A Beautiful mosque, the only one left on the shore between Jaffa and Acre. By the mosque there is a very nice boardwalk and down the cliff you'll find a quite and clean beach.

This is a religious pilgrimage site for Muslims. You can enter and view the mosque if you are a non-Muslim but you must be dressed in a modest way (both genders.) It is not recommended to visit on Fridays or Muslim holidays if you are a non-Muslim.

This mesmerizing worahip place is a true definition of peace and harmony. The breeze of the sea during the hot sun of July will give you a feeling of heaven.

Quiet place with an interesting history but there aren't any signs to explain it anymore. Place was abandoned for years and only lately has it become fully operational. Few more years and it's going to fall into the sea anyway..

This is a beautiful place. The mosque and its surroundings are astonishing, and we were very friendly greeted by a group of locals sitting outside.

Active mosque and school on the beach of Herzliya. Contains the tomb of a saint from the early 1000’s. The location is in the area of Arsuf where Richard the Lionhearted (Richard the 1st) fought the Crusaders. There are a number of impressive archeological sites in the area, but the church and graves associated with the former K8ng of England have yet to be found. The Mosque is surrounded by graves marked in Arabic with thin head markings that appear to have been upgraded to slightly thicker markings. Lots to be discovered here. The views from the cliffs are impressive while making the area hard to access.

One of the nicest beaches in Israel. It is part of the Sidna Ali national park that is around the mosque on the sandy cliff. The beach is accessible from a free parking lot near the mosque. Open blue sea clear clean sands, and beach services. If you wish to visit the mosque inside, the entry to the mosque is with long sleeves and modest clothing.
