Costs around 30-40₪ to enter, good view on top of Tel Aviv although the glass might be a little dirty. A better view could be seen from Moses bridge!

Very difficult to find the entrance. We asked quite a few people in the shopping centre before someone knew where it was. Windows were a bit dirty but in general nice view from 49th floor
